I have to been to this nail salon a few times in the past for a full set and they were always extremely rough and I would always bleed when I got my nails done so I stopped getting my nails done. I ended up giving them a last chance by getting a pedicure. I had an older lady do my feet and she barely touched my feet or scrubbed them, very lazy and kept trying to push me into paying for other things to have done. When she was done giving me the pedicure, it didn’t even look like my feet were touched because there was a lot of dead hardened skin on the backs of them. Lack of professionalism and seemed to care about the money and not the people. If you don’t want to get a sloppy job or have cuts on your hands from workers being rough then don’t come here. Awful place

So I was a walk-in at 9:30am, I understood that they were busy so instead of a full gel manicure and pedicure that I was intending to get, I just asked for a gel change and toe color change. I like a neutral color on my hands and bright fun colors on my toes. Before I sat down I had both colors picked out. For some reason Kalvin took that (having 2 different colors) as me being "complicated" even though he was working on my sisters gel change and not me. He then took over and did both of our toes, doing my sisters first, and when he started to do mine he picked up the neon green I had picked out and proceeded to call me "so ghetto" for picking this color. I've never met this man in my life, I did not take this as a joke. I am the one paying so if I like the color then that's all that should matter. If you think the color is ghetto then take it off your shelf. ** side story: while I was getting my gel done someone called in several times to ask the price of separate services and after the 4th call she decided to schedule an appointment for that afternoon, Kalvin picked up and turned to us and said "she's so annoying she's called so many times" ... this man needs to learn the definition of customer service. The lack of professionalism displayed by this man blows my mind how anyone could even accept that behavior from a supposed "professional". I will NOT be returning, and I urge you not to go either.

After coming here I am extremely disappointed in the customer service and over all quality of the nails. I start by getting a pedicure which all went okay, but it was very quickly and sloppy. Moving on to the manicure, I guess I didn’t specifically tell them I wanted acrylic nails instead of gel (my bad) as the girl who was doing my nails started to file my nails and bring the polish out I told her that I wanted acrylics (again my fault). She then looked at me like I had 2 heads and didn’t say anything to be but went to the man who does the acrylic nails. She is there for a good minute and comes back, again not a word to me but to the other nail tec doing my friends nails (also wanted acrylics) he then very politely told us we would have to wait 30 minutes first, then told us 2 hours, then told us to just come back tomorrow. But the girl doing my nails snags an attitude and starts talking about me to the other nail tec, saying how she asked me if I wanted gel and ( I miss heard her) and then proceeded to keep talking about me... very unprofessional and disrespectful. We decided to leave and just pay for the pedicures but the man who takes care of the phone calls and acrylic nails tell us that we need to be more specific and that 3 people are in front of us and basically he doesn’t have the time for us today or tomorrow. He continue to tell us how we need to call, and if we told him we wanted acrylics he would have never taken us. Overall they need to work on their consumer service and there general attitude towards customers because this was beyond disappointing.

After trying virtually every place in Lakewood ranch, I’ve decided this is my favorite place. I know go here religiously. The techs have all been so accommodating with design requests and trying to get them right. Today, however, was a different story. I had a great nail tech, Sana I believe. She tried her hardest to paint a lightning bolt for me. After resorting to asking her coworkers for help, another tech whose name is NI rudely said “you should’ve let me do her nails from the beginning”. She continued to refuse to help Sana or myself, being the paying customer, as she would not have gotten the full pay from doing just the design on my nails. When I asked Emily why this woman wouldn’t help me, she replied with “she’s busy and we are fully booked”. Meanwhile, NI was leaned over her desk, speaking to her client who was finished for at least 15 minutes. When her client left, NI continued to sit at her desk with nothing to do. Refusing to be a team player is a big pet peeve of mine, and made me feel largely unimportant as a paying guest.

I’ve given this place a chance 3 times. The second time I went, I did like my nails and they lasted over a month (gel), but the first and third time were awful. The first time I went, I had my toe sliced into with one of the tools. The cut wasn’t horribly deep, but it burned terribly when they started spraying it with some sort of alcohol-type solution right before painting my toenails. The third time I went, my gel manicure was done very sloppy, the gel wasn’t even in many of my nails and I had a chip two days after. Every time I have been, they’ve been too rough on my cuticles, I’ve bled every time and the cuticles would then become inflamed and infected, needing antibiotic cream.

This place is above and beyond. I’ve always had a hard time finding someone who did my nails just how I wanted them so I was always going to different places to find “that person”. I have been going here for 5 years now and I have found my person (can’t give her name, don’t want her to get too busy and not be able to get an appt w her)😉. Everyone one here is absolutely phenomenal! ❤️

I was able to walk right in for an appointment. Because of the language barrier the lady who was giving me a mani/pedi she thought I wanted my artificial nails taken off - I only wanted the old nail polish off and new polish. I caught her error within less than a minute of her having me soak my nails in acetone, so my nails were saved. The lady doing my nails also cut my cuticle short and it made me bleed a little. The massage chairs are not very comfortable. There's no neck support at all so when you lean back in the chair your head leans way back.One good thing - the massage with my pedicure was putting me to sleep!! It was great! My nails turned out looking ok but I will probably not go back there again.

I have been here 2 times and both times I had an excellent fill from Jen. She works fast but is extremely precise. I get tons of compliments on my nails. I had the pedicure it was good, but I've had better. The massage is really not that long but every other part of it is really good. It's well-staffed and open on Sundays which is a huge plus. I suggest coming here.

I have been here several times, have never received a good pedicure however the girl that does my nails was nice, until she cut me a couple of times and I got an infection in my finger. I will not be returning after today. My pedicure start to finish was 20 minutes. When I asked her to make sure she did the heals of my feet better because she wasn't putting any pressure into exfoliating she told me that was my job to do at home. Furthermore, I was started after two other women, and watched them get nice massage and scrub. I made a point of asking them if they had paid for a deluxe or regular pedicure. Both had a regular just as I did. I told my girl that she rushed and I didn't feel like she took the time to do a good job. She didn't care. So, no tip for her and I won't return! Plus they rarely update their polish selection.

So rude! When I walked in the owner moaned and groaned and said "ugh another person?" We are short staffed today. And I told them I wanted a toe polish change as well and when I was done with my nails, they put my purse by the register and someone else was in my chair. Will not be returning. Getting your nails done is supposed to be relaxing, and this was quite opposite.

I've been here a couple times now. I never make appointments so I always get whoever is available. Most of the time it's a good manicure for a good price. One time I had the guy who sits at the front do my manicure and it was mediocre at best, but today I had Miley and she was wonderful and got my nails exactly how I like them. I might even make an appointment for her next time. Bonus they also have a student discount, I've never heard of that at a nail salon but I dig it!

Also asked for a design on my nails and they charged $5 for a basic design after saying it was $3. Meh.. Go somewhere else!

A second nail completely peeled off in 8 days. (Shellac/Gel Manicures from other salons last 2+ weeks and never chip!) Amy did my nails and I had the following concerns which turned out to be justified:1) She didn't smooth out the ends before she painted the nails so they felt rough to the touch. I asked her to fix it and she said she knew what she was doing.2) She put a total of 4 coats on, unlike other places that do up to 6. 3) She only let them under the light for 30 seconds and was adamant that was best.4) She filed the ends of my nails AFTER the polish to finally smooth them out. Thereby removing the sealed coat of polish....Nope - never going back to Luxury Nails on Palmbrush Trail off of Route 70 in LWR. I don't recommend Zen Nails across the street either because they are more expensive and dirty.

Highly disappointed. I've never had my mind changed about a place so fast and so drastically in my life. The girl who did my pedicure was very nice and polite, the one who did my manicure not even remotely cordial. She cut my nails, did a quick rough file and went straight to polish. Didn't brush off the dust or anything. To top it off she was in such a hurry to get back to her cell phone she put gobs of polish on to the point where it was about to drip off. I was so mad I asked another lady to take it off so I could go. She tried her best to make me happy and was polite, but I ended up going home to file every single nail smooth and trimming hang nails. I will not be returning.

After a last minute cancellation with a local spa Femiluxe welcomed my bridal party and I two days before my wedding and took even better care of us!! We got gel manis, pedis, and waxes all services were top notch. Femiluxe is modern, professional and overall an excellent experience. Highly recommend!!!

I ended up giving them a last chance by getting a pedicure. Knowledgeable technician who helped me deal with issues like nobody else...even my doc. Though her advice was not at all medical in nature, it has worked.

I've been here a couple times now. I never make appointments so I always get whoever is available. Most of the time it's a good manicure for a good price. One time I had the guy who sits at the front do my manicure and it was mediocre at best, but today I had Miley and she was wonderful and got my nails exactly how I like them. I might even make an appointment for her next time. Bonus they also have a student discount, I've never heard of that at a nail salon but I dig it!

I wouldn't visit this salon again. They use paper towels as toe separators and my toes had to be redone twice after getting fixed and that was after waiting 10 mins for them to dry. Also asked for a design on my nails and they charged $5 for a basic design after saying it was $3. Meh.. Go somewhere else!

If you agree that a shellac manicure should last at least 2 weeks, then Luxury Nails on Palmbrush Trail in LWR is not for you.One nail chipped in 6 days. A second nail completely peeled off in 8 days...
If you agree that a shellac manicure should last at least 2 weeks, then Luxury Nails on Palmbrush Trail in LWR is not for you.One nail chipped in 6 days. A second nail completely peeled off in 8 days. (Shellac/Gel Manicures from other salons last 2+ weeks and never chip!) Amy did my nails and I had the following concerns which turned out to be justified:1) She didn't smooth out the ends before she painted the nails so they felt rough to the touch. I asked her to fix it and she said she knew what she was doing.2) She put a total of 4 coats on, unlike other places that do up to 6. 3) She only let them under the light for 30 seconds and was adamant that was best.4) She filed the ends of my nails AFTER the polish to finally smooth them out. Thereby removing the sealed coat of polish....Nope - never going back to Luxury Nails on Palmbrush Trail off of Route 70 in LWR. I don't recommend Zen Nails across the street either because they are more expensive and dirty.

Highly disappointed. I've never had my mind changed about a place so fast and so drastically in my life. The girl who did my pedicure was very nice and polite, the one who did my manicure not even remotely cordial. She cut my nails, did a quick rough file and went straight to polish. Didn't brush off the dust or anything. To top it off she was in such a hurry to get back to her cell phone she put gobs of polish on to the point where it was about to drip off. I was so mad I asked another lady to take it off so I could go. She tried her best to make me happy and was polite, but I ended up going home to file every single nail smooth and trimming hang nails. I will not be returning.

After a last minute cancellation with a local spa Femiluxe welcomed my bridal party and I two days before my wedding and took even better care of us!! We got gel manis, pedis, and waxes all services were top notch. Femiluxe is modern, professional and overall an excellent experience. Highly recommend!!!

By far the best place in the MetroWest area to get a mani/pedi. CLEAN and professional. Every nail technician does a great job. I HIGHLY recommend Femiluxe nail bar without any hesitation

By far the best place to get a mani/pedi. My gel mani lasts forever and never chips. They have an abundance of colors to choose from. Everyone that works here is super friendly with great customer service. Shoulder and neck massage adds to the overall great experience with reasonable prices!
