First time going to this salon. I will never be visiting it again. Their work was so sloppy, uneven, and my nails look bumpy. The polish is not evenly distributed. Underneath the nails look horrible as well. I only went to them because they were the only one near me that opens on Sunday. I wish I would have waited till Monday and went somewhere else. Smh. I travel a lot with work and it's hard to find someone that good when you move around as much as we do. It has taken me 3 shops but I've found my shop as long as I'm in this location! And I will look for regal in the future. I'm a Happy Gal!!! I showed up yesterday with a set that I had from a previous shop. I wasn't happy with the set & service I received from them, but Lam worked wonders, I showed him what I wanted and told him what I liked and didn't like. With the horrible experiences that I have had here in fl I was constantly telling him what I wanted, he kept reassuring me that I would love them. He is an awesome nail tech has earned my return business, the staff is great very friendly employees they are not there just to turn a dollar. Cleanest nail salon I've been to in a long time! I've tried many salons and have yet to find one that does as good a job as this one! Melissa the owner always does my nails (pink and white acrylics) they are beautiful, seemless and last a loooong time ! Don't risk your nails or waste your money anywhere else ! Read Less
