Visited this morning to get a gel manicure and a pedicure they informed me to choose a color I waited about 20 mins and than two Caucasian woman came in asked how long for the wait they said 10 minutes btw I’m still waiting they also had gel on their nails they walked outside for a bit 5 mins later one of the woman nail specialist went out there called them in sat both of them down and soaked their nails and started on the second woman I informed her that I also had gel and she just said ok like I’m not usually the one to write comments but I felt very offended. Came here with my daughter to get fills...the lady that did my nails was laughing at me saying my nails are all messed up...instead of her fixing them she made them worse. My toes look like they were done by a 5 year old. They took 2 people that came after us before taking my daughter. They are very insensitive to your needs. I will not come back here nor do I refer this place. They charge extra for every little thing. Read Less

First time I came to this salon I was charged $70... I wasn't sure if I didn't understand the girl helping me because she is Honduran (Spanish) I was happy with the service and didn't ask twice, I come back again to the same service and get charged $60.. by a Asian maleSo I was I noticed I over payed the first time and tipd extra whatever. Today I come in to do the same service gel acrylic and gel pedi this time the owner charges me $80!!!!!!!!!!!! EVERYTIME I COME IN I GET CHARGED DIFFERENT AVOID THIS PLACE lady in the second rowto the left is a thief!!!!!! Let me just say that I am.very particular about my nails...this place was the worst quality of work I've ever experienced in a nail salon. First: the young girl who did my pedicure is so unenthusiastic and antisocial she seemed very uncomfortable and inexperienced. Secondly the lady who I presume is the mom was on her phone the whole time she did my nails SBR did note do a manicure like I asked she was not invested in her work but rather her phone conversation.lastly, she had the little girl do my gel polish and I was disgusted at how unclean the finish look was. I was so unsatisfied I went to my regular salon to have them fix it!!! I wouldn't dare refer or go to this salon nail ever again and I will make it my point to spread the word!!! Love this place. It's the only place I go to get my manicures and pedicures!  I also get my eyebrows waxed and it's perfect every time. It's family oriented and when you walk in you definitely feel like family for sure! I followed the owner from another salon and would NEVER go anywhere else. I have been to this business multiple times. I have enjoyed every visit and love the family atmosphere with staff. They are very nice people doing great work. I LOVE my acrylics when they do them and will go no where else. I also get pedicures, eyebrow plucking, as well as lashes. Very pleased with their work. If you're nice to them, they're nice to you. I have not witnessed behavior mentioned in other review and after getting to know these folks I do not believe that happened. If you walk in there being an arrogant snot I wouldn't blame them actually. I've witnessed a lot of rudeness in South Florida, never at Pro Nails. Read Less

Horrible customer service! Do not patronize this business. As I waited for service, I witnessed the worst customer service ever as patrons asked in for service and due to the business owners deciding to close hours earlier than advertised. As business simply change your hours dispalyed. Read Less

This should be a no star. When it comes to offering customer service in the business industry, you must take the appreciation of the customers serious. We arrive at this location and was told to wait. The wait turned to 45 minutes. Very low on pedicure personnel along with the uncertainty of the nail personnel.  It was inter e ting to watch the lady barely speak English but was able to turn customers away at 5:45 pm specifically requesting pedicures. There were people complaining about the work. Not quite sure what was going on and why. Lots of upset people. The business stated they stop taking customers at a certain time for pedicures. Interesting,  there's no sign anywhere o opted stating that at all. The only signs displayed states open hours Monday thru Saturday 9:30a-7:30p. Nothing else. There's no guess, as I immediately left after the lengthy wait. No due to the wait but the treatment of customers. No good. I will never return to this establishment for any form of service.
