I will not be going back to this place. They did not sanitize any of the tools they used on my feet (just took the tools straight out of a drawer) and used the same brush scrub for the girl after me. ...
I will not be going back to this place. They did not sanitize any of the tools they used on my feet (just took the tools straight out of a drawer) and used the same brush scrub for the girl after me. At one point they were rushing to get my nails and toes done, so I had two people working on me moving me tugging on me while I sat in pedicure chair. Needless to say my nails don’t look the best and the girl forgot to put a top coat for my gel at the end. Tried to tell her but she didn’t understand. She kept making mistakes on my nails and it was so irritating. They were just very disorganized, not the cleanest of places either. I’ve been to numerous salons and have had much better service and care taken for my nails.

Jess always does an amazing job and pays such attention to detail. She never rushes, and always makes sure you’re satisfied. Make sure you ask for Jess when you go in!!!

Where do I begin? Jess Hines IS THE BEST nail tech I have ever had! She can do everything and anything you can imagine from art to glam never a disappointment. She never rushes you and puts her all into her work which she proudly shows off on your hands! I haven't gone to another tech since. Give her a shot and you won't be disappointed.

Jessica dose great work. She takes her time and dose the job right and nail stays for a long time don't come off like other places.
I would definitely ask for Jessica when getting anything done here ...

I really liked this place. I'm in town from Chicago and am usually skeptical about going to other nail salons but I REALLY needed them done. I came in with no reservation and was helped right away. Mary did my no chip manicure and did a great job. An older lady did my pedicure and was just as good. While waiting for my feet to dry they brought me a water bottle and a cute pair of flip flops to go home in. Not the flimsy ones I usually get back in Chicago. Also, the prices are very reasonable. No chip $25 and pedi $20. I'll definitely come back next time I'm in Lakeland.

This is my second time going back to this place. I loved how he took the time to shape my nails and paint them. However, when I checked my bank statement I noticed he charged me a dollar more. This is NOT okay and is considered STEALING. If you take a dollar extra from every customer... I'm sure it starts to add up. I will not be returning back. It's sad you lost a customer over being greedy. You deserved the tip I gave you. Not the one you thought was okay.

Once I am seen the employees are great and work is well done. One thing that aggravates me is when I call a 3 days ahead of time to make an appointment to get a fill and I am not seen on time. I waited over 30 minutes today which I think is terrible service. If some one calls days ahead of time to make an appointment they shouldn't have to wait until your done seeing other customers that were just walk ins. Probably going to get my nails done else where from now on.

I will not be going back to this place. They did not sanitize any of the tools they used on my feet (just took the tools straight out of a drawer) and used the same brush scrub for the girl after me. At one point they were rushing to get my nails and toes done, so I had two people working on me moving me tugging on me while I sat in pedicure chair. Needless to say my nails don’t look the best and the girl forgot to put a top coat for my gel at the end. Tried to tell her but she didn’t understand. She kept making mistakes on my nails and it was so irritating. They were just very disorganized, not the cleanest of places either. I’ve been to numerous salons and have had much better service and care taken for my nails.

Where do I begin? Jess Hines IS THE BEST nail tech I have ever had! She can do everything and anything you can imagine from art to glam never a disappointment. She never rushes you and puts her all into her work which she proudly shows off on your hands! I haven't gone to another tech since. Give her a shot and you won't be disappointed.

I really liked this place. I'm in town from Chicago and am usually skeptical about going to other nail salons but I REALLY needed them done. I came in with no reservation and was helped right away. Mary did my no chip manicure and did a great job. An older lady did my pedicure and was just as good. While waiting for my feet to dry they brought me a water bottle and a cute pair of flip flops to go home in. Not the flimsy ones I usually get back in Chicago. Also, the prices are very reasonable. No chip $25 and pedi $20. I'll definitely come back next time I'm in Lakeland.

I waited over 30 minutes today which I think is terrible service. If some one calls days ahead of time to make an appointment they shouldn't have to wait until your done seeing other customers that were just walk ins.
