Horrible! I asked if they knew how to do next gen since not everyone can do it and she said yes. I made an appointment for 2 and was not seen for about 15 minutes so what's the point of making an appointment. To make matters worse while I was waiting she could of put the acetone and aluminium paper on my nail for next gen to get out so once I get to her she'ss ready but know. She starts my nail by trying to take out next gen with her fingers!!!!??!! Yes you heard me correct. When I was appalled and asked her what she was doing and that she needed to put acetone she said is that what you want ok then??!!! After this debacle she was taking forever as if she had no idea what she was doing I told her to finish it off with just polish and I'm done . She broke my nails, i know have a thumb where my skin is exposed due to her negligence of cutting too short and playing with my nails and it hurt sooo bad. Please please stay away!!! Read Less

Went in for a manipedi was told to pick out a color as i picked it out a party of 12walked in. I understand they had an appointment but dont tell me to pick out color then tell me come back at 5pm. You knew they had appointment then you should have told me up front. Read Less
