I went in for just a polish change on my toes. Roxanne did the absolute BEST french tip I have ever had on my toes. Her precision and attention to detail was everything!! And she was so sweet! I have never in my life had a manicure that didn't include a hand massage. I am completely disgusted by how I just got conned. I went in for  a deluxe Mani/pedi and asked to add gel polish for the hands only. Everywhere on the planet charges $10 for this. The guy (owner) tells me $20. And an extra $5 for French tips. Ok I say, that's fine. Then he says have you ever tried dipping? I tell him I have not and ask how much. He says same price. $25 on top of the $55 for deluxe Mani/pedi. I agree.The pedi was fine. The Mani was two minutes of nail shaping and then the dipping. That was it. Then he left me at the table and started doing administrative tasks. I said "aren't you going to finish the manicure?" He said oh I'll only charge you for the pedi and the dipping. The pedi by itself is $37 and the dipping is $25. I'll take $2 off so you pay what you expected.I was so upset at this point that I paid and left. Don't go here unless you want to be scammed.No liners for the pedi baths either, and I watched another woman "wash" one. It was not sanitized by any stretch of the imagination. Read Less

I picked this place because I am on vacation and wanted to freshen up my mani/pedi. I googled nail salons near me and Allure was closest to where we are staying, I thought how bad could it be? Ha! I was so wrong. This place was awful, so many things were wrong. I went for a shellac manicure and pedicure. First off, every time I picked a gel color they didn't have the regular polish to match or vice versa. Then a lady started my pedicure, but stopped because she had a hair cut appointment that walked in so another lady sat down. This lady had no idea where the other lady left off so she only used the pumice stone on one foot. My manicure was normal, but when the lady started polishing my nails she did both hands then I would put them both under the light instead of swapping them out to go a little faster. I picked the color strawberry margarita by OPI. My toenails look normal but the gel bottle looked like it was 20 years old and the color doesn't even match my toes!! I hate to write a review like this, but it was that BAD. $75 for a terrible experience  Now I have to find another place and have it done all over again. Read Less

Visited because of the positive ratings on Yelp and it was close to our resort. On the first day of vacation, I was in dire need of a mani/pedi so I took a chance as a walk in and was greeted and seated right away. I had the most amazing pedicure and sns dip nail manicure. I called ahead of time to make sure they had chrome dipping powder, since that's why I wanted to do with my nails, and asked if I could walk in or needed an appointment. The guy who answered said we could just walk in. Get there and the same guy I spoke to said the person who does chrome isn't even working that day. Okay cool. Waste of my time. They accommodated a group of 8 and while we all weren't done together we got. Spend the whole time together with a bunch on really nice staff. I don't recommend this place. I was visiting on vacation and needed a shellac manicure and a regular pedicure. They have limited color selection, the staff isn't knowledgeable about their products and services, and my mani pedi is uneven, all over my skin, and streaky. So I call ahead of time, and ask how much it is for (and a I quote) "a full set of acrylic nails with gel" the man says $35, that sounds about right to me. So I get there and after this lady does my toes and then continues on to my nails, she starts to tel me its $5 more just for shape and $5 more for length? Wtf. Then, AFTER she starts painting the gel on the acrylics after already charging me $10 more dollars for some bullshit she tells me it's going to be $15 more dollars for gel, what the fuck. I got ripped off forsure. $65 for a manicure is absolutely ridiculous and she also fucked up on a few spots as well, this manicure was worth $20 and I ended up having to pay $45 more dollars then I should have. Wouldn't go back in a hurry.Here on vacation and needed nails redone. Went in and showed my current nails which had a lovely French gel manicure - said I would like same and asked re cost.  Was quoted a price plus removal which seemed a bit pricey as thought I'd worked it out from website but given good reviews thought I'd go for it.Manicure and pedicure felt very rushed.  Not what I'm used to at all.  Place was busy and was made to feel like I was quite an inconvenience. Lady doing my nails stopped frequently to welcome other guests - when paying over the odds to have a treatment I would have expected a bit more attention . My finger nails were filed down a lot!!! Was eventually told it would be 5$ more for French manicure on my toes and even more for gel - even though I'd asked for all this at outset. I told them to leave it and just give me regular polish - I was ignored on the latter and given gel and had to pay the extra for the privilege!. Overall my fingernails look like quite although don't have a French manicure like I asked - feel the lady just did what she wanted.My toes however are terrible. all chipping off and look dire after 4 days.As I say - wouldn't go back - have had much better at fraction of cost. I am traveling through Kissimmee and came across this gem. My feet were narley. Had never been this bad. I met an amazing technician, Thi. She even agreed my feet were the worst she had ever seen. Thi worked so hard and carefully. She was kind and funny. Had a great time chatting with her and especially her sharing her lifelong wisdom. Normally, I could NEVER get my husband into a day spa....but his back, neck and feet were sore from work and, while staying in Orlando, we found Allure. I started him out with a foot massage. Then, I suggested a massage.  The masseuse, DJ, is UNBELIEVABLE.  My husband raved about it...so I got one, too!  Best one I ever had. They called DJ  "The Doctor".
