I haven't been there in a long time. Should've read the reviews first. Not only was I rushed, the work was so sloppy and each hand looks completely different. Never have I ever been so dissatisfied with a service before in my ENTIRE life. I went in for a pedicure, was rushed to pick out a color, my water for my feet was not even warm, it was freezing cold & when I had asked for the lady (whom was the owner) to make it hotter she replied "we don't have hot water here." I did NOT receive the same treatment I usually get nor did I get a standard pedicure. She skipped through and rushed the entire job and gave me attitude the entire time especially when I would try to politely ask for her to correct something. I'm extremely upset I even had to pay for it. I was ready to ball my eyes out due to how upset I was with the end result. I've been going here for years but after this I will never come back. And to top everything off, she took a piece of my skin with the nippers and disregarded that it even happened even though I was CLEARLY bleeding. Read Less

Had my eyes brows waxed. One was cleaned up perfect, the other was waxed so short, like 1/3 of my eye brow is missing. She was coughing the entire time. Went to pay and she told me the minimum charge is $10 on a card, so I had to tip her $3 on a terrible wax that should have been free. The credit card machine is in a back room, she took my card in the front went to a room in the back and came to give me the card a receipt. I'll never go back. Read Less

My daughter and I go here twice a month for pedicures. Most technicians do a very good job... some are better than others. But for the price, it is a great experience and the owner is very personable. Not a luxury salon, but good people. Ask for Anna... she's great for pedicures. Read Less

You get what you pay for here.  Rude staff who does extremely lazy work.  I went here while visiting my parents this weekend, and am still upset I spent the money.  Everything was sloppy - I still have cuticles, which you can see because they got nail polish on them.  They painted too quickly and the top coat completely bubbled.  The massage was a joke.  I had to clean up the nail polish from the color change on my toes, as they made a mess.  I will never, ever go here again.Updated - I ordered a nail polish on Amazon based on what I used in the salon.  Package came today and color is a completely different pink.  Salon has crappy selection and names on bottles are not accurate, if you're looking for it after your manicure. Tina does a great job, however they have a hard time saying no to anyone who walks in the door which I find very frustrating bc I often have sit and wait and manicures end up talking over an hour bc of all the breaks. Read Less

I hope that you share this. On Sunday 2/14 I came here to get a gel manicure & a pedicure. It is Wednesday .. 3 days late THREE of my nails chipped.. I am very upset & dissatisfied! When I got here I asked the lady if she can accommodate me & put acrylic over my nail (overlay) being that it's the same price & I am unhappy with the job. She said no, unless you're giving me $20! Really? I just paid $50 including tip & you want another $20??! She said "I offered to fix them, if not its $20" I asked for a refund & she said no.. This place is exactly what you would expect for a 10 dollar manicure. The nail polish selection was old and the atmosphere was whatever. The lady who did my nails was super nice and did give me a nice manicure. Not the best filing but again for ten bucks what do you expect. Although, my ten dollar manicure back in CT is unreal. Just left the nail salon and my blood pressure is through the roof. I'll tell you my story without any exaggeration . Less then a week ago I had my nails done. No issues at the time. The place was close to work and home. Less than a week goes by and three of my nails are peeling. Since this was a no chip manicure, I went back in today. Honestly I was treated like a piece of crap on the floor. I asked to speak with the owner or manager. First this woman admitted she was the owner, than I was told she was not. Her attitude was so unprofessional . I explained I wanted them fixed and she said I had to go to the person who did them. That person was not there, I insisted that I wanted them done today. The place was extremely slow but out of spite she made me wait , taking people who came after me before me. This could have been handled with a little customer service and a smile. They would only fix the nails that were peeling, and put on a different shade of pink. My nails look awful and when I said my nails are two different colors, the response was. " we need to make money, I need to feed my boy". I later found out I was dealing with the owners wife!! I was calm through this whole event,,, we surprised me!!! Read Less

I had a great experience at this nail salon and I am VERY picky when it comes to my nails.... the place could be cleaned up and organized a little bit more but it wasn't a bother to me. What made my experience so great was how my cousin and I walked in around 8pm around the time they close down for the night ... the nice lady told us to stay and she'd love to do our nails... she then called another lady to come back. I'm done with this place - first of all, it's dirty.  They finally got new chairs but the whole place needs a thorough regular cleaning.  They rush through everything and in most cases do a sloppy job.  The prices are never the same either and I noticed the price list is now gone.  The tipping point to me was tonight - the lady did was pedicure was ok then another lady did my eyebrows.  The lady who waxed me cashed me out.  I used my debit card but had cash for a tip.  I asked for change of a $20 and she gives me a ten and two fives. Total bill was $40. Takes the ten and the five and walks away in her Valentino Rock Studs.  Then as I'm walking out totally aggravated I look and noticed that she gave the pedicure girl the $5 and kept the $10 for her 3 minute waxing. To start off as soon is a I walked in there was a lady she sits right at the front desk on the right side of the salon and her face made me want to turn around and leave not she look EXTREMELY mad and dissapointed to be there. She did my friends nails and was very aggressive and rude. Everybody in this salon is rude I personally think this place should go out of business. Their nails suck. I got my nails done and they cracked within not even 24 hours their service and attitudes are shitty overall I would never recommend someone to get their nails done here and their very dirty as well their tools are not being cleaned as much as they should. So mad. After they cracked I went back to them and they wanted to act oblivious as if they weren't cracked, they were clearly cracked and both ladies were acting as if they don't see all of my nails messed up it wasn't just one either every single nail was cracked complete and utter bullshit that they have going on over there. Have been here several times, only because is convenient (near and cheaper than other places), but every time i leave im not happy. They are always in a hurry, they dont do a good job and they put way to much pressure ("you should make your manicure in gel" or "you are doing your eyebrow right?") . Today was my worst experience and i finally learned the lesson, im never going back to this place again. Worst mani/pedi ever!! I really dont recommend this place at all Read Less
