I went in a couple of months ago, on a Saturday, for a mani-pedi. I did not have an appointment and did not have to wait long at all. Two different men did my hands and my feet, neither one asked what I wanted (square, round, etc). I have no real complaints about my pedicure -- but I also did not give him any directions to speak of. My manicurist, however, did get on my nerves a bit. I wasn't really paying attention after I sat down but as he started filing on my second hand I noticed that he was giving me square nails. I'm not a huge fan of square fingernails so I apologized for not paying attention and asked if he could round them off. He seemed slightly annoyed but tried to hide it and told me it'd be no problem. He then proceeded to do a half-assed job at rounding. Many of my nails were still flat-ish and I had to file off corners when I got home later. There were also traces of the nail polish I came in with left on my nails and when I pointed them out to him he just told me, "It's fine," and left it there. While my fingers were soaking I asked him not to cut my cuticles, only to push them back a little if needed. He responded with "Only a little trim." Uh, no. I repeated not to cut them, which he immediately started to do. The polish application itself was clean and even, no complaints there. As we got closer to the manicure being completed he got more and more amiable and good-natured. Everything looked good after I left.All in all, it was a decent mani-pedi -- if you're okay with having no input other than what color to put on your nails. Read Less
