Overall very good experience. Beautiful and upscale location. Visited today with my husband to get pedicures and eyebrow (me only). We got the deluxe pedicures which were $45 each. I would suggest longer massages and maybe even water or glass of wine offered (for that price). The biggest pain point was that they only accept cash tips and while there was a sign at the front, I never saw it nor was informed until paying. I am thankful I had cash on me. Read Less

Love this place. I have been going here for about 3 years now. Dana is my girl.... I love her. I do have to call ahead for an appointment but that is fine with me, when I get there she is on time and ready for me. There is a new owner who is completely redoing the entire inside of the spa. New paint, new work stations, new pedi spas and a ton of awesome new polishes. If you have not seen the new "Cat eye" polish you need to go check it out. Just got my eye brows done by a lady who claims she went to school for this and did a horrible job!!!! First of all she took half of my eye brows on both ends making them super short. She took about 2 inches off of the middle with wax and then plucking them !!! I’m not eye brow expert , but I know not to touch that middle like that. I went to her before and she did a good job but now it’s so bad . There is no way of fixing the middle part and look extremely weird. I’m no person to go back to get my money but I definitely don’t recommend going to this place. I miss the people who actually greet you and seem happy , but I did not get that with her . This is my regular spot to get my nails and eyebrows done, they do a decent job but poor service. I made an appointment to go in and get my eyebrows done and when i get there, the person was probably 5 minutes into doing someone's nails. Then after sitting for 20 minutes, i told them i would come back in 20 minutes because she should be done by then. Went and ran a quick errand and came back and she's starting on someone else's nails. I purposely made an appointment because i was trying to make it in before work. Absolutely ridiculous. I've been coming here since I was in high school and  I honestly don't know why I keep coming back. Every single time I come here the workers are RUDE terribly rude. The girl who did my nails had such a bad attitude you could tell she hated her job and she was also NEW. when she was buffing my nails the buffer flew out of her hands 2 times because of how ruff and hard she was doing it. Pros: was able to get me in even though they seemed busy. This was my first time here so I was very observant. I did like how they used a plastic cover over the pedicure bowl to ensure infectious diseases didn't get to your feet, but then I saw that wasn't true at all. See below. Areas to focus on: hygiene! The tools that were used were not in any type of container or product to ensure no one had used them before me. This could be fixed by allowing each customer their own kit or disinfecting between uses. The blue and white callous remover is used on customers feet, rinsed off in the dirty pedicure water and placed into a drawer collecting bacteria until the next use. There is no sanitation in between uses. I watched 3 people get their eyebrows waxed and the lady used the same stick for all 3. You are not supposed to double dip wax sticks much less use the same was stick on all three clients. As I was rinsing my hands off after my fill, one of the male nail artists came out of the bathroom and rinsed his hands (not using any soap). I have never been to a nail salon where cleanliness and safety precautions were so lax. My nail tech informed they had been there for 15 years. I asked because there were multiple rips in the pedicure chairs. Suggestions: disinfect the callous remover instead of rinsing it off in the dirty pedicure water and placing it back in the drawer. Have nail techs wash their hands after they use the wash room. Do not use the same wax stick on multiple people (herpes). Disinfect the pedicure tools before a reuse. Read Less

The young girl did a good job ..did well with cuticles..Its the atmosphere I'm not thrilled with ..It just doesnt feel like a well loved business. Nothing Posche abt it.  And my biggest complaint is that the massage chair didn't work...something I look forward to when getting a pedicure...when I said it didnt work there was no attempt to change to one that worked or even ask management to try and fix it. Wish I would have requested someone specific. Owner, Angie, is awful. Been there before and got good mani/pedi, but owner doesn't know that she needs to treat everyone equal. I prefer to go to Pia esthetics, but usually the place is already booked and drive is too far. But I expect at least a basic mani at this place, she was awful. Just put nail polish on & charged me $30. Sorry, honey, I may not be dressed to the nine when I get in, but I plan to be when I go out at night & you don't know how to provide the same service to a woman that's not dressed up, but makes good money to leave a sweet tip to sweet service!
