First time I went service was great & nails looked great. I went back for a fill & design and was not happy. I had wrote a review and the same day Sam reached out to me & asked me to come back in so he could fix it. He did my acrylics again and put a BEAUTIFUL Christmas design on them. It is very rare these days to find a business that takes the time to reach out to a customer to make sure they are happy. That made all the difference to me & I has won my future business back. I’ve been here a few times. The last time I went, my nails were messed up but Sam reached out to me and asked if I could come back in to have him fix my nails & he did free of charge. I really appreciate that he took the time to make it right and provide excellent customer service. Because of that, I would highly recommend anyone to this salon. They rushed through my nails and did a hack job. My fingernails were very sore the next day and the gelac was layered on so messily that my nails look misshapen. The woman who instructed the person doing my nails also told him I wanted something other than what I asked for and was very very rude to me when I asked for it to be corrected. $50 later and I will NOT be going back. I have always said this was my favorite place to go and have been a loyal customer and recommended to all my friend's. Until last Friday, because it still bothers me so much, I decided to share. I went after work, they were busy, they asked me to come back in an hour and I did. Then everything was rushed cuz now its close to closing, however they knew I wanted it all. So I'm getting pedicure while another started working on nails. When pedicure done they move me to the cha...ir to do remaining nails. So rushed that one is cutting down one hand while other is working on other, and ready, switch. Then he leaves she continues to do nails. Then another starts to wax my eyebrows while, yes, still sitting in nail chair. Now I'm trying to look up eyes Closed while also trying to figure out where to place my hand to cure shellack polish. Relaxing, NOT. Oh it gets better. I go to pay, $89 Is the total, she circles the remaining $11 in my gift card as tho I don't know how much was left. Told her to keep it but she wanted more. I generally tip 20% for really good service, this was not. I say oh you want more. I give 5 more. Now I have 3 standing around me. And she's still looking at me. I said, what you don't think that's enough? You want more, her response is, well you had 4 people working on you. Since when do we tip based on persons involved. Now appalled and speechless, silly me i give 5 more as they are all expecting this. Now I'm up to a tip of $21 dollars on an $89 bill and I say, you're not getting anymore you do realize that's now almost a 25% tip. She truly felt each person who touched me should get 5 dollars. I hope none ever feels they way I felt when I left there. Sam, I'm sorry but this needed to be said. You need to talk to your employees and tell them a tip is just that a tip not to be expected but appreciative fit anything they get. And what they did, was very wrong and should never happen again. I know or won't for me. Not sure I will ever return and if I do I guarantee my experience will not be the same nor will I be shamed into more tip not deserved. Worst set of acrylics I've ever had put on. The guy doing them didn't shape them to my nail properly, and I'm absolutely livid that he left jagged edges of acrylic on the bottoms of the nail. Didn't even bother to clean them up. They started lifting 1 week after getting them done and started falling off a few days later (currently only have 6 nails on out of 10). It looked like he used cheap glue and didn't groove my nail so they would stay in place. Read Less

Clean, Friendly, and gentle on my mother's hands - she has very thin skin and they do a wonderful job. My mother is also diabetic and i have a broken foot and they did a fantastic pedicure on each of us. I have my toe nails done for the first time since I broke my foot over 20 years ago...
