BEWARE!!!!!!! Took my money and disappeared. Went to get my manicure that I paid for in advance and place is out of business!!!!! Never received the courtesy of a call or anything!

I can't wait to come back! My nail tech took time to get the shape of my nails just how I like them, she was so sweet and my nails turned out wonderfully. I am one happy mermaid.

Very friendly but possibly the worst mani pedi I've ever had. Gel polish peeled off one whole nail at a time over the course of three days. Pedicure didn't wear eel either and also barely trimmednor shaped my toenails. Geared more toward kid parties than adults

This place is ridiculous! The owner is not very accommodating to her clients! I have been trying to make an appointment for literally four months! She claims that she is fully booked every time I have attempted to make an appointment! Finally, I have an appointment today and call her to let her know that there is an awful accident on the highway and I would be fifteen minutes late. I was traveling an hour to have the appointment! This was a gift and I finally had an appointment so I was looking forward to a spa treatment! I leave her a message and she calls me back stating that there is no way that she can see me today because of my tardiness. I am a school teacher and work hard each week and was truly looking forward to spoiling myself with the gift I received months ago!! I asked her if I could just get the manicure instead of both the pedicure and manicure and she declined that as well! I don't understand how hard it would have been to have me come and do the manicure today and the pedicure another day, but she stated that she is too busy! Please if you are going to this place to have a spa treatment, turn around! I just drove forty-five minutes to be rudely spoken to! She is not great with customer service and truly isn't accommodating!!

First of all let me say that when I walked in I felt like I was at home. The spa owner, Jeanette Brown and the other staff were very welcoming and extremely nice. Her spa was beautiful! I could tell she was very talented based off how her spa looked. There was so many pretty colors in there, everything fit together, it was perfect! I came in for a mani, and the cool part was Jeanette did my nails, and she did an amazing job! Her nail art was fantastic, and my nails have lasted for a long time! Soon I'll have to go get a fill in, and I can't wait! If you love mermaids, this is the place to go. I will be recommending The Manicured Mermaid to all my friends and family!

First of all let me say that when I walked in I felt like I was at home. The spa owner, Jeanette Brown and the other staff were very welcoming and extremely nice. Her spa was beautiful!
