Never in my life have I ever felt so miserable and disappointed at the same time. I was visiting from out of town and the nail place with a better rating had an hour wait. So I came here instead. The facility isn't exactly great but the woman who did my nails was really friendly, liked to gossip, and made me feel welcome! I got an acrylic set removed and a new set put on. Well my thumb nail broke the very next day, on my way home of course. And then my other thumb the next day. Then my middle finger a week later. I got a gel pedicure done here. The gentleman that did my nails was outstanding and worked hard to make sure he did a good job. He offered me a water and added extra coats to make sure the color showed up well. I would highly recommend! Read Less

I loved going here to have the younger man do my nails I'm picky so he always does the best job I won't go anywhere else. Well. Today he wasn't there so I had the younger girl Jackie do my nails and the are horrible!!! I don't like the acrylic thick and of course 2 nails were so thick and there was a bunch of acrylic under my. Nails meanwhile the whole time she was doing them she rushed and didn't listen to a thing I said. Went back in to have her fix them and she had the nerve to tell me it was because of the Polish I picked out and she didn't even paint them the color I wanted. This place is absolutely terrible! I usually go to another nail place but I went there on Thursday because it was convenient for me. I should have left when I was there because I heard a customer complaining but I stayed like a dummy. They did my nails on Thursday morning and I had to pay them another visit on Friday because my pinky nail was coming up. One of the workers there just took some glue and applied it to my nails and assured me everything would be great. I graduate...d on Saturday and I was horrified when my pinky nail came off during the ceremony. Today is Monday and so far two nails have fallen off and three are coming up which means they are next. Worst place ever. Charged me and didn't even tell me why until we got the bill. Sets say 25$ but if you want gel polish it's 10 dollars extra. If you want a different shape of the nail they charge extra. I recommend creative nails that's just a block down. Better prices and better service. If it's Sunday wait one more day and go to Creative Nails. So much better. I promise. My friend had to go and get her nail fixed because she didn't get them filed and painted right. Great place, spacious, clean and everyone was very nice. Besides waiting way too long for someone to help me when i walked in they did a great job on my gel french manicure. Wasn't there for more than 20 minutes and it was only $20!!! I would go back and recommend them to anyone! Read Less
