Dirty dirty. They didn't wash their hands between clients, and clients were never requested to wash their own hands. The staff was eating at their stations, spitting peels into their hands, putting the peels into their desk when between clients. And not washing up after. Terrible place. Stay away. Ended up walking out with a half done manicure after being there for 2 hours, the manicurist puts on the wrong top coat and then trying to make me feel like if I was the person wrong....wow Read Less

Probably one of the best nail salon's I have been to. The nail techs are extremely nice and super sweet. They know how to do everything and the prices aren't too bad. I went in as a walk-in and waited for 15-20 minutes and got my medicure and pedicure. The lady I had took her time and was very careful with what she was doing. I had a great experience and I WILL be going back!! Love love love!! I recommend them!! The paint on my nails and my cuticles were amazing! Read Less

Not bad at all. Pretty impressed after reading some of the reviews. Although the pedicure wasn't what I expected (I guess different technique), it still came out great. My goodness, the people here are so rude! I went to get my cash from the car and looked in the mirror and saw the lady didn't do a clean job waxing my upper lip. So I went back in to tell her and she came towards me cursing in her language saying "What's the problem? Just go sit down!" I never in my life had anyone at a salon scream at me before! I have been coming top Top Nails II for the past 6 months or so, and I'm always pleased with their service! Sunday's can be very busy so be sure to call ahead and make an appointment. Even for the walk ins they are always friendly and willing to accommodate you but if you don't want to wait, call ahead for sure! The staff is always friendly and professional, the service is consistent and it's my go to nail place if I don't want to go far or just need something quick. Also, tips can only be made in cash. 1st & last visit. Technician cut my thumb cuticle and I am bleeding when she applies green liquid and the tip of the bottle right on my cut instead of using "best ptactice/infection control". What should have happened is to hold the bottle up high and let droplets fall onto the damaged tissue. Im hoping i dont get an infection from this. She did not know how to repair a split real nail and had to pass me off to 2nd technician. 2nd tech. Did not notice I am still bleeding and I had to tell her because she was rubbing on damaged area. She also applies green liquid but correctly this time. Both technicians manhandled and I felt like cattle. Both technicians do not have a firm grasp of English. If you walk in without an appointment they tell you 15 minutes and you always wait 30. With an pedicure appointment today I experienced a 15 minute pedicure so she could move on to the next walk in. When I examined my nails at home they are jagged and crooked and my cuticles were not cut properly. Not going back. Too many times disappointed at this salon and wasted time and money!Read Less
