Don’t go there for a bikini or brazilian wax. The lady was unprofessional and unskilled at waxing. I should have walked away once I saw the dirty towel on the table, instead I asked for a clean one. She stayed in the room while I undressed. It usually hurts a little when getting waxed, but this was very painful and extremely uncomfortable. I started to leave once I realized she really didn’t know what she was doing, but thought I’d give her a chance. She had to leave the room twice during the wax and left the door partially open as I laid there half naked. It took her about an hour to finish and when she was done I was left with 3 minor burns and areas on my skin that were bleeding. I wish I could give this nail salon below one star because the service was so horrible. Meanwhile sitting down getting my nails painted one of the workers was shutting me down telling me she didn't have the time to take care of my " indecisive " self and said many rude things. Towards the end I complained to the manager and told her of my disappointments at the salon she began to talk to me rudely as well and said it wasn't her problem. Me & my mom are on vacation hoping to have a good time and turned out to have the worst experience at this salon. I shall not have to walk into a nail salon with concern for my own safety and much more. If I ask for a second opinion it should be given and if you don't have time to take care of me the way I should be taken care of then you shouldn't be working at a nail salon. I went to the salon .to get a fill in I was told we can't do your nails.it was only 6pm .they had 4 people working in there the manager said sorry we can't do your nails we close .but on the door say 7pm .there customer service needs to improve .its really is crazy how they treat people I will never go there plus they over priced everything .and want a damn tip . I had gel extensions by Jolie & I found them very easy to live with. This surprised me as it was the first time I had never had nail extensions, they lasted over 3 weeks. I have had nail extensions done once after by another nail technician but the results weren't half as professionally done & only lasted half the time. I only went here today because the usual nail salon I go to was closed. I received a beautiful fill in and nail polish change thanks to FEFE but her manager is very rude and does not show good customer service it was only those two available. I had my 11 month old in the salon and he was with my spouse waiting on me to get done and the manager came over to tell FEFE, me, and my spouse that because my baby was being fussy that he would need to leave because other people getting pedicures wanted to relax! That did not sit well with me at and other salons I have been at i have brought my kids and they were fussy but I was never told they needed to leave. I always get the gel overlays and they are very hard wearing and never seem to chip like some other salons I have been to. First and last time. NEVER again! Every time I asked how long the wait is "almost done" is what I was told. Ended up waiting almost an hour. Picked a color, when I finally get my turn they don't even have the color! The tech tells me "just do clear" . He messed up filing my nails and says it was me!! Tells me "why don't you file them". I'm a snob for the OPI or Sally Hansen complete salon manicure with only 4 racks of nail polish and just over 25% OPI it's not a bad supply. The pedicure area was in the back and not clearly seen from the front. If I knew that soon I probably wouldn't have waited. That was a little off putting. But as soon as I was seated in a chair I forgot about my wait. After dancing non stop for almost 3 days straight this place was heaven. Tech was a complete doll. Another patron came in with nosy wild children, and was kindly told that she would have to control her kids or they would not be able to provide her service. I loved this so much. Most people come out to relax, it sucks with others disturb that piece and businesses don't speak about their poor behavior. The lady got her rowdy child in order and the rest of the day was a breeze. My eyes rolled to the back of my head as I received a great pedicure.This included a citrus scrub on feet and legs, and then a hot stone massage, it was like heaven.
