I've been looking for a new nail salon/tech for a while. I used to go to a very well known nail salon but they tried my patience one too many times and I just gave up. I went in early and was greeted nicely by the owner. Went in for a gel pedi/gel mani. Hannah was assigned to do them both. I was honestly a little skeptical about my pedi because I haven't found anyone that does the in depth cleaning like I like. Until today. She went in and did the damn thing. She took her time and she cleaned it better than i could've imagined. And she engages you in conversation which I appreciated. Next was my nails. Well I don't have anything bad to say. She cleaned my cuticles thoroughly.  She honestly exceeded all my expectations. The price is a little ways up there ($75) total but it was worth it. I paid 65 for a full set with rhinestones they all started falling off in the parking lot. I got charged a extra $10 because I wanted them coffin shaped which I never heard of this and I got charged $35 for the rhinestones that all fell off. I went back in and ineffort to fix them they were made worse the nail tech offered yo fix them again but I don't think as nice as she is that she just isn't capable of fixing them. They looked good until she tried to seal the stones in with gel they are all bubbled up and terrible. Between my nails and my toes I spent around $100 now i have to spend more to have them fixed. I’ve realized with this place that it’s either a hit or miss. Made an appointment for a party of four @1pm. Lilly was upset at the fact that I had changed my mind about a mani/ pedi and simply wanted to remove the acrylic I already had, so she decided to talk negatively about my party and I in Spanish to her fellow employees AND her current client as if I couldn’t understand what came out her mouth. Very cocky, rude, and unprofessional. Listening to music, answering unrelated phone calls. Poor customer service. Horrible! I called and made appointment for eyebrows at 2:00 pm and mani and pedi cure at 1:00. When I arrived they asked if they can help so I said I had appointment at 1 for nails and 2 for eyebrows. With a scorn on her face she said we are busy. Ive had not so good experience with the last couple times . But the key is to make a appointment and stick with your tech. Now that I have got to see their work. Maria didnt pass me off to anyone she knows what she is doing and im very PLEASED . I HAVE already got so many compliments on my nails and sent them there. I saw Lupe here for umbre nails. I really liked her as a person and she takes pride in her work. Her products were all top of the line and she paid very close attention to detail. The single only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is the price! There was another $10 per nail design at the end which made my set $75 that was never discussed..  This was quite expensive for the area. I showed a picture upon arriving for my appointment and I was told $25 for full set..$10 extra for shape.. $10 more for umbrae. I asked what the total would be and was told $45.. I was told $75 when checking out because of $10 design on two ring fingers. I wouldn't have came here if I knew this ahead of time. Very bad customer service. I just moved from NYC and wanted to find a place where I can get my regular mani/pedis done. Found this place thru Yelp. Based on the reviews I wanted to give this place a try. So I Went in with my mother today around 5:45pm since Yelp has the place listed to close at 7pm. I walked in, and everyone was staring at us as if we didn't belong there. No one greeted us, no one said a thing. There was a woman with glasses who eventually asked what we wanted. I let her know my mother and I wanted mani/pedis. The lady rudely said that the last appt was for 5:30pm. I let her know I didn't know this was by appt. The lady just looked the other way and was very dismissive. I bluntly said that I was going to take my business elsewhere and walked out.I'm glad that I did. Went to another nail salon called "K Nails" that is around the area and received the best customer service ever. My coffin nails looks awesome, and my pedicure looks amazing. Read Less

I'm writing this review for Angel Nail Spa #3 (now The Nail Spa). So I'm currently in Orlando on vacation with my family and had a complete nail emergency. I wear acrylics and the new salon I tried at home  (Los Angeles) completely dropped the ball and ALL of my nails were lifting to the point of being in pain. So I found these guys called at 9 am (mind you they don't open until 9:30 am) and the man on the phone assured me that someone would be there at 9:30 to help me with my dilemma. So I left my 4 month old with family and flew up there! Kevin was amazing! From professionalism to great customer service to doing an amazing job on my nails. When I tell you he had me in and out and was able to literally save my trip it's the truth! I just want to thank Kevin and the nail spa for their help and efficiency on this trip. Not all but most of the Spanish women here were just rude and walked around with a nasty look on there face like they were miserable working there. I went there for my BabyShower nails with an APPOINTMENT and ended up waiting still about an hour or more. My big toe nail broke almost back to the cuticle as I was being Ms Home Decorator ( don't ask). I was scared and not sure if I could save it (the nail). Angel Nails worked a miracle. Began soaking my feet and sat there for 40 mins before they told me I had another HR to wait before being seen. Huge inconvenience. She call back saying that the appointment had to be changed because she had another customer at the same time as mine. I changed the it and came in the time she told me. Very lucky to live so close to such a good nail salon! When I first moved here I came and saw lupe and my nails came out WAYYY too thick and next time I got them done felt like they were sawing them down! But I gave them another chance a couple months later cause of all there Instagram posts and this visit is what keeps me coming back! Lilly is amazing she takes her time, helps you pick your color, and does a great job. I get SNS nail and not many salons do that to begin with! I just moved here from Chicago and was skeptical about finding a new place for eyebrows especially. However I was very satisfied and relieved that I found this place because the girls here are awesome! I got a classic manicure and my eyebrows waxed. The girl who did my manicure painted my nails beautifully however she didn't clean my cuticles and the sides of my nails as much as I'd like her to. But she still did a wonderful job! The first detail here is that there is such a tension when you go to a spa is to relax not too see or hear women like cats and dog. Second detail apparently there is no communication because you call to make appointments and go and your appointment was never made. Third did my nails two weeks and they look like I had them for like 4 weeks really bad not worth your money. I go here often to get my pedicure.  The atmosphere is very relaxing.  The owners put alot of time and effort into this place and it shows.  This place is beautiful. Paula has been doing my pedicures the past few times and she is amazing.  She gives the best massages and when its done i have beautiful feet to show for it.  The chairs are very nice and do not shake me out of the chair like some.
