My $30, less-than-4-minute-haircut was uneven in at least 3 areas. The "fix" cut made my cute, short pixie twice as short as it was supposed to be. Itchy hair trimmings were all down my clothes the rest of the day. What was that cape for anyway? (That's the second time I walked out with hair trimmings all over me.) Not going back. Went for a job interview with Erika, and she had already hired a receptionist! NOW....she could have totally called me and said that she did hire, but she did not, and didn't even attempt to call me. I traveled almost 30 minutes to get there, and not even the courtesy to apologize for it! I've been a hairdresser for over 45 years, and owned my own salon for 12 years, with 13 employees, and I NEVER would have been so insensitive as to not call someone that was scheduled for an interview, and let them know I had already hired! My husband and I have been loyal clients to Staci Pyles for over 2 yrs now. She is an awesome stylist. My husband gets a great cut and I love my cut & she always knows how to pick out the right color for me. Prior to her I had went to another salon and they messed up my hair with a razor cut. Went in for a deep condition on my birthday 11/27 and the lady TONED my hair without asking me!!!!!  She said my blonde looked gray to her...okay?!  Worst experience I've ever had.
