Don't waste your time or money he cut my cuticles so badly that they started bleeding and finish my manicure and less than 10 minutes my pedicure turned out better because a young lady did it instead. They do not seem to sanitize their equipment that they used to do your nails the guy pulled stuff out of a drawer and then put it back after he rinsed it in water and this was after he cut my cuticles so bad that they were bleeding so there's blood all over those utensils that he was using. So there was a lot of good and a little bit of bad when it comes to my experience here. I arrived at 11:20am on Sunday. No one was here. Posted hours for Sunday are 11am-5pm. Right when I got back into my car to leave, a young man showed up and opened up shop. (I wish I could remember his name! He was really nice!) He greeted me and my nine year old daughter. We got the pedicures with the scrub, foot massage, etc. The foot massage was GREAT. The young man that did 90% of my pedicure was very likeable and engaged myself and my daughter. An older gentleman (did not catch his name either) did my daughters nails and got finished with hers much quicker than mine. When the man doing my pedicure was cleaning up and helping another customer, the older gentleman took over my nails. Unfortunately, my nails were pretty sloppy. Which makes me sad because when I’m paying $50 for a pedicure, I want the nails to come out right. I can’t help but think if the man who started my pedicure had finished it then they would’ve turned out much better because he was so attentive and didn’t rush through anything. Probably the least enjoyable pedicure I’ve ever had! Literally finished in 15 minutes without even getting a foot rub. I didn’t even get the basic pedicure. Every nail salon I’ve ever been to my pedicure lasted longer than 15 minutes WITH a foot rub AND getting the basic pedicure. I have really short nail beds and I always get long nails so they tend to break off a lot but they fix them for free and don’t charge for the shape I want unlike most nail places I go to. Run. I left here in TEARS. I had explained that I was getting engagement pictures done the following weekend and wanted to make sure my nails looked nice. I originally wanted SNS Dipping Powder. They don't have colored powders, said it's bad for your nails, but they can do SNS and put gel on top. I'm not too picky, and I really just wanted to try out the dipping powder since I've never done it before. No biggie. The guy starts giving me acrylics. I asked if I was getting acrylics instead of SNS. HE TRIED TO LIE TO ME! Told me it was SNS. No it was the purple/blue liquid and a powder, mixed on a brush, and applied the the nail. Definitely acrylics. After I stood my ground he agreed it was acrylics. I'm a little irritated at this point, but I've had acrylics and gel polish before and it lasted, so as long as the end product looks good I couldn't care less. Y'all, he chipped the acrylic by the bed of  my nail and painted over it and refused to believe my nail did not look like that before I came in. The gel was thrown on my nail and was globed in some places. Plus the top coat was so uneven and even missing in the middle of my nail. They at least felt a little bad and didn't charge me for the terrible acrylics. Went to a Walmart (only place open late on a Sunday) and am so much happier with the end result. I've been very unhappy with other salons and am so pleased to have found Fanci Nails & Spa in Lakeland. I am very picky and always end up disappointed but this place left me with no regrets. Staff are warm and welcoming. They did an amazing job and my nails still kook great 3 weeks later. They were amazing and paid attention to every detail. The salon is very clean and spotless. I recently had a pedicure done by the nail staff of Fanci Nails & Spa and it was wonderful. I have tried around 5 different nail salons around my home & this was by far the best pedicure I've had. I was in Lakeland and stumbled upon Fanci Nails & Spa. Everyone was really nice and welcoming. Prices were good and being able to have wine during my pedicure made it even better. The place was very clean. They have a large selection of shellac and designs they can do with shellac. Other salons I've been to just offer basic shellac paint but this one they did a shellac very well. It was beautiful. Loved the service I got. Will definitely be going back! Read Less

Usually I dread getting my nails done due to how long it takes, but Terry was quick professional and did a PERFECT job on my nails I absolutely recommend you to try him. I leave bleeding every time and have open wounds next to my fingernails. The first time I went I was left sitting for 25 minutes waiting to pay, I finally resorted to laying cash down and leaving hoping it was the right amount. And apparently they just rip off acrylics with force if you no longer want them on instead of using acetone. They don't seem to care much about their customers comfort. Read Less

I like the concept of this nail salon. I was referred here by a friend. The new owners were present and the man was kind and accommodating. But! The pedicure could really use some work. The price of the pedicure was quite high $$$ for the area and the pedicure was less than expected. I still had dead skin left on my feet and my nails were severely slanted!! They told me I could.
