Im giving one star because i obviously cant give ZERO i went in here to get my eyelashes done and the Owner of the shop did them. First off she believes that she is an expert at everything and she did not listen to what or how i wanted them done. Second she had a friend sitting in the room the whole time and they were just chatting away. Her attention obviously was not on me-the customer- She made put the eyelashes in too thick and they looked horrible and felt heavy on my face. I paid her or whatever but i made sure i told her that the service was terrible and i was not happy with the service. I pulled every individual lash off of my face IN THE PARKING LOT. Hopefully she sees this comment and will be a little more accommodating to her clients in the future But i will never go back here and i will continue to tell all of my friends in the area about this terrible service and recommend that they go ANYWHERE else but here. Worst service ever. It was my first time visiting, under recommendation by a friend. I was not impressed. The staff wasn't very accomodating and also came off very rude. Aside from the lack of manners, there was a large gap in communication between the workers. My pedicure, although extensive, was not enjoyable. The chair was broken and a man spent most of my "relaxing" time fixing it, leading me to be in all sorts of different seat positions and The massager to turn off and on and switch settings. Not fun. The woman who did my pedicure spent more time exfoliating my legs, to the point they were red with pain, more so than my feet (which is what I thought pedicures were for). She All of the dead cuticle skin on my toes were barely clipped, so I had to do it again myself once I got home. She also rushed through The paint application so some toes are lacking top coat on the sides or a second glaze of color, which is apparent under the right light. Very upsettung paint job, especially since they were not flooding with other customers at the time. The gentleman who did my gel manicure, which I was very clear about wanting upon arriving, didn't remember what I asked for so he just started doing his own thing. I stopped him to remind him what I said when I got there, to which he replied with a additional upcharge (notmentioned upon my arrival) and huffs and puffs . He, too, completely rushed through doing the gel polish. Which is now, less than two days later, already chipping and flaking off. I will NEVER give my business to them again. It was a total waste of money and I do not recommend them to anyone who is looking for grade A service. Definitely a strong C-. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS BUSINESS. Read Less

My husband booked me in with Hayley a couple of months ago as a birthday surprise and I'm so glad he did. Already been back several times as I'm so impressed with the quality of my LCN nails. Hayley and Rose are really friendly and welcoming too which is such an important part of the beauty experience. Had so many comments about my nails which is a testament to their work! Peter did a wonderful job on my nails. I went in for an acrylic overlay on my own nails. He got right to work and it took him maybe 45 minutes from start to finish. Found them here on Google and glad I listened to the reviews. Plus they are open on Sundays, works best for my schedule and last minute decision to get my nails done. Why you may ask do I only give 4 stars then. 1: I almost never give a full 5, I'm an ass like that. 2: They use nail drills. I knew this going in, most places do unless you wanna play big bucks for someone who hand files. 3: Today there were all males working and they had basketball on TV, again no big deal. Ive been there twice and I hate it. The people are okay, but the acrylic nails don't last at all. I got mine done this past Monday afternoon, it's thrusday and I've already had 3 nails come off. I called to see since it's been just a few days, to see if they would fix them and they wanted to charge me full price to fix them even tho it wasn't my fault. The diamonds I had on my ring finger were only put on with nail polish, so within 2 hours of me leaving half of them were missing. Ill never go back here. Read Less

Ive been going to hayley for years for lcn nails, they are always amazing and look fabulous Have recently changed to shellac nails and love them loads, they look fab and last for ages. Ive now started having my eyelashes done with LVL, i cant believe what a difference it makes! I have quite short lashes that you normally cant really even see without loads of mascara on but with LVL they look incredible! Long, uplifted and full and no need to even wear mascara! As a busy mum of 4 with not much time to pamper myself at home i really enjoy my trips to exclusive and always feel wonderful with my nails and lashes for weeks after having them done! Service is what I like first and foremost. They make all clients feel valued . I would strongly recommend as Shellac is extremely good and best value I have found locally.
