So last week the day before I left for vacation, I went to get my nails done and Susan cut my acrylic too much on a brand new full set. I pointed it out and she said it was going to be fixed with the powder, I was skeptical having done this many times. She continued to put powder and file. Not only did it hurt really badly but the nail was so crooked. It was so obvious on coffin nails. She was upset when I asked her to file it some more and just stroked it once, and mumbling in her language what I can only assume was curses or complaints. I had to ask for the file to do it myself at some point. She sends me to wash my hands and without any cuticle oil. I had to ask for it.
Upon coming back she wipes my hands with tissue instead of warm towel and lint from the tissue gets on the nails as she proceeded to polish the nail and doesn’t even reach the tips. For the 2nd color it needed 3 or 4 coats to see the color well and she said “no I not polish 4x”...
By this time I had already been there for 2 hrs working on only my hands and now she was annoyed that I wanted to do a design. I asked for a stoned design (approx 20-30 stones) and was told it would be $18, another young woman came to do it and she was very nice but the stone design was proving to be too big and complicated for my nails as she took the stones out from the kit and looked at the size, so I quickly chose something simple for the 4 fingers with only 2 lines and 4 small stones. They actually had the nerve to charge me $15 for that. I was appalled because I had done much more fancy and detailed designs before for that price. I was forced to leave 0 tip for the first time in my life and now this review. Don’t go to this place, they aren’t what they used to be about 1 yr and half ago. I only stopped coming back because I had a baby, but now I will never go back.

In response to the new comment below, you’re clearly not understanding. The picture was of the 2 coat color not the 3-4 coat color. That color is fine I’m talking about the quality of her work, her attitude and the fact that she didn’t know what the hell she was doing skipping things and me telling her the nail is crooked and her horrible response when I told her from the very beginning that it doesn’t look right.
The bottom line is you charged me $15 for a very basic design, $3 less than the 1 that was at least 5x more detailed. Please shut up and stop rationalizing your terrible business practices. Customers aren’t always going to be satisfied with the work but the technicians should at least be nice.

I come here all the time and it’s alwats great service. Gwen does the absolute BEST eyebrows, wouldn’t trade her for anybody. Brian also always does great on my nails and makes sure i leave satisfied....

I guess this services is not a service that is provided to Hispanic male. The manager sat across from me and didn't say nothing , guess my business is not important to him.After posting my comment on Yelp the manager at this location approach me and apologized . He stated that the person who does the facial did not work today. Really 45 minutes and he didn't know that she was not at work . Yelp has empower me to express myself and share how businesses in the community treat some people.Hello, Brian I agreed that you did approach me and apologized and indicated that the person who usually do this service was out, but it was after 45 minutes of waiting . You only approach me because as I sat and waited patiently for the requested service and share my opinion that you immediately decided to approach me. If I would have left you business without a complaint most likely you and your customer would never know how it would feel being rejected . This was my first time asking for a specific service from your place of business and most likely it will be the last . I went to another location and was treated with respect and the service I requested was granted.

One time the person doing my nails was rushed and didn't ask me to wash my hands and came to my put lotions on my hands while I was drying my nails. I tried to give them one more chance and today they mistreated my husband when he asked for a facial. (See Alex S review for detail.) sorry you lost a customer and I won't recommend.

Just had my first experience with this salon and I am very content. I love doing SNS nails (ranges from $30-35) and the prices are reasonable. I also like their variety of pedicure options (ranges from $22 & up). The staff was friendly and the owner made sure to ask me if I was satisfied with my nails. Attentive and great customer service! I hope it doesn't change, I'll definitely come back and be a regular.

This is my go to nail place! They are not an in and out salon, they take their time and it shows in the results. They also have a wide variety of services. For SNS they have a good selection of colors...
This is my go to nail place! They are not an in and out salon, they take their time and it shows in the results. They also have a wide variety of services. For SNS they have a good selection of colors and they last up to a month for a fill. Pedicures are reasonably priced and you have many options, I love the Deluxe with the lavender scrub and hot stone massage. Pedicures also last me about a month. They have a nice staff and relaxed ambiance. I live in Orlando and will continue to drive to kissimmee to do my nails and toes here.

I walked in and the first thing the lady asked was "you have appointment?" and I responded "no" she said "wait there". As I waited, I started looking at colors, 5 minutes later she acknowledge me again and told me to sit in a chair. Shw said "you ready" "ready". I sat down and a nice lady walked in, the same lady that had asked me if I had an appointment asked the lady as well. The lady responded yes and the woman that worked there told me to get out of the chair so the older lady can sit where I was sitting, I basically got kicked off the chair. I asked the women that works there if it was better for me to come back but she didn't answer. As I moved from chairs, I hear the woman asking the other lady why she was 15 minutes late, that, that was unacceptable in a very rude tone. I usually don't mind waiting around but the woman had told me someone was on their way and that person never showed up while I was waiting the 15 minutes that I did. As I was sitting on the chair I decided to yelp for other places that provided the same services I was looking for. I got up and told her I would be back later, she responded with "ok"Not that they would care but I for sure will never go there or recommend any one to this location. They were nasty and rude

I had a negative experience with one of the nail techs that did my pedicure and posted a review since I was upset....Brian the owner came to me immediately after seeing my review since I was still in the nail salon and offered to scrub my feet some more with the pumice to get rid of the dead skin. He is very profesional and cares about his customers and sometimes just speaking up will correct the problem I just don't like confrontation. I am very happy he took the liberty to approach me and fix this situation. I would definitely come back. I've spent some money in this place and it's worth it especially knowing that he cares about his customers. They also offer the largest variety of different type of pedicures I have seen in comparison to other locations. It's a relaxing vibe and worth for you to try them if you haven't. They also do really nice nails!!!

Will not be returning. On June 11th Upon arriving home i felt a discomfort in my left 1st toe. Inspected and found deep gash in the corner. This new nail tech never said a word. She should have told me & then applied anti septic spray. Also noticed never saw her place instruments in blue anti septic water. Saw her only rinse in my used foot bath water and return to a bin. Be careful.
Primary reason initially chose this nail salon is because odors in nail salon were not high. This time the shop had greater odors & i had to wear my mask. Paid and left my usual tip. This was before I discovered i had been cut.

Have not had a bad experience, depending on the tech I find the longevity of my nails varies but never the look of them on the day. They're all good, Brian has always been my preference. Lovely salon and prices are fair. Have only gotten gel nails there, might have to try some of their other services next time.

They have a laminated menu of services readily available that helps even the clueless (me) know what they want! Today I went all in and recieved the Nu Skin pedicure also with Gel nail polish. The pedicure was amazing. Well done and the hot stone massage helped with some pain in my calve from one of those cramps in your sleep I got randomely the other night. We came in around 10 am and waited 10 mins even though I assumed it would be longer with about 5 people already getting their nails done. They got my daughter, sis in law and daughter in and out quickly without feeling rushed or half done. Will def be coming back and may even be wiing to try something out of my comfort zone as far as nail art goes!!!

This guys work hard as us and they don't deserve all this none sense that you Ladies write here... If you can't wait for good service go to another salon there's plenty of them in Kissimmee even... in Osceola Parkway... And don't make other customers feel uncomfortable because you don't have any understanding of the type of work they do and the time to do an excellent job. Remember you are not perfect nobody it is... I saw ladies walking 5 minutes to close and request full set and pedicure and them rushing and after they finish that same person mess the nail polish and complain with the technician ... Accept that you damage his or her work!!! Any way Thanks Bryan and your team for an excellent service!! See More

I attempted to get a facial revitalizing and refreshing mask today, but I was told to sit down and wait, after 45 minutes-and being totally ignore. I guess this services is not a service that is provided to Hispanic male. The manager sat across from me and didn't say nothing , guess my business is not important to him.After posting my comment on Yelp the manager at this location approach me and apologized . He stated that the person who does the facial did not work today. Really 45 minutes and he didn't know that she was not at work . Yelp has empower me to express myself and share how businesses in the community treat some people.Hello, Brian I agreed that you did approach me and apologized and indicated that the person who usually do this service was out, but it was after 45 minutes of waiting . You only approach me because as I sat and waited patiently for the requested service and share my opinion that you immediately decided to approach me. If I would have left you business without a complaint most likely you and your customer would never know how it would feel being rejected . This was my first time asking for a specific service from your place of business and most likely it will be the last . I went to another location and was treated with respect and the service I requested was granted.

One time the person doing my nails was rushed and didn't ask me to wash my hands and came to my put lotions on my hands while I was drying my nails. I tried to give them one more chance and today they mistreated my husband when he asked for a facial. (See Alex S review for detail.) sorry you lost a customer and I won't recommend.

Just had my first experience with this salon and I am very content. I love doing SNS nails (ranges from $30-35) and the prices are reasonable. I also like their variety of pedicure options (ranges from $22 & up). The staff was friendly and the owner made sure to ask me if I was satisfied with my nails. Attentive and great customer service! I hope it doesn't change, I'll definitely come back and be a regular.

For SNS they have a good selection of colors and they last up to a month for a fill. Pedicures are reasonably priced and you have many options, I love the Deluxe with the lavender scrub and hot stone massage. Pedicures also last me about a month. They have a nice staff and relaxed ambiance. I live in Orlando and will continue to drive to kissimmee to do my nails and toes here.

I went for my birthday and got a fill and design with gel top coat....my nails were 35 I also got my toes painted after leaving I had to return because there was so much paint added that it smudged my...
I went for my birthday and got a fill and design with gel top coat....my nails were 35 I also got my toes painted after leaving I had to return because there was so much paint added that it smudged my toes ...they slapped some paint on my toes and didn't apologize for me having to drive all the way back ....then after one day all the gel has wiped off my hands ....i would not reccommend this to anyone

I walked in and the first thing the lady asked was "you have appointment?" and I responded "no" she said "wait there". As I waited, I started looking at colors, 5 minutes later she acknowledge me again and told me to sit in a chair. Shw said "you ready" "ready". I sat down and a nice lady walked in, the same lady that had asked me if I had an appointment asked the lady as well. The lady responded yes and the woman that worked there told me to get out of the chair so the older lady can sit where I was sitting, I basically got kicked off the chair. I asked the women that works there if it was better for me to come back but she didn't answer. As I moved from chairs, I hear the woman asking the other lady why she was 15 minutes late, that, that was unacceptable in a very rude tone. I usually don't mind waiting around but the woman had told me someone was on their way and that person never showed up while I was waiting the 15 minutes that I did. As I was sitting on the chair I decided to yelp for other places that provided the same services I was looking for. I got up and told her I would be back later, she responded with "ok"Not that they would care but I for sure will never go there or recommend any one to this location. They were nasty and rude

I had a negative experience with one of the nail techs that did my pedicure and posted a review since I was upset....Brian the owner came to me immediately after seeing my review since I was still in the nail salon and offered to scrub my feet some more with the pumice to get rid of the dead skin. He is very profesional and cares about his customers and sometimes just speaking up will correct the problem I just don't like confrontation. I am very happy he took the liberty to approach me and fix this situation. I would definitely come back. I've spent some money in this place and it's worth it especially knowing that he cares about his customers. They also offer the largest variety of different type of pedicures I have seen in comparison to other locations. It's a relaxing vibe and worth for you to try them if you haven't. They also do really nice nails!!!

Will not be returning. On June 11th Upon arriving home i felt a discomfort in my left 1st toe. Inspected and found deep gash in the corner. This new nail tech never said a word. She should have told me & then applied anti septic spray. Also noticed never saw her place instruments in blue anti septic water. Saw her only rinse in my used foot bath water and return to a bin. Be careful.
Primary reason initially chose this nail salon is because odors in nail salon were not high. This time the shop had greater odors & i had to wear my mask. Paid and left my usual tip. This was before I discovered i had been cut.

Have not had a bad experience, depending on the tech I find the longevity of my nails varies but never the look of them on the day. They're all good, Brian has always been my preference. Lovely salon and prices are fair. Have only gotten gel nails there, might have to try some of their other services next time.

First time here and very impressed! I do not get my nails done often and never know what i want when i do. They have a laminated menu of services readily available that helps even the clueless (me) know what they want! Today I went all in and recieved the Nu Skin pedicure also with Gel nail polish. The pedicure was amazing. Well done and the hot stone massage helped with some pain in my calve from one of those cramps in your sleep I got randomely the other night. We came in around 10 am and waited 10 mins even though I assumed it would be longer with about 5 people already getting their nails done. They got my daughter, sis in law and daughter in and out quickly without feeling rushed or half done. Will def be coming back and may even be wiing to try something out of my comfort zone as far as nail art goes!!!

Then they take advantage of forum like this to just write whatever they want people to hear!!! Treat people with respect !!! This guys work hard as us and they don't deserve all this none sense that you Ladies write here... If you can't wait for good service go to another salon there's plenty of them in Kissimmee even... in Osceola Parkway... And don't make other customers feel uncomfortable because you don't have any understanding of the type of work they do and the time to do an excellent job. Remember you are not perfect nobody it is... I saw ladies walking 5 minutes to close and request full set and pedicure and them rushing and after they finish that same person mess the nail polish and complain with the technician ... Accept that you damage his or her work!!! Any way Thanks Bryan and your team for an excellent service!! See More
