For Mother's Day, I scheduled my wife and 3 of her friends for a mani/pedi - and potentially more assuming that the service would be accommodating. 2 of them ended of walking out after waiting for over an hour after their appointment time. No one acknowledged them leaving, apologized or even said anything. My wife and the friend that stayed were told that I was a liar and that it wasn't their fault that they had people call off. There was still no apology given or any attempt to build retention with these girls. They did not just lose business for one day, they have now lost potential of lifetime business from 4 families and whoever our word of mouth will reach. Incredibly disappointed with the service and lack of care for the situation - for a Mother's Day special. Will NEVER step foot in this place again.Read Less

First time here. When I arrived with no appointment, I was able get seen right away. I asked for a pedicure. So I was shown the nail polish on the wall and told to grab any pedicure chair and they would be right with me. There was 2 nail techs and what appeared to be a owner/manager. So the young lady (Yalena) was very attentive in doing my pedicure. I asked if they offered different services and she said oh yes and gave me the brochure. I told her that this was my first time. She then asked if I wanted something different, I said no basic pedi is good. We talked and she did a great job with my dry skin on my pinkie toe. Not a really good massage but I guess you pay for that. Overall the salon is clean, nice atmosphere and the ppl seemed nice. So why not 5 stars, well when I cashed out the cashier (a different lady) I forgot to mention my 10% off check-in thru Yelp, and when I did, she didn't offer anything. I will return for Yalena's services keeping in mind to mention my coupons or discounts upfront. Read Less

First time at Villa Blanca and it was Awesome Loved the atmosphere, from the music playing in the background to way the manicurist does her job. Beautiful spotless salon. All the girls here were friendly and welcoming even coming in at 6:30 when they close at 7:00. No attitudes at all. My daughter and I both got pedicures and the girls did a great job. Took their time and made certain we were happy. The salon and equipment is clean, sanitized and the product in the bottles are what came in the bottles not refilled with a cheaper, lesser quality often time toxic product. Prices are comparable to the Asian salons in the area. We will definitely go back. Thanks for a great experience Read Less
