I do not recommend this salon. They were friendly and i got serviced fast but I asked for dip powder nails and the guy gave me acrylic nails all because I had gel nails and i said I didn’t want to do gel but I wanted to try dip powder nails. He thought that because it has gel topcoat that I didn’t want it. I didn’t know that! He also knows he didn’t give me what I wanted because he made me pay before he was even done with my nails and I was so trusting and foolish to believe he was going to give me what I want. He had me pick a polish to put on top of the acrylic and told me to wait 5 minutes for it to dry. I waited 10 and as soon as I went to the car, the polish got messed up when I took my keys out of my pocket. I went back and a lady kindly tried to fix but I asked to take the polish off because the polish doesn’t dry. Never ever will go back. Definitely will tell people about this salon so that they don’t go. Never pay unless they do what you asked. I learned my lesson. I’m extremely upset! Read Less

Wonderful service!! I’ve been to many nail salons in the kissimmee/hunters creek area and they are by far the best. Great service, quality product, and very reasonable prices. It's the best nail work I've had done in the Kissimmee area, Harry was my nail tech who took care of me. Very presentable facility. The only negative is that I went with my friend and the lady who was taking care of her kept moving around and it took her like 1.5 hours to do the same thing they did to me in 30 minutes. I give this place a 3 Star. They’re good at what they do and prices are good as well but the lady that did my pedicure looks like she dislike her job and dislike everything around her. She does not communicate with her client or at least have a decent conversation. My sister brought me here for a birthday gift for me and I expected a relaxing morning. Stop!! Horrible place! Do not go here. I was harassed by them saying “if you want shiny you need to pay $5 extra for gel.” I didn’t want gel, just a top coat on my acrylic nails. The result? I had one of the best experiences from a nail salon at ML Pro Nails. Everyone was very polite and the establishment was super clean. Everything was sanitized and all the techs were very easy to communicate with. Nancy did my nails and they are the best gels I've had. She was very gentle and made sure each nail was perfect. Yelp helped! I'm new to the area so I searched "nail salons" here on Yelp. This was the only nail place that had 4 stars. I have a terrible ingrown toenail, so when I walked in, I asked for the best nail technician who can work on my toes. The owner assigned me to NANCY! She's awesome. Very courteous & professional. This was my first visit here and I am definitely coming back again.  I'm pretty particular about my nails and Angelina did an amazing job!  I went in for a full set with gel and a pedicure. She recommended doing SNS for my nails and I'm so happy she did.  She also gave me a beautiful pedicure, not to mention one of the best foot and leg massage to go with it. I want to start off by saying I am so thankful I found this place. It's not far from home and they do an awesome job. We were greeted by Lynn, the owner. Nancy then came in and made sure to greet me and my wife. I've been to nail shops where no one acknowledges you and only want to know what you want done. These ladies were awesome! I didn't get Lynn's husbands name but he did my pedicure and the massage was out of this world after having ran about 3 miles, it felt amazing. Lol. My wife just got a manicure with clear gel polish and I got the ombré with the nude look, pedi and threading. I can't complain about any of the services as they all exceeded my expectations. Passed by many times and wanted to give it a try. I went in today to remove my previous acrylic job and got SNS powder over my natural nails. Lynn did a great job! She was very careful, not a single cut on my fingers and she was very sweet. The location is big, beautiful and CLEAN. I have never been to a salon where they have hand towels to dry your hands after a simple rinse instead of paper towels. I would be glad to come back and bring a group of women with me. Read Less

The customer service here is fantastic! The employees are knowledgeable and extremely nice. There work is good, the quality is nice and they aim to please. The only issues I had with my nails was lifting. I originally got acrylics with gel polish. I loved the work and the detail of my nails. A little over a week after getting my nails done, my nails started lifting. I went back, removed the acrylics and just painted my nails with gel, and again they were beautiful, but this time, after about a week, the polish was easy to peel off. Now I am not very experienced when it comes to gel polish, this being my first time dabbling in it, but I do not believe they are supposed to be able to peel.Other than that, the customer service is excellent and I will still continue to visit them! Amazing place and service from the beginning to the end. My nail technician was Tracy. She pays attention to every single detail. Prices are super duper great and location is great. I highly recommend this place. Really good Hygiene and sanitation standards in this place. So amazing. I went today before closing and the managers provided me a bottle of water and everything.
