This place is perfect, after having bad experience after bad experience elsewhere I was prepared for the worst. I told the tech about my wanting my nails done thick and she did them for me just the way I wanted them. My fiancé and I are here for the first time getting delux pedicures and it's wonderful especially for the price!$41/person)Everyone is very friendly!They gave us free wine and water as well!The atmosphere is nice and relaxing.The only thing I'd say is the massage chairs could be better,but other than that no complaints! Terrible. They don't know what there doing. Just another cookie cutter nail salon. No real nail artist at all asked for an American full set in liquid gel wich their website says they offer. And they didn't have any of the products for it and didn't even know how to do it. They sat me down pit the nail extensions on me and froze. Had them take it off and they could barely do that. Everyone very polite making conversation. I was offered a beverage, not many places do that. My gel manicure came out to $30 which i think its a wonderful price. Pedicures start at $20. They have a special for both regular mani + regular pedi for $30. Alot more awesome deals i just didnt have my phone with me at the time to post a picture. Had a manicure here and was pleasantly surprised.  The price was good and the service was excellent.  Location is clean and well taken care of. Excellent service!!!  We came on New Year's Day with a party of 4 very picky women.  They weren't fully staffed (only 3 employees) but they fully accommodated us with water and wine while we waited for them to finish other customers.  The Elite pedicure I received here was the best I've ever had!  Each one of my friends and I were pleased. I went to elite salon after I called to make an appointment I was told I could come right in. When I arrived I was not greeted until about 5 minutes. I was seated & told to pick my color but was not attended to at all. I left after about 30 minutes. Literally the worst service I ever received. I decided to not spend my money at this salon. Terrible service. Had an appointment at 5:30 for two pedicures. Although they started one of us right away, the guy stopped after 5 minutes to do someone else's pedicure fix. Second pedicure didn't even start until 5:50. Almost 7 before we left. Good thing- we never have to come back. Read Less

Live in Massachusetts and found this place driving around. Best pedicure I've ever had! I walked all around Magic Kingdom yesterday so my heals were looking a little gross and Julie saved the day!! She was friendly and very detailed orientated on her job! My cousin had to wait a little bit to get her nails done but in my mind that just means more than just me like this place!! I really wish I could review the actual nail tech, rather than the salon because my actual tech wasn't too bad, but the experience overall, was not great.While in Florida for a wedding, my mom, grandmother, and myself, were looking for a last minute place to get a mani/pedi for the big day (had to talk Gma into it, but finally got her on board!). I pulled out my trusty Yelp app and found NOTHING with good reviews near where I was staying in Kissimmee. I finally found Elite nails, which was a little bit of a hike, but we ventured over so we could get a couple of hours of pampering.First, the place was a bit too hot and sticky for me. I really don't want to get up from my pedi chair with sweat marks on the back of my shorts. Eeek. Second, the male/female duo who were working their magic on our tootsies were fighting, not in English, but we knew they were because the female spoke under her voice in english shortly after, "enough already, geez!" The male sort of took it out on my mom's feet, as she said he became a little too aggressive after. Aggressiveness and sharp tools near your feet do not mix!Luckily, the mani and pedi I received were pretty good. The nail tech I had, again was good. The "ill tempered tech" told my tech to watch his elbows while they sat beside each other. Whoa! Can we say hostile work environment? Yikes! They did clean the footbaths really well, however, instead of wiping/disinfecting the mani-tables down, they used their handheld fan to clean off the dust before they took care of our nails.I was able to score a "check-in" deal of 10% off, so that was good. If I were in the Kissimmee area again, I would try to steer clear. Hopefully my nail tech will take his talent to a better salon elsewhere. Read Less

Hi Friends,I am a lady and some of friends come here Kissimee - Florida for my vacation. I would love to recommend about the Nails Salon where I came to do my Pedicure and Midicure and Eyeslash, they were excellence customer services and wonderful place to relax. They are also do Shellac Gel for my hands, everything was perfect, I loved it and the price was very reasonable. It's not really expensive if I compared with another Nails salon in this area.
