A friend and I came in as walk-ins for a pedi and we were greeted at the door. They have a large staff and many pedicure chairs ready to go. Everything was very clean and sanitary, the decor refreshing, and the staff was very friendly. As soon as we sat down we were offered a drink. I was impressed from start to finish. I will definitely be coming here for my pedicures from now on.

They wasn’t busy at all when I went in, all the staff was just sitting around playing on their phones, iPads, etc. I got rushed to pick out the color for my fill. He was done with my nails within 20 m...
They wasn’t busy at all when I went in, all the staff was just sitting around playing on their phones, iPads, etc. I got rushed to pick out the color for my fill. He was done with my nails within 20 minutes whenever normally It takes everyone else at least 45 minutes. The gel wasn’t drying I told him multiple times that they wasn’t drying and he just blamed it on the oil that was sticky whenever it was pretty obvious That it was the gel because it was getting all over the place, but they were to worried about rushing me out of there. There is no longer ANY gel on any of my nails and it hasn’t even been 24 hours. Not to mention my eyebrows. Went in with perfectly even brows, left with toothpick thin brows that don’t even look somewhat alike. Two different shapes!!! So yeah I WON’T be returning. NOT WORTH IT!!!!

My first set was dip powder and a chrome finish. I had Magda and she was wonderful and very meticulous! She made sure every nail was the same length and that the shape of the nails were consistent
with each other (coffin). I plan on going back to Magda some time soon for another dip!

Tach soaked my nails in acerone for over two hours. My skin hasn't been right since. As much as we loved the staff..We won't be going back. My friend also had mildew and a hole.im one of her nails. She is diabetic. Maybe it's who you are that depends on the excellent service you get.

Called ahead to book two pedicure appointments for my sister and myself. Arrived when we said we would and waited 10 minutes. We were then left soaking for 35 minutes with no apology or recognition of the long wait. I’d have left but there were no towels nearby or technicians to ask for one. One person started on my sister and another started on me 15 minutes later. No one spoke to us or ever mentioned a reason for the delay. With so many nail salons in Lakeland, do yourself a favor and stay away.

Everything is new and is decorated really beautifully. I got a manicure and the basic pedicure. The service was outstanding. The basic pedicure included the paraffin wax treatment, which is usually something you have to pay extra for. The mani and pedi combo was only $38. And they changed their gloves after each customer, which is hard to find. They'll be my regular salon from now on.

A friend and I came in as walk-ins for a pedi and we were greeted at the door. They have a large staff and many pedicure chairs ready to go. Everything was very clean and sanitary, the decor refreshing, and the staff was very friendly. As soon as we sat down we were offered a drink. I was impressed from start to finish. I will definitely be coming here for my pedicures from now on.

They wasn’t busy at all when I went in, all the staff was just sitting around playing on their phones, iPads, etc. I got rushed to pick out the color for my fill.
