I’ve been coming here for a few months now & definitely feel like this is one of the best places in Auburn. When I call for a appt I’m always able to get in within 30 min. When I arrive I never have to wait more then it takes to pick a polish for my pedicure. The staff is always friendly & accommodating. The price is better then other places. I always leave happy. Everyone is nice. The guy who is upfront always joking with customers. So if u thought he was rude it maybe a lack of ur sense of humor. Anyhoo ladies are sweet and nice. We compair nails at work and hands down mine always look nicer. Clean and sharp. Read Less

Terrible! They are very rude, if they are short staffed they will have someone with no experience do your nails! A shift manager ended up doing my nails they were bumpy and uneven, there was acrylic on my skin! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! Worst place ever Read Less

Horrible customer service. Disrespectful and racist employees and the manager Is just as disrespectful as the employees. Almost got into a physically altercation with one of the workers. Went to get a full set and a pedicure , nails are great but only because they switched the person doing my nails and my feet look the same as when I first walked in only difference is my nails are purple. Went here for the first time earlier in the week and was not impressed. The stylist did an awful job on coloring my hair and when I got home I could still see grays everywhere. When I called to complain they did offer to correct the color but all they did was make it worse. The grays are gone, but now my roots don't match the rest of my hair. My advice, go somewhere else!
