I've been coming here for years. I use to be able to walk in however they are so good and priced reasonably that their business went to watkins on Saturday only. It's not a surprise everything is appointment driven these days, no waiting. Can you get a hair cut without an appointment NO. Can you walk into an Attorneys office for a consultation without an appointment NO. You need to make time for yourself and schedule these types of appointments. Pamper yourself, your worth it. Get job Fancy Nails and thank you for pampering me. I stopped going to Lovelys when I saw how dirty the place was and they put a file that had blood on it back with their tools. That's Gross and dangerous.

I've always liked this place, but as a mom of young babies and full-time attorney, I can't always make appointments ahead of time. Today, I had some free time (yay!) and walked in at 3:30 PM. There were 3 employees and only 1 customer (no one waiting) in the salon. I asked if they had time for a mani/pedi and they said no, they had appointments coming in. I'm not sure why they'd have waiting chairs if they can't serve walk-ins. I went to Lovely Nails instead. They also had 3 employees and 4 customers waiting, and they were still able to put me right in a pedicure chair. I waited 10 minutes before my service began. Fancy Nails is great but if you don't have an appointment, you won't be treated with any kind of appreciation.

I went in for a pedi only and ended up with a mani and gel nails, I am so happy and thankful Krista was very good and helpful in my situation I have nail issues due to chemo several years ago, she talked to me about a way to make the nail's stronger and help them grow...very happy with the outcome so far its working just as she said. its very clean inside, great selection of colors and TV in English so you can watch I while she works.

HDTV on TV. No music. In and out under an hour. Thanks! I do wish they had a space for drying the nails.

Awful experiences every time. The first time I went in the nail polish came off in 2 days. Second time my toenails got infected. Third time (I know,why do I keep coming in? Answer is I'm last minute with events and its closest to where I live.) I got acrylics and they are so messy and crooked and the polish isn't even on my full fingernail. The sides aren't painted and the tops are cracked and chipping. I even went to a different place to get my toes done and the man looked at my fingernails and said "Where did you go? They did an ugly job." Honestly not worth the good prices. I do not recommend it. Make the extra drive somewhere else because your nails will look better and last longer.

Hands down my favorite nail salon! left a few minutes before closing, got home and ruined the pedicure on one of my toes, called them to get in the next day they were open to fix it and they let me come right back tonight after hours, GREAT customer service, thanks guys!!

Zero stars. I usually don't bother with reviews except for good ones, but I have never been so disappointed with anything, EVER!!! My gel manicure has turned out to be a disaster and it was very expensive. I didn't get gel nails, only polish, and I'll regret it forever. My daughter had a full set of acrylics put on and they were thick, lumpy and ugly, and the man that did them was rudeto her. Our experience was just horrible. And it was not busy, so that is not the reason. I was excited to go there but that changed to regret so very quickly. Maybe if you've never had a great birthday salon service you wouldn't know the difference but we sure did. Sorry. NEVER going back.

I went to this place this past weekend to get a mani/Pedi. I waited an hour and a half for my turn. But that to me is a good sign. You don't want to go somewhere that isn't busy. On Fridays and Saturdays its walk-ins only so unless you want to wait a long time I suggest you make an appointment during the week. They are closed on Sunday's and Monday's. Even though I waited a while it was well worth it. I got a gel mani and a pedi with regular polish, together it was $50. I'll be making an appointment during the week from now on unless I'm not busy and I want to take a chance and hope it's not a slow that day.

I've been coming here for years. I use to be able to walk in however they are so good and priced reasonably that their business went to watkins on Saturday only. I've always liked this place, but as a mom of young babies and full-time attorney, I can't always make appointments ahead of time. Today, I had some free time (yay!) and walked in at 3:30 PM.
