I came here today and I got a pedicure by a red headed lady with a short cut. Normally I dont complain but When she did my toes she was very rough pulling and digging in my toe nails with the tools. Everytime I pulled away signaling that it hurt or was uncomfortable or said "no". She looked at me like she was annoyed and was gonna lash out on me or just ignored me and kept going. mind you Im pregnant, the side of my toes was red I dont know if it bled or not because she covered it and wiped it with her finger then a short time after sprayed it with something that burned and wiped my toes. it was very pink when I did look at it. How many others have she done this way? Are the tools even sanitized? Making blood come out of peoples toes. Ive gotten services here done before and Ive never had this happen. Now Im home hours later and its very sore. If I do come up with a fugus or Disease I Will Be reporting and I will sue. Read Less

Very unprofessional... I usually go to a place closer to home but decided to go here to save time after work. The first woman starts working on me and then leaves me sitting there when someone else comes in looking for a pedicure. Another says she will take care of me while she is still working on another person so I wait with my nails with the color partially removed. Then the girl finally gets to me and she is talking bad about people and video chatting with her idiot boyfriend on her cell. She is having me twist my hands in weird positions to get at the back of my thumbnails... When it's over she rushes out the door as I was her last customer. Then I realize my gel nail polish is still wet! Both thumbnails got messed up so a man attempts to fix them and didn't do so well... Instead of removing it and doing it over... He just slaps more polish on .... Terrible waste of money and tip .... I will stick with my regular spot from now on. Read Less

Very amateur...my nails are not filed straight at all, she kept using her finger nails to wipe off the access polish off my skin instead of a clean up brush with acetone, which only smeared it more and made my nails look like my kid polished them. They were nice but i will never go back or dare recommend this place to anyone ever! Read Less

Just returned from Regal Nails after having acrylic in-fills. The male employee had a cough, he not only consistently coughed all over my hands, arms and fingers without so much as an effort to cover himself but he also didn't apologise. His English was broken therefore he spoke consistently in Vietnamese to his co-worker, yet still had the ability to stop serving me to answer texts and sit on the phone to his friend with one hand while doing my nails with the other. I went for a mani/pedi for $30 while the chinesse woman was doing my nail she star a huge fight with her co worker they where she mess up my nails and after everything they want it to charge me $45 for it. they were nice people but i just got mine done today and there really sore and ive had my nails done a bunch of times but the hurt really bad..only my thumb and ring finger on my right hand. so i wood go there if ur okay with pain...and oh my nails dnt look even or straight...i got white and pinks and some white on 1 nail is longer on one side than other...i paid 40$ for a full set plus tip so i guess there the same as other places but ther an okay salon.
