If I could rate this no stars I would. Went in to get pampered, and the lady that I had just rush through the whole thing she was very rude. And she did a terrible job on my nails I had white tips underneath and she just put the color on top of it so now you can still see the white tips. When I asked her if she could change the color she refused and I asked her if that's was a quality work that she does and she still continue to fight with me and I left angry and unsatisfied.. worst nail salon ever. The worse experience ever. I went there because I thought they were closer to my home and a bit less expensive. I am sorry I went there. They always say stick to the evil you know. I rather go the extra mile and pay extra and be happy and comfortable. I went there yesterday and it was a disaster of what they did to my nails for $35. I called them to explain how disappointed I was and they said I should come to them to fix it, I went there, idk what they said they did. I went here for 3 years. In the beginning they were good and my nails lasted weeks. It is also convenient since its inside walmart. But as time went on they got worse and worse. I always tip good because that's the kind of person i am. If the older man with glasses does your nails they will be uneven and break really fast. The younger man does pretty nails that are even but he has the worst attitude. The women do really good actually. But it's a Shame because the woman that does the best is always in the back eating and when customers come in she makes everyone else get someone before she takes some one. Wich is no big deal really. None of these things were deal breakers. Last time I got wm done I had sparkles on my nails and they faded off really fast so no big deal i had the same sparkles at home so i added more But i didn't put a top clear coat cuz I didn't have any and it wasn't the prettiest thing ever. Well anyways when I went to get my acrylics filled again the man looked at my nails and started laughing! Then he picked up my hand showed it to his co-worker and he started pointing amd laughing then they exchanged a few words and the man started taking off my nail polish said "don't worry we will fix this for you" and the guy next to him laughed again. And i was so embarassed. And it just felt rude. We cant understand you when you talk in a different language. I went with my daughte and granddaughter and will never go back. The gel on m nails wa applied so sloppily that it went over every cuticle. When my nails grew a little, by the next wee, I had a ridge of gel and just peeled it all off. My daughter changed her mind about what she wanted done, however, her technician could not understand English or ingnored her and just continued with what she originally aske dofr. Messy work.
