This place is horrible!!! The staff members are all rude, unorganized, I wish I could give 0 stars. The guy "Tom" who did my nails was awful!!! He was in a rush, huffed and puffed the entire time, and did a horrible job. My nails looked incomplete, when I mentioned it he told me there was nothing he could do. Absolutely awful! I will NOT BE BACK. I asked for a manicure and the nail tech was hassling me to get gel instead. He stuck my hand in a small bowl with beads and COLD water. He shaped my nails round even after I requested square. There was no hot towel or hand massage as stated in the description. I asked my husband how his pedi was because he is a diabetic and feet are very important and he just as dissatisfied. We went to pay and they don't take AMEX and you can't leave a tip on the card. He suggested we use the ATM inside that of course charges a fee so we could leave a tip. I could write a small book on how bad this place and it's services are. WOW Read Less

I went there for the first time today and took two kids age 12 to do their spa pedicure with me. I got an excellent service, massage, hot towel ... but I asked the kids if they liked it and they said no because they were hoping to get the hot towel and relaxing massage and they didnt and I payed the same for everybody , I wished I knew this before I left just because the kids hated it I hate it now !!!!Hopefully they will read the review and improve their service or at least do what their description says. Went here today w my girlfriend . Can't believe someone either A. Lied or B. Is completley Blind ,because the place is not clean . It was so dirty I left halfway into process . The walls a dirty , equipment is dirty , chairs are dirty and made me feel grossed out . To top it all off the staff wasn't exactly friendly. The less the clean atmosphere for a nail salon is not exactly where I want to go . Won't be going here again . Read Less

Wish I would have read the reviews for this location before going in, new to this area and it is close to where I stay so I figure I'd give it a shot, pedicure was wonderful!..unfortunately the acrylic job was horrendous, I had glue that stuck to my skin for almost a week. Nail technician was an older man who seemed to look like he was having a bad day, so I adapted, but the experience was MISERABLE..he seemed annoyed by the almond shape nail I wanted and gave me a questionable oval shape instead, he would pause and sigh after every nail as if it were a hassle, and added on his tip to the total amount so that he could leave before my nails even dried..I was amazed. I've been coming here for the past 9 years since it's open and it is honestly the best place EVER!!! I moved away and I tried finding a place closer to my house but absolutely no one holds a candle to them so I do the 35 min drive to them when I need a relaxing and lasting treatment. I literally walked out with just the acrylic on and didn't even want nail polish on it cause of how bad of a job they did! I just waisted $22 in there and I'm extremely upset and have to go to another nail salon just so they can fix the mess up they did! I regret going and they don't know how to do any design on top of messed up acrylic! Read Less

TERRIBLE experience. Honestly, it was a waste of money. $42 dollars for crooked nails and a bleeding cuticle. One guy there was nice- BUT the nails WEREN'T so nice. If I could give a negative star review, I would. The owner was more worried about his phone then the customers. The employees would argue with the costumers and not even engage in a conversation with you. OVERALL- NOT pleased at all and HIGHLY disappointed. Read Less

The only reason why I'm giving this salon 5 stars is all because of Diana. Diana is the reason I travel 45 minutes to go get my nails done at passion nails. Her work is commendableand she always provides the best of the best for her clients. However, I wouldn't suggest getting your nails done by anyone else besides her. Read Less

I've been to this nail salon before and I was in the area, so I stopped in to get a manicure and pedicure done.  The last two times I didn't have any issues with them and it's a beautiful and clean salon.  Yesterday was either a full moon or not a good start for some of the manicurists that were working.  When I walked in, I was told it was going to be a 10 minute wait by a staff member.  There was at least 8 people taking care of customers.  I get it, but when I see on that is waiting for a customer that has an appointment 20 minutes later, why not have them start on a customer that is waiting in the lobby and have another person finish?  She asked me to come over and she would start on me, but she was told no by two other staff members because she had an appointment with another customer.  Grrrr...she just sat there and looked out the window while sipping on her coffee.  It was now at the 15 minute mark and there was three people that came in after me and one was taken to get her nails done.  Then the guy at the receptionist desk said to the lady next to me that it won't be long.  I raised my hand and asked how much longer it would be.  He asked me if I signed in and I said that I didn't realized that I needed to after I was told that it was going to be a 10 minute wait after I walked in.  He then said it will be a few more minutes and proceeded to avoided me.  Another 5 minutes passed and there was someone that came out to give me a manicure and pedicure.The guy did an amazing job on my nails and he did it within an hour.  I verified with two staff members in there how much it was going to be and they said 25 dollars.  When I went to pay, the guy who took my money said that I was all done.  He wasn't joking at first and then he started laughing.  I don't know how many he has pulled this one on, but he's absolutely crazy for thinking I was going to give a $15 tip for a manicure and pedicure.  He proceeded to give me 13 dollars back.  I mentioned that I thought it was 25 bucks and he said it's $27.  The price list was on the desk and I was not happy about that.  Written always prevails over verbal and I didn't complain about it.  The place was busy and it was not a good manner by the staff.  I honestly was going to get up and walk out of there because how poorly the professionalism was by some of the staff members in there.  When I'm told a different price to begin with and I still verified it with another staff member to make sure, it goes to show me that the staff are not knowledgeable about how much services cost or they just don't give a crap.  After reading the prior reviews, I see that other people have the same opinion.  It's a shame that this happened and I don't plan to return.
