If I can give lower than 1, I would! Horrible place, horrible customer service, horrible job. This lady cut my toe nails so short and messed up one nail and fixed three times and still looked bad. Then manicure ugh my natural nails, while removing cuticle she scraped my nail so bad it hurt. She said I was being sensitive, no it hurt. So she applied nail polish I have ridges on three of my nails. I had to ask her to take off the nail polish and apply just clear. My nails hurt so bad I can't even bend my fingers. Then manager was horrible I was telling her very calm and she just put the receipt on the counter demanding payment. First and last time. My friends didn't even bother getting their nails done. I come here every two weeks for my bi weekly gel manicure. It's a hit or miss depending on the days you go and the nail tech they assign you to. Somehow managed to get everybody with a nail technician except me, even though I was the first one to enter the door. I understand appointments can be made and some were appointments but majority were walk-ins. The receptionist was extremely rude and basically turned me away saying they didn't have time to do my nails and to come back the next day. I got there before 6 and they close at 7 and he was straight refusing to assist me. Had an appointment booked for Sunday afternoon for a Gel Manicure and Pedicure and a Childs Mani-Pedi.They cut my daughters toe and her polish looked terrible and flaked off the next day, my Gel manicure chipped and cracked after 2 days.I called to see if they could fix but was told there was no manager available to speak too, I called again, still nobody available. Called again, finally spoke to someone but not a manager and he said he cant help me, after 25 mins on the phone he said its been too long and they cant help me, as I explained I have been trying to speak to someone for a week and nobody would help so that's not my fault.It cost me $100.00 for them to cut my daughter, and all the polish to be chipped and come off after a couple of days.Terrible customer service all they wanted was money and didn't care about the job, very disappointed as this was not my first time there. If you want to be sat down and forgotten about for 50 minutes when you had an appointment then this is the place for you. When I first checked in I was sat down at a station and was waiting for about 30 minutes watching the two technicians beside me rotate through two other customers. Then the man who sat me in the spot came over and asked if I was done, which I replied that I had not even been helped. He said I must have sat in the wrong seat and that's why I was overlooked, however he was the one who pulled the chair out for me to sit in. After this I was put into a pedicure chair for another 20 minutes with the water running. When my feet started to prune I decided that I would no longer be waiting around for who knows how long to be tended to and left. I've been coming here for a little over a year now. The service is always consistent and good. If you don't make an appointment you may have to wait but never more then about 15 minutes. I've done acrylic nails, gel manicure, pedicure, eyebrows, etc all with different technicians. Every one is great and does good work. The place is clean and they offer you something to drink while you they work on you. I just had a full acrylic stilleto nails done today for $25. They came out beautiful. I'd definitely recommend this place. The only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars is because their gel manicure is too expensive in my opinion. I did my nails with them for over a year. Some of the staff are nice... Others not so much. One day I went to do my nails and the tech was abrupt didn't say a single word, not even good morning! I had to tell him that I would like to cut my nails since he didn't bother to ask.Don't try to make an appointment... If they have a walk in they will go first (even though you have an appointment). If they are busy they tell you the wait time is 20 min... I waited over an hour and would hear them say it to everyone the same thing! 20 min is a joke! Just tell the TRUTH.The only time you a preferred customer is if you're doing mani and pedi.... If you're not getting a pedi.... Forget it... You will be waiting a long time... Sitting in the chairs at front and just looking everybody (even the ones that are walk in) being assisted before you.For me this is disrespectful... The person that gets a pedi is more important than the ones doing a mani? Why? Because they are going to spend more money than I will?For sure I won't come back... I've been going there for a year and this happened over and over again.... I already gave you guys lots of chances....You lost me as a customer. What i liked is the place seemed very clean which is hard to find these days. Their eyebrow waxing is always nice, but my nail experience was a nightmare. The process was painful and they kept accidentally cutting the skin around my nails. Heard really good reviews for this place. On Mother's day my sister ,my mom and I wanted to get a pedicure. The three girls looked at our feet first and all three ladies made me feel bad because they were speaking in Vietnamese and didn't want to do my feet. My feet is not as pretty as my sis or mom,but hey your in business for Nails. They were fighting "NOT" to get me. So Tammy got me and started to do my feet but were still speaking and laughing in front of me. I could of said something but didn't want to upset my mom. Tammy then stabbed me and I was bleeding...I told her I was diabetic and she said you should of told me...Ummmm??? Th owner of CT has been taking care of my nails for about 5 years (even before CT opened). He does a fantastic job!! I have 4 children and am a very busy person, so I tend to be hard on my nails. If I ever do have any problems it is taken care of with no additional charges and with a smile!!! I would definatly recommend CT to anyone!! The staff is attentive, the store is clean (which is rare in most nail salons), and it is a very relaxing evironment. Got 3 broken nails 3 days after paying $40 to get a new nails set put on and came back to get them fix they told me the tech that did my nails was't working today can you come back tomorrow when she is here so she can fix your nails. I went to this salon yesterday due to I went to this place yesterday cuz I got the 30% discount coupon from couponclipper.com and had the worst experience ever. At first the front desk lady greet and told me a waiting time is 5 minutes but it end up around 45 minutes cuz they only have 4 workers at the time. The girl finished my pedicure within 15 minutes . She was rushing to jump to do another client next to me. When I asked her something she did not listen or talking to other clients. She gave me a terrible job that left my left toe bleed .
