I took my bridesmaids here 2 days before my wedding and they shut down just for us! They even had fruit, cupcakes, and wine. I've been to a dozen nail salons, but Christy and her team actually get to know you and make you feel like a long time friend. All of the employees are kind and go above and beyond to make your experience nothing short of perfect. For this reason, I will continue to go back. Not only is their service impeccable but so is their work. My nails looks amazing when I leave and they last 2-3 weeks! If you are on the fence about going here, allow me to give you that push to go! One positive, the people are very nice. I normally drive 30 minutes to have my nails done so I was super excited when this salon opened. The first time I had my nails done, they looked good enough to go back. The second time was a different story. I always get shellac on my nails so that I don't have to deal with chipping or them looking dull. Well my second time around, the gel began chipping. Not cool! I had no intention of going back but my daughter really wanted to go so we did. They were mediocre at best. Four days after having them done, the gel peeled again. I went back and they fixed it, kind of. The nail that was fixed has bumps on the tip because the gel was not smooth before drying and part of the nail itself chipped off. Needless to say, I will continue to drive the 30 minutes. I also bought a friend a gift card after my first time in and she had the same problem. I was embarrassed. The minute you walk into Lavender Nail Bar you feel tranquility. It is so relaxing and I love the staff. The pedicures are totally awesome. Makes you feel like a queen. They don't rush their procedures and my nails never looked better. It is so clean and organized and you have a choice of drinks, like water, red and white wine... Well done nail bar! Provides a clean relaxing environment, complimentary beverages (wine included), professional staff, reasonable prices, and great selection of services and nail colors. The nail stations have fans built in to keep the smells of nail products at bay. All equipment and salon supplies are fresh, sanitized, and well kept. Nail bar is set up to accommodate a good number of clients at once and there were at least ten staff members available on a weekday morning. I didn't have a wait. They also accept appointments. They offer all the latest trends including nail dipping as well as gel polish manicures/pedicures. I was very satisfied with my service.
