I just left the studio and I would've given them five stars however there are two reasons why I did not one I don't understand how a cut and color should cost me $150 I understand that I have long hair however no one discussed pricing with me before until everything was already done with my hair and I was expected to have that on hand secondly I also waited for an appointment that I had set at one for 45 minutes before I was able to be seen. the service was nice and I am overall somewhat happy with my hair but nothing was done to it that I couldn't have done at home and did not appreciate the lack of communication with the pricing as well as the wait time if you have an already established Salon I would recommend them over this place.. I was very impressed with this place. I didn't wait more than a minute before Trice took me yo his chair. He gave a great shampoo, even added a little head and neck message. Then he gave me a great cut and blow dry. I'm going back to get him to fix my color. He says he doesn't read these but I hope he does this time. He deserves to hear how great he is. Read Less

Unfortunately I went to this salon about a week ago for a cut and style. What I got was a butchering. I asked the young man for a youthful look. Instead he gouged several bald spots into my scalp which I AM UNABLE TO COVER, because of the horrible mess he made of what little hair I had left. I don't believe you need to pay a fortune to find a 5 Star place. This place is very affordable and they always do a wonderful job! I like that I don't need to make an appointment. I usually always walk in and they accommodate me. I mostly come here for pedicures because their massage chairs are super comfortable. $25 for a spa pedicure with a hot stone massage included. Amazing. They also offer free wine if you like. Yes please .  They can also do nail designs and gems stones if you like for a little extra. Had nail fill and polish and other services.When I got home I perused the bill to discover I was charged separately for the fill and the polish for a total of 35$.I could have gotten a full set new for that price.I tried contacting the salon several times with no response. CLATCHET! This place is horrible. My nail tech couldn’t even cut straight, I basically had to cut my own toe nails and she made the whole experience completely uncomfortable and irritating as hell. I am a Canadian Snowbird who returns to beautiful Florida every October. I was very stressed to learn my hairdresser in Largo had moved out of State. I have tried a few different hairdressers over the past 20 years and have had some experiences with colour that were not pleasant.I certainly got very lucky to find Ivan at Oasis Salon. He was brilliant. He was very personable as I enjoyed our conversation during my appointment. The colour I received was excellent. I was very happy with how well he matched my last hair colour. I can honestly say I have never had such a perfect match. I was also impressed with his knowledge and how he explained to me what I should have and what he was going to do. He seemed very dedicated to doing what was best for my hair. I normally get my hair colour every 4-5 weeks but due to traveling, I was a couple of weeks later. I thought for sure he would have to do full colour and highlights. Ivan was able to match my roots perfectly without having to damage my hair with unnecessary chemical products and added cost. Ivan also did an excellent job waxing my eyebrows. Unlike other salons I have been to, he took his time and I felt like he really cared about how they looked. Ivan was very attentive to me during my entire appointment.I would like to thank Jenny too. I made my appointment by email and she responded promptly to my many emails and answered all my questions.In closing, I was very impressed with my experience at Oasis. So in love with my new color - thank you so so much. I was a bit afraid to end with a dirty yellow blond but this is just perfect. When I first came they said that they will do their best but first they needed to do a screen test to make sure my hair didn't fry. Very professional.Ivan did my hair - he is really nice, know what he his doing and seems really passionate by his job - thing that I like. If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in to inquire about permanent make up for my eyebrows. Jenny took the time to draw an outline with a eyebrow pencil to show me what they would look like after I had it done and I was sold. Made an appointment for her to do it (CASH ONLY) and to make a long story short she only did 3/4 of one brow. When I called she told me that I needed to come back for a "touch up" that would cost another $50.!!!! and told her she didn't complete the job like she should have. I found Oasis Salon Studio by chance when I needed to get my nails done for prom, and I got them done the day of... I absolutely loved the attention I got from the staff and the job was really well done. Prices are pretty good in comparison to many other places too! I have gotten several things done here and been taken care of by different people and have always been very satisfied, from eyebrow and lip waxing, to mani-pedi, to a facial extraction.Would recommend to anyone with my eyes closed. I wanted to love this place because the attention to detail in making an appointment was stellar. I sent a message from Yelp to get my appointment and Miss Jenny was very prompt to call and get my appointment booked. Very easy and user friendly!The young lady who did my hair was not super chatty which is fine with me, but the lady across from us was complaining to the person in the chair (a friend maybe?) about personal things and it made me a little uncomfortable. I wish I could remember the gal's name who did my hair, but it escapes me. She seemed a little timid about cutting short hair, but did a good job with the color.I have returned for another visit since I first wrote this review, and hoped for a wonderful experience and for the most part I got it! My stylist was very knowledgeable and did a great cut on my super short hair. I didn't schedule a color, but after I explained to her how I was struggling with grey hair, she had great color ideas and we went for it! I did have a spot in the back that was orange underneath instead of blond like to parts that showed, but when styled correctly it is not too noticeable. There was one strange thing both times I was there- when the stylist was finishing the haircut Miss Jenny came over and cut too. This last time I had asked for something specific along the back hairline, and it was just how I wanted it, but Jenny cut it into and "arch" shorter in the middle and long on the sides. I have slowly been able to make changes to fix it, but I was really thrown off by it.They have a whole area where they do mani-pedis too!This business works hard to offer great quality services and guest experience. My first experience at Oasis this week. I loved it! It is a clean, upbeat salon. They were authentically happy to see me when I walked in!! So friendly. I initially had a manicure and pedicure. Excellent job by Lena! I am a snowbird so I didn't really have a hairdresser in the area but was in dire need of a color! Based on the professional nail experience, I decided to book an appointment with Kayla for hair color for the next day. She was so friendly and knowledgeable.... She took the time to listen to my needs and asked a lot of questions upfront. Even confirmed pricing before implementing. I absolutely love the results! The prices were very fair and I actually got more service for the buck! Didn't have to upgrade to get a little extra care. Would definitely recommend and will go back for sure! Not sure what these negative reviews are all about. Perhaps not the same spa I went to! I truly did not have a similar experience. Tara was fabulous.  I finally found a stylist that did an excellent job on my hair after being in Florida for almost 2 years.  I even went to what is known as the highest end salon and spa and just was not super impressed with what they did.  I went to Oasis and Tara was top notch.  Then, I found out that I could get a hair cut and a mani-pedi for $75 total - WOW!  You just can't beat that.  I'm excited to go back and have Tara do my color.  I was extremely impressed with her knowledge of hair coloring techniques in overhearing her recommendations to another client.  I also loved the miracles that Tina worked with my pedicure and manicure.  Very impressed with the staff and services of the Oasis Salon and Spa, combined with their welcoming environment, you can't go wrong here. Audrey is the best! Ask for her! I came here for a hair cut and got the best one I've had in a long time. I absolutely love how silky my hair feels and how amazing it looks. Even though I gave a terrible description of how I wanted my hair cut, it came out exactly how I wanted.The salon itself is very nice, clean, and modern. The chairs are comfy, and the customer service is excellent. The prices are very reasonable too. For $30 + tip you can get a wash, cut, and blow dry.I will be back! Read Less

Absolutely horrible! My daughter and I went in for pedicures. After waiting to go in the back we were seated in the spa chairs, my daughter was greeted and her pedicure began, I was told someone would be right with me. However, an hour later my daughter was all finished and I was still waiting to be greeted. Obviously I didn’t wait any longer. We went to check out and after having to explain to the cashier that I did not receive services and would not be paying for two pedicures her response was “I will let them know”. No apology, No Manager assistance, No costumer service. We will not be returning, and the only recommendation I would give is don’t visit this venue. Read Less
