These people were so nice and professional! My service (mani and pedi) felt SO good that I kept falling asleep! They really took their time with me and my daughter. They made us feel like we were royalty and the only clients in the shop!!! We don't live here but I asssure you we will look for them again when we return!! I honestly don't want to go anywhere else now. 10 stars please!!!

My first experience at this place deemed a second visit, but the next visit was the last. First I had asked the nail tech to make my nails thicker, she didn't when I reminded her that I wanted them thicker when she started putting away the acrylic she said that they were thick enough. I've had my nails done tons of times, if I say I want my nails thicker, I want them thicker, I break thin nails very easily. After all that I got gel polish on top because I need something durable for work and regular polish won't cut it. She paints my thin nails with polish and I'm on my way. Before I even got to work that night my thumb nail had already started to chip and by the end of the night the whole nail had no polish left on it. I knew it was because my nails weren't as thick, but called it a fluke and decided to go in for a fix the next day. I went in and she did repaint the nail for free, but the same problem happened the next day when I started chipping on two more nails. When it came time for a fill I found somewhere else.

I got most enjoyable, relaxing and fabulous facial and eye lash extensions with Queenie! I must say, she made it so comfortable that I've almost fell asleep on the facial bed as she was putting them on. I've gotten the fullest natural set, People had no idea they were extensions. And I did my damaged hair at the same day with Jay. He listens to what I want,helps me made decisions about changes, and offers advices that always seems to suit me. I'm very enjoy in this Nail and Beauty Salon. Anyone looking for great service and experienced stylist and colorist. I highly recommend Jay. For the cosmetologist it must be Queenie.

After a long day at Disney the day before we decided a pedicure would be great. The employees were nice but didn't talk much. The pedicure itself was not so nice. They literally used a cheese grater on our feet and omg it was painful and now all of our feet are super red and painful on the bottoms. They also didn't rinse all the chalky type lotion they used on our legs which was odd but I'd take that over the sore feet. Save yourself the pain and don't do a pedicure here!

The people were rude, didn't give us updates, did not apologize and complained when I asked how much longer we would have to wait. My 6 year old niece thought they should change the name to "Not so nice nails". If I could give them zero stars, I would! Save your time and money and don't go there.

I researched and was headed elsewhere which has all 5* yelp reviews when ...Driving by I saw a $30 manicure & pedicure sign on roadside for this shop. ..Shop menu had higher prices...Chose regular pedicure $23 and gel polish basic manicure $25.ALL IS DONE IN RUSH even though they consider themselves A SPA. They waste no time in allowing skin to soak properly in water for proper dead skin scrub. No massage to legs, feet or hands. Both services were quickly rushed through and lacked relaxation experience.Asian technician was very self praising. According to her they don't charge much so can only do LITTLE, LITTLE. Manicure, Pedicure involves more than putting NAIL POLISH ON!!

I tried Nice Nails to see if they could fix and they certainly did. They removed the gel color and fixed a couple problems and reapplied gel color in a very professional manner. The older lady is rude and bossy. It's hot inside and nobody turns on the A/C or responds to the customers' requests for air. With fifty other area salons, we recommend finding a different one! We live locally and settle for nothing but exceptional service, cleanliness and quality. Did not find it here!

Came to Florida to visit my family and to get away from the cold. I ask my cousin where I can get a manicure and pedicure and she recommended nice nails and hairs. I did not make an appointment and was still able to be service with just about 5-10 minutes wait. While waiting the owner Lina chatted with me. She was very nice and welcoming. She was not pushy about getting other services when I told her I only wanted a mani and pedi. The wait was short, service was pleasant and the salon is nice and clean. Definitely will be back the next time I visit my family.

Walked in without an appointment and was taken back right away! Here on vacation and needed waxing services. Nina was very professional and meticulous. Several nail salons I've been to are a little pushy about adding services, this one is not. However, when I wanted to add more services than originally discussed, she was more than happy to provide what I needed. I also got a nail polish change afterwards and am very pleased! I definitely recommend coming here if you need waxing services or mani/pedis.

They were rude, obnoxious and had no idea what they were doing. I asked them to dye my hair and they tried to do it when it was wet so surprise surprise it didn't stay, and whilst dyeing my hair one of the workers blatantly laughed at my color choice. After improperly dyeing my hair the woman told me she would charge me $80 instead of the full $120 and then I can come back and get it redone and pay the rest, as if I owed her. They wasted 4 hours of my time and have no idea what they're doing. When getting a full set they glued tips and cut them before asking how long I wanted and made every one of my friend's fingers bleed.

My Maid of Honor booked my bridal party a pre-wedding spa day here. The staff was WONDERFUL! They staggered our appointments such that we all got as many treatments as we wanted without making anyone wait. We all got to sit with each other. They were very friendly and sanitary. Their massage therapist was excellent and I would highly recommend the false eyelashes - they were perfect for my wedding. I am so glad we went here instead of the overpriced, pretentious resort spa at my wedding venue. Overall, this is the best spa experience I have had.

Jay does great hair for reasonable prices. I love how he blends the color so perfect. Fits my style and persona. Give him a try and I promise you will be very happy. I've also been coming here for years to do my nails, the staff is so friendly and always make sure you're taken care of in a timely manner.

The place is very clean( always) Lina the owner is the best! Chen does amazing hair colors and cuts! They are always up on the latest trends and styles in the nail world. I researched and was headed elsewhere which has all 5* yelp reviews when ...Driving by I saw a $30 manicure & pedicure sign on roadside for this shop. ..Shop menu had higher prices...Chose regular pedicure $23 and gel polish basic manicure $25.ALL IS DONE IN RUSH even though they consider themselves A SPA. They waste no time in allowing skin to soak properly in water for proper dead skin scrub. No massage to legs, feet or hands. Both services were quickly rushed through and lacked relaxation experience.Asian technician was very self praising. According to her they don't charge much so can only do LITTLE, LITTLE. Manicure, Pedicure involves more than putting NAIL POLISH ON!!

So happy I tried this place. On vacation from New York state and needed a fill/gel color. Had a horrible experience with a gel manicure at neighboring salon. Was very upset when I left. I tried Nice Nails to see if they could fix and they certainly did. They removed the gel color and fixed a couple problems and reapplied gel color in a very professional manner. Will certainly go back for next fill/color! Thank you?

Watched them clean the pedicure bath with a quick rinse then start the next customer. Foot fungus?!? Yikers! Not a very friendly staff. My pedicurist said three words: "which pedicure?" And "dry? The older lady is rude and bossy. It's hot inside and nobody turns on the A/C or responds to the customers' requests for air. With fifty other area salons, we recommend finding a different one! We live locally and settle for nothing but exceptional service, cleanliness and quality. Did not find it here!

Probably the best pedicure I've ever gotten. The technician really took his time, giving a legitimate massage rather than a quick run with lotion. Very nice, reasonably priced, well-kept facility.

Came to Florida to visit my family and to get away from the cold. I ask my cousin where I can get a manicure and pedicure and she recommended nice nails and hairs. I did not make an appointment and was still able to be service with just about 5-10 minutes wait. While waiting the owner Lina chatted with me. She was very nice and welcoming. She was not pushy about getting other services when I told her I only wanted a mani and pedi. The wait was short, service was pleasant and the salon is nice and clean. Definitely will be back the next time I visit my family.

Walked in without an appointment and was taken back right away! Here on vacation and needed waxing services. Nina was very professional and meticulous. Several nail salons I've been to are a little pushy about adding services, this one is not. However, when I wanted to add more services than originally discussed, she was more than happy to provide what I needed. I also got a nail polish change afterwards and am very pleased! I definitely recommend coming here if you need waxing services or mani/pedis.

They were rude, obnoxious and had no idea what they were doing. I asked them to dye my hair and they tried to do it when it was wet so surprise surprise it didn't stay, and whilst dyeing my hair one of the workers blatantly laughed at my color choice. After improperly dyeing my hair the woman told me she would charge me $80 instead of the full $120 and then I can come back and get it redone and pay the rest, as if I owed her. They wasted 4 hours of my time and have no idea what they're doing. When getting a full set they glued tips and cut them before asking how long I wanted and made every one of my friend's fingers bleed.

My Maid of Honor booked my bridal party a pre-wedding spa day here. The staff was WONDERFUL! They staggered our appointments such that we all got as many treatments as we wanted without making anyone wait. We all got to sit with each other. They were very friendly and sanitary. Their massage therapist was excellent and I would highly recommend the false eyelashes - they were perfect for my wedding. I am so glad we went here instead of the overpriced, pretentious resort spa at my wedding venue. Overall, this is the best spa experience I have had.
