Please, this is just a cautionary advisement, so-to-speak regarding #Essi Nails & its owners/operators. You're paying to be pampered, not feel disrespected more stressed about having a mani, pedi, or both! And ultimately, that is exactly how you'll feel if you go to & stay w/this establishment.
And while you're at it, for anyone going for manicures/pedicures; learn the basics of the language, trust me you'll be surprised at what you hear! This is especially true when they think you don't understand! And yes, don't let Selena get you started on designs either, because once you can't afford them or can't wear them to your place of employment any longer; she does get upset about it, it's a 3rd to 4th of the money coming out of her pocket. When you factor it all in of course.
Now, I'd been a client since 2012, and they were quite good in the beginning, especially, "Rose." Now, I'm not addressing all the other bad business practices that are taking place in this forum; simply just the experiences.
Another thing, if you have feeling members who are ill, if you are ill, Do Not, and I reiterate, Do Not even go into this establishment whatsoever! Not even once! Even if you've been a long-time client, and you have to cancel, let's say you're in the ER, and you're calling to cancel, but you need to reschedule, but, you're shut down from explaining. No, I'm keeping in mind you're in the ER giving them enough respect to call them and let them know, but they're not giving you enough respect to listen, really? They're not worth your time nor worth your money. That's just one example. There are many more. This is also not counting the fact that you show up early for your appointment, but your kept waiting up to 30-45 minutes past your appointment time. 15 minutes is too long, considering the fact that you're fifteen minutes late they won't see you! Yeah, um, no!
So, as of 9/10/16, a call was placed to #Essi & "Rose" was asked who the owners were; she refused to disclose much like her refusals to discuss. She was then asked who the manager was; again a refusal. "Tony" took the phone from her, he refused, said it was a wrong number, & hung up when he found out it was about a complaint. RED FLAGS! There's already enough when I returned earlier this year from the other salon everyone else who had been there what's going on with the exception of just two. That's just pretty much solidified me on who owned the business I just didn't have names; until now.
I will just reiterate there are other bad business practices going on that will not be interested in this form they will be addressed elsewhere. That said comma may I suggest anywhere else, and I do mean anywhere else but #Essi Nails and Spa.
None of us should ever be sitting in an ER showing these people enough respect to call them to let them know we won't be making it in, and their thanks is disrespect, really?
I'm just citing a couple of examples here that was noted.
Ms. Selena "Rose" Tran and Mr. Tuong Tr "Tony" Ha, both of you do realize respect is earned it's not just a given, right? Both of you also know that adage what comes around goes around, right? Some things that go along way in business, Respect, Humility, Humor, & definitely customer service. Yours is lacking a few of the aforementioned. If the rest of us were doing what you guys are doing; we'd be out of business already. #Essi isn't out of business simply because of its proximity, and that's it; you know this.
In any event, Selena "Rose" Tran, although I'm quite good, you still have some 'bad business practices' you really need to take care of, your issues aside, we are actually speaking of practices w/in your business.
Best Wishes, in the interim, Ms. Tran and Mr. Ha. Read Less
