Waited in there 45 mins with my feet soaking and them telling me 5 more mins like every 10 mins. They then had a customer come in that was getting nails and obviously spending more money then me and just went to working on them. I know she didnt have an appointment because I watched her sign in and the lady asked what she wanted. I finally got up and left. Yes I am a man and get my feet done with my fiancee. Literally the worst paint job I have ever had. Go ANYWHERE but here! I pointed out to the original woman who did my nails how awful they looked and another woman just packed two more coats of polish on top of the already awful mess. She got mad that I wasn't happy and had a nasty attitude with me for a service I paid $40 for... Horrible customer service. Don't waste your time!! The owner is a true psycho!! I went there 2 weeks ago and went in and she said I owed them money because they forgot to charge me!! Wow!! I stated to her that I would have to check my account because I know my card was charged!! I knew at this particular time something wasn't right and so I left and told her I would check my account! She started yelling at me and got the cops involved!! The cops told her I didn't owe her anything and recommended that I go to the websites to review them! The man who did my nails refused to listen to me. I asked for the coffin shape and he said no. So I asked for them to be rectangle shaped because I hate the look of square nails. He decided a square nail with rounded corners was what would look best. Needless to say, I will be going to a different salon tomorrow to get them fixed. Not impressed. Read Less

By far the worst place I have ever gotten my nails done at. I went in looking to have my gel nails redone. I sit down and the lady starts soaking off my existing gel (which I do prefer), but then started picking it off with HER OWN FINGERNAIL! I'm not just talking about a pick here and there! All 10 of my nails were removed by her picking at my gel polish with HER FINGER! Ewwwwwwww. On top of that the polish she put back on looks like something a 12 year old could do. I went here for a mani/pedi in shellac French tip. My pedicure looks great but my manicure started chipping a few hours after I got it done, shellac is supposed to last 2+ weeks and my nails look horrible after barely 1 week. I was considering going back to complain but I only come to Lake City to visit family so I wanted to spend time with them.
