I have gone to nearly every salon between South Leesburg and the Villages area over a years period and haven’t had a more beautiful nail job done than when Andy from Pretty Nails did mine. This was my first visit at this salon. Very unhappy! I asked for a natural nail manicure and was seated very quickly. A lady sat down and filed my nails very quickly, for a few seconds, like she was in a rush. Soon she got up and came back a few seconds later with a cold bowl of water for me to soak my hands in. I waited 10 mins and finally a guy came and sat down. Never a word spoken to me, neither one. He proceeded on with my manicure. He focused on the door and the other staff and guest. After 5 mins he was finished, wrote up my ticket and asked me to come with him. My nails are very sharp and jagged, some are slanted. Didnt ask if I'd like polish, a clear coat, nothing. I paid and still tipped but I will never come back here again. I definitely wont refer anyone either! If given another option I wouldn't rate an entire star. Read Less

Today I waited an hour to get a pedicure and gel nails. Usually this place is on point but not today. I waited with no water just sitting there in the pedicure chair. Ladies came in an hour after me and had water filled for them right away. All that I was told is someone will be with me in a minute. The little girl was getting everyone else's color as I sat there. I came here for the first time and it was a let down. When I walked in I instantly showed a photo and asked the technician if she could do the design I wanted. She told me she could (bc if she couldn’t I would have went elsewhere). Once completed with my full set she proceeded to paint my nails a vase color of light brown like I wanted then she tells me I can’t finish this bc we don’t have the other colors you want. I was so angry I almost left then but I really needed a ...pedi. So she did a good job on my pedi and she did a good job on my nail shape. However I wouldn’t let her finish my toes nails (she couldn’t even listen to what I wanted) as the basic design she put in my nails is horrible looking I didn’t want my toes to be as bad. My 8 year old could have done better. I will not be returning here again. I will wait until my normal salon opens back up from renovations to get a fill and in the meantime I had to pay for something I cane straight home and took the polish off. See More Read Less

I've been going to this nail salon for 3 years and just recently it went to new management. I went in for a simple polish change on my toes and an eyebrow wax. I told the guy that came over to paint my toes what I wanted and showed a picture, he had a different guy come over who painted my toes. As it was time to do the simple heart design I requested, he sent a woman to me, then another one came over and said she would do it. This woman started painting before she asked what I wanted and when I stopped her and told her that wasn't what I wanted and showed her the picture...she rolled her eyes, started talking to the other employees in their language and POINTING at me while she was removing the toe polish to start over on the one she messed up. When she started to redo the design, it was completely halfway and she's still rolling her eyes and talking obviously about me to the other employees in their language. I immediately told her to stop with the design and just to do the color. They did not care that I was upset and asked if I was ready to have my eyebrows done. I told them I just wanted to pay and leave. They didn't say anything and did not care. This place is AWFUL with the new management and changes.
