I should have never returned after my first visit. The nail tech was too lazy to get all the gel off my nail before applying a new set. And when I questioned it he said “it’s okay you won’t even see it.” Well the dark maroon color would have absolutely shown through the sheer glitter pink color I was about to get. And when I asked him to remove the rest of the maroon before moving on he started yelling at me “if you don’t like your service get out and go somewhere else” and slammed his chair back walking away yelling in Chinese or Korean or whatever. Another lady , soft spoken and was I think embarrassed came over to look at my nails at what he did and she said “I’ll fix it.” So the next few times I went I requested to have her do them only. Well as time went on more and more people would request to ONLY be worked on by this same lady. One day I was there getting my nails done and someone called the salon to make an appointment with her. And the gentleman that answered the phone said “she’s not here today but we have someone that can do you, you can come now.” Mind you....I was being worked on by the one “that wasn’t in today.” When he hung up he said to her , “it’s too much too much! Everyone only wants you it’s too much.” Well everyone requests her because she’s the only one that does a good job. And that’s sad because the staff is huge. I stopped going when I made two attempts to make another appointment with her via phone and was told that she wasn’t in. Which I know was a lie because I later saw her in there working when I showed up anyway. No more. Their loss. I will never go back

Truly disappointed in the service i got at this nail salon. Will never return to this salon, should of left when i walked in and saw the place was empty. The girl who did my manicure was in a rush and gave me the worst manicure ever, left nail polish on my skin, didnt remove the cuticle. The polish looked like a 10 year old did it. Don't waist your money or time. Go to a salon that knows what they are doing.

Best nail shop and lots of fun!! This is my nail salon for over seven years. Lisa and the staff are hard working and very nice. I recommend then to everyone.

Absolute WORST place! So rude and disrespectful. Went to remove tips and regular nail polish and made me wait 25 min while they took another customer and when I finally asked how much longer they finally removed my fingers that were completely stained dark purple which I complained about and took another 25 minutes to remove.. instead of apologizing they continued to say it was because I am so white and that I’m just sensitive. I left this place so upset and crying. Save your money do NOT go.

They hit me with the drill the technician was sleeping in the corner. didn't from nails. they didn't use the liner for the pedicure it was just a really bad experience. I will never go back and I don't recommend it to anyone..still very overpriced ..no value ..total blunder...

Worse service ever! I just went in and Lee was in charge Of doing my manicure and pedicure, after 5 months of not doing my nails due to pregnancy ... he started my manicure and I couldn't handle the bad work, and with a tremendous attitude he passed to another associate, this time Vincent , very polite he took off all my cuticles and did a good job in the manicure , however when the time of gel nail polish came ... he was a disaster, I got gel bobbles all over my nails , after he charged me $25 he said come back tomorrow and I'll fix it... TOTAL DISASTER! I just left that place and I'm not planing on returning neverrrrrrrrrrrrr!

Sunday, no appointments is fine. First come, first serve. My granddaughter and I get there at 915 for a 10 am opening. Stood at the door for a while waiting, went back to the car (parked in the very first spot from the door) another customer pulls up, sees us as we are getting out of the car, rushes to the front door to act like she was first. After the staff of Belle arrived (late) they asked who was first, and the second customer started arguing with me that she "tagged" the door first! HA, called me rude ecttt after she knows we were there long before her. THEN, another older lady walks up and says she was there on Saturday, they were busy so LISA, told her to come back on Sunday and she would be first. SO, how does this system work.....very poorly! After my granddaughters pedi, I paid and left. I will not go to a place and pay to be argued with and made to feel upset. The Sunday system does not work the way they have it and I will never go back. Been going there a long time and the staff should have done more to help instead of just acting like, whoever gets in the chair first is the winner. I will not be treated like that and pay for on top of it!

My experience has been nothing but good. Two visits in and I'll return back. The prior reviews didn't have a great experience and I guess I got lucky. When you first walk in, the salon is very clean. I'm not sure if it recently changed ownership since I first stepped in about a couple weeks ago, but I dig it and I'll plan to return. The manicurists are professional and they did a great job on my nails. There is a bunch of colors to choose from. They offer pedicures and waxing services as well. I can't speak for that part since I haven't got either one of those done yet. There isn't a long wait time and I was in and out within an hour. You have the option of setting up an appointment and you're welcome to have coffee or water during your visit.

I would never walk in here ever again. I mean that.

I have known Lisa for over 10 years and stopped going to her salon because she would always take my appointment; but, put me with someone else. Today I decided to give it another shot. Well, what a mistake. Lisa (the owner) was on vacation. The man in the first chair helped me. I asked for a nexgen with new color and he said ok. He wrapped my nails to remove the polish. He then started telling me to do gel and didn't stop until I said no several times. And then proceeded to say I had to do gel because the girl that was going to do my nails, doesn't have time. By now, my old polish is half off! I was so upset I removed the foil and I paid the $5 he charged me and left. I will NEVER go back there. Your staff should not lie to your clients just for a sale. Very unprofessional!!

I went in a couple of months ago, on a Saturday, for a mani-pedi. I did not have an appointment and did not have to wait long at all. Two different men did my hands and my feet, neither one asked what I wanted (square, round, etc). I have no real complaints about my pedicure -- but I also did not give him any directions to speak of. My manicurist, however, did get on my nerves a bit. I wasn't really paying attention after I sat down but as he started filing on my second hand I noticed that he was giving me square nails. I'm not a huge fan of square fingernails so I apologized for not paying attention and asked if he could round them off. He seemed slightly annoyed but tried to hide it and told me it'd be no problem. He then proceeded to do a half-assed job at rounding. Many of my nails were still flat-ish and I had to file off corners when I got home later. There were also traces of the nail polish I came in with left on my nails and when I pointed them out to him he just told me, "It's fine," and left it there. While my fingers were soaking I asked him not to cut my cuticles, only to push them back a little if needed. He responded with "Only a little trim." Uh, no. I repeated not to cut them, which he immediately started to do. The polish application itself was clean and even, no complaints there. As we got closer to the manicure being completed he got more and more amiable and good-natured. Everything looked good after I left.All in all, it was a decent mani-pedi -- if you're okay with having no input other than what color to put on your nails.

Sunday, no appointments is fine. First come, first serve. My granddaughter and I get there at 915 for a 10 am opening. My experience has been nothing but good. Two visits in and I'll return back. The prior reviews didn't have a great experience and I guess I got lucky. When you first walk in, the salon is very clean. I'm not sure if it recently changed ownership since I first stepped in about a couple weeks ago, but I dig it and I'll plan to return.
