They do decent nails. I don't know if Keisha still works here but she is terribly rude. I was waiting for god knows how long to get my nails done and completely ignored me and took other customers. I was then told by the owner to go home and or run errands and come back when another nail tech became available *blank stare* really?! Read Less

I generally enjoy visiting new nail salons - I usually only get a pedicure and that's kind of hard to mess up. So when this place popped up without any reviews, I decided to pull over and stop in.Ambiance: The store is small and dingy and is in desperate need of a good sweep. Pieces of nails and splashes of polish litter the otherwise nice tile. Some variety of trashy court program blared in the background. Everything was covered in a thick layer of dust.Equipment: Instead of being sat in a pedicure chair, the woman who did my nails sat me in a small office chair and brought out a foot bath akin to the kind you can buy in Walmart for about $20. The work stations look like they were assembled from Ikea's broken dreams. Employees: The first thirty minutes of my visit, I sat as a spectator to the manager getting in a very LOUD fight with an employee about her behavior, that eventually had to be taken outside. Service: This is where they earned their only star. For no extra money, the woman performing my pedicure added gemstones and a gold design to my nails. Other than that, the pedicure itself was very lackluster. She only used a file, a stone, and a balled up paper towel to separate my toes.I will not be returning, and depending on whether nail designs are the most important part of your salon visits or not, I would struggle to recommend this place. This was the worst nail place I've even been in my life. I was literally in tears after I left. The nail tech I had actually had the nerve to pull out a laundry reciept and tell me to run a pick up her laundry for her! It was like somone was playing a prank on me! I have never felt so disrespected in my life, not to mention after complaining about her to the owner, who is worse than all of her employees I got placed with a different nail tech and I literally had holes in the acrylic she put on my nails, she had no clue how to do nails and when I showed the owner she admitted that the girl had done a horrible job; however here's the kicker...when I asked the owner for my money back for the horrible job that was done on my nails she began to shout, curse, and scream and then threatended to call the police on me for asking for my money. PLEASE save yourself the trouble do not go to this place....it's so unprofessional and ghetto. Read Less
