You definitely need and appointment or you will wait forever. No one said hi when I walked in. The owner was was so unprofessional having a personal conversation out loud to her husband asking was whomever they were talking too “were they retarded” she said it like 10 times. Referring to a one of the Casussian works as being so white that she blended into the white walls. One of the other Hispanic workers defended her by saying she talks about everyone no matter the race. The customer that the owner was working on even told her she was being unprofessional too. The young lady Crystal did a good job on my pedicure.

My daughter and I were going there a couple years ago, the girls were good at what they did but the place was filthy dirty, even baby cock roaches crawling on the wall rack for the polish. As a former salon owner, I was grossed out at how dirty it was. I hope they have made cleanliness a new standard in there.

If you are not happy with your hairstylist then you're head should switch over. Like being treated like a King/Queen? This is the place to be. Nice ambiance, stylists, nail professionals, makeup artis...

Love this place. No matter who does my nails here, I always love them, and that's not easy to accomplish since I'm super picky. I won't go anywhere else. Everyone is so nice and the service is great.

Today I was thinking of going in to get a full set so I came on yelp to look at some photos when I came across some screenshots that were taken from FB regarding views on public breastfeeding. I, a business owner, breastfeeding mother and advocate, was absolutely horrified. Owner stated, women need to cover up and added #keepyourprivatesprivate. It is totally unprofessional for a business owner to shame breastfeeding mothers publicl...y on the business page. I mean honestly, how many women come in your shop and breastfeed anyway? That fact that the owner found it appropriate to post these opinions on her business page is mind boggling to me. No mother should ever be made to feel uncomfortable while tending the NEEDS of her child. How dare you! No mother is trying to make anyone uncomfortable. If you or your husband or your male clients are uncomfortable, that's sounds like a personal problem to me. Your post made me EXTREMELY uncomfortable and angry. Sylvia has done my nails for over 15 years. I would never go to anyone else. Everyone I recommend to go to see her they're just as happy as I am, hands down Sylvia is the "Number One Nail Artists".!!!

You definitely need and appointment or you will wait forever. No one said hi when I walked in. The owner was was so unprofessional having a personal conversation out loud to her husband asking was whomever they were talking too “were they retarded” she said it like 10 times. My daughter and I were going there a couple years ago, the girls were good at what they did but the place was filthy dirty, even baby cock roaches crawling on the wall rack for the polish. As a former salon owner, I was grossed out at how dirty it was. I hope they have made cleanliness a new standard in there.
