Horrible. I went to get a new full set and the guy didn’t even soak my nails after I told him to. He tried ripping my ACRYLICS off. When I asked for how much it would cost he told me $30 for a fill? I usually get my nails done when I have free time so I don't plan ahead or schedule, I just drop in. I never had to wait more than 10 minutes. They only take cash but their prices are pretty low. The selection of colors both for regular polish and for gel is very big, and all the people that work their know what they are doing so I don't need to see one specific person each time. I am a customer of Cute Nails that has been going there for 5 years. Within 3 years of getting my manicures and pedicures done with them, I got a toe fungus in my nail. We, my mother and I, told the owner, who has admitted to not cleaning his tools, and he blamed it on the fact that I wear sneakers. Then two years later, our current date, I take off my nails to find a fungus on my right index finger. They also have horrible service, try to treat customers like family but make me very uncomfortable. I would leave no stars if possible. Read Less

This is about the 5th time for me at this nail salon, my tech. Moved. Sooo I had to get a new full set, they charge 23.00, when I went to pay the owner said it will be 2.00 more.When I question why he said its because my nails are long. By the way I never get polished I do that myself. I think the owner better get some help for is attitude. Read Less

I think the reviewer below got the wrong place- cute nails does just that... nails.This is my go to place to get my nails done. Prices are great and my nails always look great (I seriously get a ton of compliments on my pink and whites). But my only complaint is that Chin needs to get more nail polish colors for people to use!! When I get my pedicure, I wish I had more of a selection of colors that are bright and colorful. Read Less
