I came to this nail salon to avoid a busy salon, I just wanted to be in and out. While the service was quick and nails turned out great on that day, I wouldn't go back unless there was no other nail salon in town. My nails didnt actually last very long, I got the gel and I usually can make these last for 3 weeks without chipping, my nails only lasted about a week and a half. And not to mention getting my nails done here was more expensive than the place I regularly go to in Winter Garden Village. The staff was ok, but what shocked me was that they were drinking. They had beer at the checkout counters and the technicians were actually drinking while they were not working on someone. Very unprofessional. If you want to be in and out, I recommend it. I went in to get my nails done. I'm from Bradenton, so I was just passing through. I was going to get a gel nail polish, but was talked into the SuperStar dip powder, by the manager himself. I was told that this would last three to four weeks without any chipping and better for my nails, and that it was worth the extra money. Within 24 hours half of my nails have chipped. So I wasted $50 on this manicure and being from out of town have to have it redone, which obviously has doubled my cost. I left a voicemail thinking I would at least get a phone call back with an apology and received nothing! I wish I could cancel my payment! Read Less

This place was absolutely horrible. The employees were so rude. I walked in at 5 to fix a cracked a nail. The man looked at me and told me to come back the next day when they closed at 6. He didn't say please he didn't even ask if I could. He was rude As hell. Now I'm actually glad I didn't get my nails done or fixed there. My Deluxe pedicure was very nice how they were able to clean my cuticles and remove all of my dry dead skin! The massage was very nice and they have complimentary drinks as well! Very friendly and very affordable! Read Less

They messed up my pink and white gel. Ails and never put them under the light. The guy stated he was the manager. My nails were cloudy pink they should be more clear. They charged $5 more for gel polish and said that would help. It didn't! I had to get them taken off nd redone. Read Less

AWFUL! Please do NOT go here! I've been going for three years without an issue until today. Two weeks ago I inquired about bringing in my daughter (I told them she is five) to celebrate her pre-K graduation. They said sure, they work with children. They also have TWO Children's chairs. Today we came in and the manager was the one who worked with us. He BURNT my daughters feet with the water and then he yelled at her for splashing. (THE WATER WAS HOT - she was trying to get her feet out) I got up and said we were leaving. The ONLY thing he had done was taken the polish off of my toes.That was it.
