Horrible experience anytime I go. Staff is extremely rude, the only two Hispanic employees do not want to do anyone's nails besides Hispanic people, the acrylic is bumpy and uneven, I went to remove acrylic nails that they did a month before and they ripped 4 of my nails out and it was bleeding and extremely painful and they had the nerve to tell me that I was supposed to tell their employee to soak my nail which I did but she told me it would take too long and she wanted to go home! Ridiculous! The most recent time I went, I asked how long the wait was, one of the guys asked the Hispanic female if she was going to do my nails and she ignored him and he told me he doesn't know how long the wait is. Extremely disgusting people to deal with. They think it's fine to be disrespectful to people because they have their steady clientele and that's enough for them. Would not recommend going there. If you come to this place, you will fall in love with their designs, they can do whatever a Spanish lady can do, and won't charge you over $60 for a full set. I read the review from Victoria and Mary is actually amazing, who did my pedicure and had done a superb job! I know now, I don't have to travel to the other side of town to get my nails done anymore. Before, I came here, I was going to give up on finding a NEW NAIL TECH. The guys are the best if you are getting your nails done with acrylic and designs and style! I went and got my eyelashes done here and at first i thought everything was going well but three days after getting my lashes done, I was cooking just like anyone would do and the lashes got crispy from the warmth of the oven! I called and had to call back almost 5 times to actually get a hold of her (I believe her name was Mindy) she then told me that it was my fault and she couldn't do anything for me unless i went back and pay to have them redone. There was no concern what so ever and all she really wanted was my money. Worst experience ever and i will not be going back. It didn't even end there. the lashes were hell to have removed. My eyelids were in pain for days and I wasn't able to have all lashes removed until about a week after. I don't know what lashes she used nor the glue she used but both were clearly cheap and not safe. I would NOT recommend getting any type of service done here as they just do not care Read Less

I normally don't take time out of my day to write reviews, and I honestly gave this place more than 4 tries... and they are terrible! Bad customer service, rude, inpatient, and the lady I had recently do a gel polish manicure looks like a 7 year old did it! she painted all over my cuticles and did 2 extra clear gel coats and looks terrible and all bubbly and extremely trick, she was very impatient when I was looking for a color to pick and making suggestions over and over and not letting me pick on my own! That place is dirty, rachet, crowded, and unpleasant. The employees screaming across from each other while customers wanting relaxation. Therenisnbarely any room to stretch your arms out because customers are sitting literally next to each other. No massage on feet which other salons regularly gives a feet rub. Never again! Read Less

Today was my first time here. Honestly I've never gone to a salon with such bad customer service. You walk in, sit down, and literally stay sitting down for who knows how long before you get called. I came in at 1:15 and didn't leave until 5. There was over 10 people waiting for acrylic because apparently only 4 people knew how to do acrylic. Two girls walked out. The guy literally fell asleep doing my nails and cut off a piece of his nail because he fell asleep. This place is crazy. They may have been great years ago according to reviews, but maybe now that they been open for so long they don't care. I wouldn't go back. Read Less
