Unfortunately I had to stop going to this salon after almost 13 years. I always liked this place because, with the exception of one time, they always threaded my eyebrows exactly how I liked. I'm also not big on pedicures so they would just paint my toes. Both services combined would only cost me $18. I don't get my nails done but one after a technician talked me into it. She suggested a gel manicure for $35 but I declined because it was too expensive for me including the upkeep. She then suggested an SNS full set for the same price which I also declined. After speaking to her boss (the owner) she then went back to gel and said it would only be $15. I was skeptical since she had just said it would be $35 but I accepted after I asked how much it would be when I needed it redone and she said it would be $15. She proceeded to give me a manicure and gel polish and sent me on my way for $15. I loved it so much and it lasted which was nice. When I went back 3 weeks later I asked for the same gel manicure service. She didn't remember she had been the one to do my nails last time. At the register she says, "today it's $25". Shocked and a little embarrassed I explained to her that I had only brought $20 with me because she had charged me $15 last time and told it would be the same price this time. All of a sudden she conveniently remembered me and explained that this time she had given me a manicure when last time she hadn't so that's why she was charging me more. I told her I'm sorry but you gave me the same exact service and that she told me it would be $15. She then pointed to the ATM and told me I could use it but I had no card on me. She then told me to walk over and ask the owner myself if it were ok that I only pay $20 all the while she had been listening to our conversation. At that point, I lost my patience and told her that the owner is the one who had said last time to charge me $15. I put my $20 on the counter and told her I wouldn't come anymore and left. It sucks because I've been a customer for so long and now I have to find a new place to get my eyebrows done which is not easy.

It was horrible I went in to get a full set of acrylic nails done and Tina’s husband was shaping my nails with the machine and he saw that other people were coming into the store so he tried to rush and he cut my whole cuticle. My nail was bleeding very badly and he did nothing he just kept on going like if nothing happened. Then he cleaned my nails with acetone and when he got to my cut cuticle he shoved the cotton everywhere and ended up making me bleed even more. Then he sent me to Tina (the owner) and I told her I wanted an ombré on my nails, she cut a bath sponge and blotted onto my nails a mess and bubbles formed everywhere and the sponge she was using was dirty and had old nail polish on it causing my nails to have other colors that I didn’t ask for. My nails looked horrible and I had a nasty cut. They charged me $50 when they had told me it was orriginally $40 but because I wanted an ombré on my nails they charged me more. They treated me poorly and it was very unclean I will never go back and I won’t ever recommend this place to anyone.

i went in to get a full set of acrylics, i choose a bright blue color and once she painted one coat of nail polish on only one hand, i realized i didnt like the color and apologized to her (tina, the owner) and asked if i could change the color, she was very rude and told me to hurry up and pick one because she had an appointment. once i picked the color i wanted, she rushed to get the polish on and didn’t even paint the whole nail. i would never go back.

Entered the shop and was immediately helped. I came in looking to get a pedicure. The lady who helped me turned on the water and asked me to take a seat. I did and then she told me to put my feet in the water and walked away. The water was too hot and because she was distracted talking to other people who worked there - I had to ask another staff member to turn it down. The chair that I sat in hardly worked as far as the massage part. It was the quickest pedicure that I've ever had. At the last minute I asked for a manicure as well. (I want to preface there was a ton of staff not doing anything and it wasn't as if there were a ton of customers in the salon.). The lady seemed frustrated and shuffled me over to a table. I picked out a color and in the middle of the manicure, she just asked someone else to finish. It seemed like she didn't know how to paint nails. In addition I felt that talking to other staff in the salon was more important than customer service. Not the greatest overall experience and I can honestly say that I will go somewhere else next time. I wouldn't recommend.

Please do not use for eyelash extensions. The glue is too strong and after only two weeks a majority of my eyelashes broke off. I've been going to a place before and after this and have never had a problem with lash extensions. These extensions are not one by one or individual ones, but strip lashes cut up into pieces.

She took her tools out of a box, used them on me, put them right back in, then used them on another woman right after me without cleaning. Stay away from this place!

I've been to titanic nail salon twice. While I was there I got my eyebrows done and my eyelashes and my nails done. I have super thick eyebrows and they do an awesome job, as for the eyelashes they last 2-3 weeks and I like them too. The acrylic nails were nice but I really liked my eyebrows and eyelashes he most. The prices are very reasonable .

I frequented this business for years because I loved the way the owner Tina (it's a husband and wife that owns this salon) did my brows. I am EXTREMELY picky when it comes to my brows an Tina always got it right. This places stays busy but the Tina's husband David is soooo rude and unprofessional!! I stopped going because the wait was ridiculous even with an appointment. They're not the cleanest either. The wax is always dirty and all the workers are all "double dipping" in the same wax. There's always hair everywhere and I have observed the pedicure tubs NOT being cleaned/sanitized well I between use.

I used to go here for like 8 years for MICHELLE aka the best brow person they have but as of today I will not be going back since when I called for Michelle today the douche bag manager DAVID answered the phone and when I asked for her he said "She don't belong here anymore...." i said "Excuse me?" And he said "She don't work here no more" then I said oh and he mocked me saying "OOHH YEAH" and rudely hung up. But guess what? Thats okay! I later found out she opened her own buisness down the road called "Michelle Nails & Spa" google it! And go there instead. They shouldn't be douche bags about her leaving when shes worked very hard even during most of her pregnancy and has brought them TONS of buisness. Karmas a b... though and this place is dirty. Good luck with out her!

Fantastic service from these amazing ladies :) My Mum & I had our nails done for my wedding back in April. Catherine worked a miracle and made my nails look stunning despite the fact they where in an awful state beforehand! I was more than happy to show off my wedding ring on the big day as my nails looked fabulous! Thank you so much! Will definitely be back to visit next time I'm home from New Zealand!

The service is horrible, they rather take as many customers as they can but really bad quality of service, I went for pedicure and full set with my mom and sister, the pedicures were done in less than 10 minutes with no massage, they give you this color chart to pick the color but they don't tell you they charge extra because they're using gel nail Polish. I didn't think it was fair to pay $62 each for something I didn't asked and for horrible service. They only said sorry and kept working on someone else. Thru don't even take the right time to clean after each pedicure. The only reason I came to this place was because it is right next to my house, but I rather drive further and get better service and a clean environment.

The old man was paying no attention to do my nail, was on the phone and cashing people out l. Was ROUGH AF on my hands and cut 3 of my fingers and when I told him to STOP it hurts, he says sorry sorry and DOES IT AGAIN. He didn't listen when I asked for gel polished and made me pay $15 more .... I SHOULD HAVE REFUSED TO PAY. But as a paying customer I should get the service I pay for. THEN still bleeding 3 days later I call to have someone fix or refund me and he HUNG UP THE PHONE. COMPLETE TRASH ESTABLISHMENT.

Michelle is one of the eyebrow tech and one of the best. She always have people waiting for her which I believe her clients don't have a problem waiting. It becomes a problem when the young guy in the front doesn't know how to follow a clients arrival turn. I asume that the owners want Michelle clients to get mad and go with any other eyebrow tech, (business strategy) because they can heard the clients complaining about being skip and they do NOTHING about it. It has being suggested to them to place a WAITING LIST so no one will be skip and they dont do it. I think that the owners don't care about having a toxic enviorment ( kids present) where clients are complaining and sometimes using an inappropiate language due to the lack of organization. The waiting area is small and very Old Fashion and they do nothing about it.

I only came to this nail salon because it opened at 0900, otherwise, I would have gone somewhere else. I felt like I was in an Anjela Johnson comedy special. They do try to sell you on facials and eyebrows, but I refused those services. I will not go here again. Lisa rebottled the acetone used to soak off my gel nails. Then she gave me the scraper to scrape my own gel polish off. Since when does a customer do that? Then she forgot to put Bonder on before putting the Base Coat on and I had to remind her. Her station is next to the wall of polishes. Her coworker reached over me to return a few bottles so I had Vietnamese Boobs all up in my face. I should have known better the moment I walked in to walk right back out.

Use to come here all the time! Had a horrible experience with David and Tina's daughter. She did my pedicure and messed up the first time she did the polish. She took it off with the drill and re-polished them. Got some advice from her mom. And it didn't work. The nail polish was all over the place. And everyone was watching her struggling and no one offered to take over! Horrible! Not to mention how short she cut my nails. And cut my heel with that grater they use. Then when I refused to pay, David accused me of stealing and started saying how wonderful the pedicure service was. He proceeded to flick me off and said was going to call the police. I took pictures of my feet because they're that horrible I wish I could posts them. Never again! I'd rather go to Latin nails where Tina's sister runs a better shop!

Would definately recommend the new Dermalogica "BioSurface Peel"Treatment with any of the girls in the Salon. Had my first treatment today and already can feel and see the difference in my skin! The service also includes follow up products to keep up the treatment at home. I was a bit nervous about having a chemical treatment on my face but can honestly say there was no need,glad I had it done now,well worth it

The ppl were just standing around talking when I walked in and it STILL took me a while to get service. One of the nail techs was asleep in the middle of the salon. I asked for glitter accent nail and he kept showing me polish.... No glitter!!!!! NEVER EVER going back!!!!!

I only wanted underneath and inside done and after waxing she started threading instead of using tweezers without asking me first. Some people love threading but it has marked and cut my skin, so iI was a little annoyed she didn't ask first. Otherwise she did a beautiful job and I would recommend her. It was only $6 and I would go see her again, they looked great, overall!

Worse nail salon I have ever been to. On the day before an important event they did freehand designs on my toes that looked terrible! Then they convinced me after 20 minutes straight of practically begging me to try a facial treatment. I tried it and it turned my face purple!! They said oh thats normal. It will go away soon. It took 5 days to go away!! Horrible place HORRIBLE. They also made me pay full price for everything and didn't offer to fix anything. I left practically crying. Save your time and money and go anywhere else.

i went in to get a full set of acrylics, i choose a bright blue color and once she painted one coat of nail polish on only one hand, i realized i didnt like the color and apologized to her (tina, the owner) and asked if i could change the color, she was very rude and told me to hurry up and pick one because she had an appointment. once i picked the color i wanted, she rushed to get the polish on and didn’t even paint the whole nail. i would never go back.

The place was dirty and did not look well maintained at all . Glad I went across the street and recieved great service .DONT EVER GO HERE !

Entered the shop and was immediately helped. I came in looking to get a pedicure. The lady who helped me turned on the water and asked me to take a seat. I did and then she told me to put my feet in the water and walked away. The water was too hot and because she was distracted talking to other people who worked there - I had to ask another staff member to turn it down. The chair that I sat in hardly worked as far as the massage part. It was the quickest pedicure that I've ever had. At the last minute I asked for a manicure as well. (I want to preface there was a ton of staff not doing anything and it wasn't as if there were a ton of customers in the salon.). The lady seemed frustrated and shuffled me over to a table. I picked out a color and in the middle of the manicure, she just asked someone else to finish. It seemed like she didn't know how to paint nails. In addition I felt that talking to other staff in the salon was more important than customer service. Not the greatest overall experience and I can honestly say that I will go somewhere else next time. I wouldn't recommend.

Please do not use for eyelash extensions. The glue is too strong and after only two weeks a majority of my eyelashes broke off. I've been going to a place before and after this and have never had a problem with lash extensions. These extensions are not one by one or individual ones, but strip lashes cut up into pieces.

She took her tools out of a box, used them on me, put them right back in, then used them on another woman right after me without cleaning. Stay away from this place!

I've been to titanic nail salon twice. While I was there I got my eyebrows done and my eyelashes and my nails done. I have super thick eyebrows and they do an awesome job, as for the eyelashes they last 2-3 weeks and I like them too. The acrylic nails were nice but I really liked my eyebrows and eyelashes he most. The prices are very reasonable .

I frequented this business for years because I loved the way the owner Tina (it's a husband and wife that owns this salon) did my brows. I am EXTREMELY picky when it comes to my brows an Tina always got it right. This places stays busy but the Tina's husband David is soooo rude and unprofessional!! I stopped going because the wait was ridiculous even with an appointment. They're not the cleanest either. The wax is always dirty and all the workers are all "double dipping" in the same wax. There's always hair everywhere and I have observed the pedicure tubs NOT being cleaned/sanitized well I between use.

I used to go here for like 8 years for MICHELLE aka the best brow person they have but as of today I will not be going back since when I called for Michelle today the douche bag manager DAVID answered...
I used to go here for like 8 years for MICHELLE aka the best brow person they have but as of today I will not be going back since when I called for Michelle today the douche bag manager DAVID answered the phone and when I asked for her he said "She don't belong here anymore...." i said "Excuse me?" And he said "She don't work here no more" then I said oh and he mocked me saying "OOHH YEAH" and rudely hung up. But guess what? Thats okay! I later found out she opened her own buisness down the road called "Michelle Nails & Spa" google it! And go there instead. They shouldn't be douche bags about her leaving when shes worked very hard even during most of her pregnancy and has brought them TONS of buisness. Karmas a b... though and this place is dirty. Good luck with out her!

Fantastic service from these amazing ladies :) My Mum & I had our nails done for my wedding back in April. Catherine worked a miracle and made my nails look stunning despite the fact they where in an awful state beforehand! I was more than happy to show off my wedding ring on the big day as my nails looked fabulous! Thank you so much! Will definitely be back to visit next time I'm home from New Zealand!

The service is horrible, they rather take as many customers as they can but really bad quality of service, I went for pedicure and full set with my mom and sister, the pedicures were done in less than 10 minutes with no massage, they give you this color chart to pick the color but they don't tell you they charge extra because they're using gel nail Polish. I didn't think it was fair to pay $62 each for something I didn't asked and for horrible service. They only said sorry and kept working on someone else. Thru don't even take the right time to clean after each pedicure. The only reason I came to this place was because it is right next to my house, but I rather drive further and get better service and a clean environment.

The old man was paying no attention to do my nail, was on the phone and cashing people out l. Was ROUGH AF on my hands and cut 3 of my fingers and when I told him to STOP it hurts, he says sorry sorry and DOES IT AGAIN. He didn't listen when I asked for gel polished and made me pay $15 more .... I SHOULD HAVE REFUSED TO PAY. But as a paying customer I should get the service I pay for. THEN still bleeding 3 days later I call to have someone fix or refund me and he HUNG UP THE PHONE. COMPLETE TRASH ESTABLISHMENT.

Michelle is one of the eyebrow tech and one of the best. She always have people waiting for her which I believe her clients don't have a problem waiting. It becomes a problem when the young guy in the front doesn't know how to follow a clients arrival turn. I asume that the owners want Michelle clients to get mad and go with any other eyebrow tech, (business strategy) because they can heard the clients complaining about being skip and they do NOTHING about it. It has being suggested to them to place a WAITING LIST so no one will be skip and they dont do it. I think that the owners don't care about having a toxic enviorment ( kids present) where clients are complaining and sometimes using an inappropiate language due to the lack of organization. The waiting area is small and very Old Fashion and they do nothing about it.

I only came to this nail salon because it opened at 0900, otherwise, I would have gone somewhere else. I felt like I was in an Anjela Johnson comedy special. They do try to sell you on facials and eyebrows, but I refused those services. I will not go here again. Lisa rebottled the acetone used to soak off my gel nails. Then she gave me the scraper to scrape my own gel polish off. Since when does a customer do that? Then she forgot to put Bonder on before putting the Base Coat on and I had to remind her. Her station is next to the wall of polishes. Her coworker reached over me to return a few bottles so I had Vietnamese Boobs all up in my face. I should have known better the moment I walked in to walk right back out.

Use to come here all the time! Had a horrible experience with David and Tina's daughter. She did my pedicure and messed up the first time she did the polish. She took it off with the drill and re-polished them. Got some advice from her mom. And it didn't work. The nail polish was all over the place. And everyone was watching her struggling and no one offered to take over! Horrible! Not to mention how short she cut my nails. And cut my heel with that grater they use. Then when I refused to pay, David accused me of stealing and started saying how wonderful the pedicure service was. He proceeded to flick me off and said was going to call the police. I took pictures of my feet because they're that horrible I wish I could posts them. Never again! I'd rather go to Latin nails where Tina's sister runs a better shop!

The service also includes follow up products to keep up the treatment at home. The ppl were just standing around talking when I walked in and it STILL took me a while to get service. One of the nail techs was asleep in the middle of the salon. I asked for glitter accent nail and he kept showing me polish.... No glitter!!!!! NEVER EVER going back!!!!!

I only wanted underneath and inside done and after waxing she started threading instead of using tweezers without asking me first. Some people love threading but it has marked and cut my skin, so iI was a little annoyed she didn't ask first. Otherwise she did a beautiful job and I would recommend her. It was only $6 and I would go see her again, they looked great, overall!

Worse nail salon I have ever been to. On the day before an important event they did freehand designs on my toes that looked terrible! Then they convinced me after 20 minutes straight of practically begging me to try a facial treatment. I tried it and it turned my face purple!! They said oh thats normal. It will go away soon. It took 5 days to go away!! Horrible place HORRIBLE. They also made me pay full price for everything and didn't offer to fix anything. I left practically crying. Save your time and money and go anywhere else.
