Don't come here to do your eyebrows they will mess you up trust me, I showed the lady how I want my eyebrows and how they usually look when I get them done and they do the complete opposite. She gave me these thin eyebrows like if we was still in the 90's, girl...it's 2017 everyone wants thick eyebrows... now I gotta wait like 3-4 months till they grow back. I know she was probably talking bad about me in Her native language to her coworkers. Even one of the other workers there told me that she did it too thin and made the eyebrows two different shapes. The people at this place are the sweetest, but unfortunately timing and efficiency isn’t their strength. I had an appointment at 1:30 pm with my mom who comes there often, and left at 4:30 pm with no service. Understanding some things are out of their control, I wanted to come back and give it another try, so I scheduled an appointment for 12 pm the next day, and waited an hour for nothing. The lady who did my eyebrows was incredibly rude. She asked who did my eyes brows last because they are too thin. (My eyebrows haven’t been done in two years they are naturally thin) she think proceeded to tell me about how I should microblade my eyebrows... not only that she proceeded to ask if I would like my “mustache” waxed. I have been here 5 times.. I don't go a lot, maybe once a month or every other month. I use to go to nail lounge but tried euro nails and liked it the first time, they've always got me in without a wait, my second time my nails were done poorly but decided to give it a try the third and fourth time my nails lasted, the color lasted and they were done very professional and I felt welcomed. This past Saturday I went in for my normal gel, paid 42$, I don't know what because my color chipped within the first day and I've done broke 2 nails very easily when they normally stay on, and I felt welcomed and greeted by the one who satme in my chair but not the man doing my nails .. 😣 I have been getting acrylic nails since I was 9 y/o, now 24 and this has been the worst nails I have ever gotten even after they "fixed them". The place, people and ambient is absolutely great! But the girl I was seated with needs to be in an intense course to improve her technique. I believe in second chances but my second chance was no better. Also she didn’t cover my entire nail so i left the salon looking like i needed a fill. now two weeks later my nail has cracked and broken off while i was wrapping presents because of being too thin. I was excited to try out this location when I saw all of the good reviews. I tried them out last week and am very disappointed in my results. I paid full price for a gel dip manicure and had a chip by my first day. Less than a week later, I had to go get my nails redone at another salon because I am not form the area. Awful. So I just tried this salon out about a week ago and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The salon is so spacious and its designed beautifully. When getting my pedicure the nail tech was constantly making sure that I was okay and that I wasn't in need of anything. I will say, if you are coming in to get a service like a full set. I must warn you they love to push gel on you. It was something that while getting my full set I turned down a good six times. At One point I became a little frustrated with the nail tech for continuing to ask even after I declined. My full set and my pedicure came out beautifully and the price was pretty reasonable. If I could give this place a -5 rating I would. By far the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. Very disappointed with the service and lack of integrity at this place. I went in here with my mom and we were all quoted at $20 for acrylic. My sister and I sat down for our nails and they asked us if we wanted gel, to which we both responded no. When we got up to pay, they told us it would be $38 each. My mom was told she got a color change polish, which she never asked for. As for me, they told my sister and I that we had gel on our nails even after we responded no. My mom asked for the name of the owner, and they never gave us the name. They refused to deduct the price, even after we were told it would only be $20 and the gel and color change we never asked for. Terrible service. Read Less

I felt so wonderful to have finally discovered Euro Nails & Spa. That's really flawless! They were able to serve me right away. My nail staff gave an excellent manicures and pedicures. I live in NYC and came to visit my family. I came here with my cousin and everyone was friendly and sweet. I did a regular pedicure and loved it. Customer service was great - they would serve you water/tea if you'd like or even just a lollipop if you'd like. I heard this place just opened not so long ago and I would see lots of customers come in and out. The place is quite clean and tidy. You can do waxing and massages too!! Also, they have clean bathrooms but in NYC you don't really get to use a clean bathroom so I don't know if it's just a NYC thing??Price is fair.I definitely recommend coming to this place to do your nails. I have never had nails done so poorly!!!AFTER MORE THAN 20 YEARS of acrylic nails, i was advised by my nail tech in south Florida that SNS procedure is best if you want to grow healthy nails. So I did it. 2 weeks later I need my nails redone because I'm flying to bahamas (i made appointment with bahamas nail tech cuz THEY are VERY GOOD) nonetheless,  because i dont want to travel with ugly nails, i call EURO and asked how much for a sns fill, they say $25 for medium length. I come in, informed them I need Polish change on toes and sns fill. Toes were good. They soaked my nails off and give me the worst nail job ever!! (Pics provided) when they gave me the total, I was shocked! They charged me for a FULL SET! I didn't know what sns fill procedure was, but all I requested was a FILL! I'm not paying for what I didn't ask for.  Further more, I was there for TWO HOURS, and ended up being late for work! Honestly I want a REFUND! My nails look horrible, rough and LUMPY! I want to cry!Tommy was nice about the error so he gets the one star.. but the Asian Lady was unprofessional acting as if I wanted something for free!!! First time here, and I do not recommend it! I have been here 2 times and both times I felt like I needed a medical clinic after the visit. The first visit I had Danny doing my nails and another tech gave Me a pedicure. The pedicure was fine, this time, however my SNS nails were terrible. My fingers were burned in  multiple places by the drill and felt like they were on fire for several days after my manicure.  Additionally the application of the SNS product was terrible it was bumpy and ugly I vowed never to go back. My regular nail spa in Poinciana was closed for the memorial day weekend so I decided to give euro nails another try.Snow, the owner, did a very good job on my nails albeit she seemed preoccupied with answering the phone and running her business. But nonetheless it was a decent job of my nails.The pedicure was wonderful at first but the tech got carried away with the pumice rock and before I knew it had ground the side of my foot down to blood. It is now several weeks later and I still have a scab on my foot.I tried to like the spa because it is very pretty has brand-new equipment and is very pleasant however the aftermath and the results are not worth it. I am never going back here and will stick with my normal nail salon. If you look at my other reviews you will see the good nail salon that has never made me walk out with any type of injury and always done an excellent job.It may not be as fancy and frilly but I will stick with cleanliness and safety and good work above trying to heal for weeks after a visit to the nail spa. When I first walked in Euro Nails & Spa and looked around at the interior, I was skeptical. But whatever this place lacks in decor, it makes up for in the actual manicure . I've never had a better shellac manicure. These women pay such close attention to detail. They cleaned my nails so well and did an amazing job shaping them. They painted so closely to the edges of my nails. At the end they give you a great hand/arm massage. On top of it all, the women who work here are so nice and great to talk to. I am so glad I found Euro Nails & Spa! It has always been hard to find a reliable place to get my nails done in Kissimmee. I actually ended up going two days in a row for a pedicure and a gel manicure. They are extremely helpful and efficient but never in a rush to get you out the door like some places. The tubs had a great plastic cover with new packaging for all the tools. I also enjoyed my massage while getting a pedicure. It was just what I needed after a long day of work! She really takes her time to make sure everything is perfect and exactly what you want!!! The nail art is hand drawn and they really take their time making sure that you like it. I was so impressed with the service and nail art that I went back again and plan on going back every month. I appreciate the great customer service. This place is really nice and Snow did an incredible job! I got SNS powder done in a French manicure on my nails and a pedicure! She did an amazing job and always made sure I was happy with the shape, length and style! I also got an eyebrow wax and that was done really well too! I'm writing this as I sit outside the salon! At 1st site the salon is beautiful no doubt about that. I waited about 10 mins & then I was approached by a tech name Danny. He sat me in the 1st pedicure chair & started the water, when a side pipe popped out & water got all over the floor. The tech a couple seats over came & stopped it. 5 mins later Danny came back, asked me if I wanted gel, which I replied no, I just want regular & for my manicure I want regular polish also. During the pedicure he was friendly but asked my about 4 more times about the gel. After my pedicure which I must say came out fine, he direct me to his seat for my mani.& again he asked about gel, which I said "no, I'll be back in 2 weeks & will get it when my names start growing back out". He started the manicure which lasted less than 15mins & he said something in his language to Snow the manicurist next to him & she also asked me about getting SNS/Gel which I again replied "NO"! After that he rushed my mani because a few more people came in & he realized he wasn't going to up sell me on the more expensive nails not before trying to convince me to just get clear nails & not put a polish so he can start working on the individuals who had just walked into the door. I spend $45 including my tip & the only thing that came out OK was my pedi( which the nails are not cut straight)DON'TWASTE YOUR MONEY HERE & FEEL PRESSURED INTO GETTING SOMETHING YOU DON'TWANT FROM MULTIPLE PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE NOT TO MENTION THE BOTCHED JOB!!!
