I have been here twice. Every year I come down from Massachusetts for a few months starting in April and have had some trouble finding someone down here who does gels. But from the very moment I first called Get Nails they have been fabulous. I asked if they did any fun designs and they were excited, they told me to bring in my ideas. I have taken advantage of several of their services, pedicure, eye brow wax and 2 manicures with gel fill and fun designs. The nails hold up great. The designs came out amazing, the staff is fabulous and the prices are incredibly reasonable. This was my first time going to this shop and would be the last. The lady over charged me and didn't complete the job. I ask for some of my money back and she had a rude attitude, yelling at my 3 year old son as if she wanted to do harm to him. This lady turned the lights off while I waited for the police to arrive. I came in for a full set of acrylics and a gel polish.  I drove an hour to come in, as I don't live here and this salon had great reviews. The service felt rushed and my tech didn't do the things I usually get when I have acrylics and gel done.  She didn't clean my nails off before applying the polish and my cuticles were a mess afterwards. The acrylic itself was paper thin.  Within a couple days the edges were lifting and I had to go to another salon to have them redone.  It was a waste of my time and money. Read Less

Absolutely wonderful service since the moment I walked in the door! I was surprise when they open new bag for each customer to do mani and pedicure. I was speechless with how nice and welcoming everyone was. (I stay in Miami everyone here is in a rush 24/7) I actually search places since I travel alot from Miami to Orlando/Kissimmee and wanted a good nail place to get my nails done when visiting, I have found the best place I have ever been too.
