My nails are supposed to be pink and white, I have 3 different shades of pink on my nails then charged me 35 dollars for fills. The nail tech ran the pink into the white so it looks like a huge sloppy mess. My 12 year old nice does a better job. Save your money, they look worse then when I came in!!! 1st time customer & won't go back. 1- I was talked in into upgrading a regular mani to a gel mani which has ruined my healthy nails. I usually do NexGen and wanted to give my nails a bit of a break. Now I have to use Nailtiques to try to salvage my nails. Prior to the gel mani, they were in great shape.2 - The technician did not soak off my nails as every other salon has done for me, rather he pried them off with another fake nail, which hurt a little.3- The technician also passed a remark about my skin vs his (I'd just returned from a 2 week tropical vacation) and while his English is poor, I did not care for the tone which he made the remark.4- I had my eyebrows threaded there. I have never had a bad experience at Sapa. I feel bad that I don't know anyone's name, but the oldest lady (the owner?) does one of the most careful and exacting eyebrow waxes I have ever had. Clearly, she taught the younger girl (early 20s) because she does them the exact same way. Perfection! It is worth the drive to get them done properly.The pedicures have been long-lasting and flawless. The younger lady did mine today. It's not fast, but I've never had a nail tech do a more thorough and perfect job. She really takes her time, examining your nail bed and shaping all aspects perfectly. She is a perfectionist, which is rare in this business.The salon is immaculate, which is also nice. Read Less

I had a great experience . Sapa was wonderful... The prices are affordable and the service was great. Highly recommend. I'm really curious of the bad experience one person had. Do not do business at this spa!!! I was a customer here several times. I made appt's with Sapa, the owner. She got sloppier with her fills. She doesn't really want to do the work! The last time I was there for service, I made an appt like I always did. She gave my business to one of her techs. He actually did a better job than she does, but my pedicure had more polish on the skin on my toes then on my nails!!! I had to try and correct all the mess he had made.
