I have been using this salon for 2 years, always a good experience until today and alway getting a gel mani pedi. Occasionally, I will bring my 12 yro for a pedi as a treat. In the past there were minor attempts at up sales, toward me, the adult, but nothing pushy. Today my entire experience was an up sale, including multiple attempts to up sell my 12 yro, one tech pointing out in front of her she had not had a mani in a year! The tech, I never had before, kept trying to push acrylic products for repairing splits and was very argumentative. I also lost about a quarter inch of length because she used toenail clippers on my finger nails and they broke below where she was clipping. They are inconsistent about what the gel up charge is in general, but today my $45 pedi jumped to $75 because of gel? And the gel up charge today was $25? They can’t even do math! I won’t be returning, which is sad because I really like some of the techs. If you use this salon be clear in advance about what the charges are, firm about up sales and don’t expect consistency.

My friend and I both got champagne and a regular pedicure. The pedicure was not 30 mins at all it was super fast and half assed. They massaged me for maybe 10-15 mins. My friend & i bothboth regular nail polish and it started to chip on more than one nail for both of us within 5 days of having the pedicure! Im never going to tipsy salon again. Such a waste of money. Seriously, all the pedicures I've gotten at other nail salons the nail polish never chips it stays on well over a month. Do not recommend tipsy salon at all.

Usually I have an amazing time, I haven’t been to this location maybe 3 months due to having a new baby and always working. 3 days ago I finally get alone time and to treat myself, and I basically paid $80 for a panic attack because the person I had, had no clue what she was doing. Got a full set and they’re all different sizes and when it came to my color I wanted regular polish and she gave me gel because “it’s way quicker and don’t have to do a lot of work” and it’s not even the color I wanted, I wanted a nude clear and got like a khaki colored nail gel. I got a pedicure it was suppose to be 30 mins long and it was maybe a good 15mins. The massage for my feet was half assed. It wasn’t enjoyable at all, wasn’t worth $80 more like $25. Very disappointed the only day I can ever treat myself was a complete waste.

I had a really bad experience yesterday the lady who did my nails not only did a terrible job but she also took two hours and tore up my fingers. I hate complaining about anything but I spoke to the manager anyway because $55 is a lot of money for nails that look really bad. He was so nice and so understanding and had me come back today to have them redone by someone I knew would do a good job and he also gave me a glass of wine. I didn't catch his name but him and Ben were so nice to me. I highly recommend Ben he knows what he's doing and does an amazing job!

I've had a few pedicures at Tipsy's... nothing special but no complaints. I had my first gel manicure done there last Tuesday and will absolutely not go back. The girl was nice, but did like 4-5 layers of paint and put my hands in/out of the UV machine very quickly. I didn't think too much of it until the first nail peeled off two days after I had it done. Mind you, I was on vacation so there was no dishwashing, etc. Two days after that, two additional nails had peeled off and one had chipped. I peeled the rest of myself since it looked so bad. Didn't even need to use remover to get the polish off. I called to speak to the manager two days ago and haven't received a call back so now instead of complaining privately, I am leaving a review for everyone to see. I will not be going back.

I felt like I was being tortured & left with so much polish on my toes it looks like a 5 year old painted them. And no dryer? I was told to just sit & wait for them to dry. lol Extremely disappointed. Was excited to try this place, I will never go back.

I must say this place has shocked me. About 6 months ago they changed their prices and it became very unaffordable for me with being a new mommy. I wrote a review and a month later a manager reached out to me and i explained why I was upset and have been a loyal customer to this place since day 1. She explained why the prices changed and thanked me for coming and asked if I would continue coming here if they made me a loyal customer..i couldnt believe it. So i have no returned and its been better then ever! I was going to be sad and miss this place but when your on a budget it is what is! Thank you

I have visited Tipsy for a long time. They now have an awesome new Manager, Theresa. She is the best and will stop at nothing to make sure you are happy with your service. Donniel is a Master of her trade and did an excellent job on my hair. Call her for professional and caring services. She knew exactly what to do and how to style it. The color is terrific. I am still getting compliments along with 'ooh's and ahh's" and "wow's" after 2-1/2 weeks. You rock! Perfection at its best!! Thank you both for your true professionalism, caring and positive follow through. I love it. Thank you for a Job well done.

They advertise as a high end salon while they have technicians who do not speak or understand english. The staff overseeing the place looked barely out of high school and was wearing baggy jeans and converse sneakers. My nails are completely damaged from the aggressive filing that was so painful I had to get up and walk away. The manicurist (""Lee"") couldn't understand english, whatever, but the hand gestures saying ""OUCH"" and ""STOP"" should have been crystal clear. Tipsy is first off one of the greatest business ideas I have ever seen (and I have met a lot of ppl who think they have 'great ideas'). The owners/operators have always been fantastically nice and polite and some of the staff is the best trained in "customer service". Although every business runs into a bad seed - I have never been anything other than satisfied, but onto Donelle. She is MARVELOUS. For 5 years I have searched from high end salons to lower price points looking for that *gem* who could do a cut the way I pictured it in my brain. No matter the explanation, it has never happened. After a terrible day, I stumble into Tipsy where I was put in Donnelle's hands. There were probably 15 other women having services who could not stop talking about the fantastic hair cut that she gave me. I go back to see her today and will drive that thirty minutes just to have her make me over with another magnificent hairdo!

I was refered to LeeAnne at Tipsy Salon because she is the only person around that uses organic hair color. I have had health problems in the past and have read how dangerous hair color is so stopped coloring my hair almost a year ago when I was visiting Dallas and first introduced to the color. I was so happy it is available in Florida. I drive up from Miami to have my hair done but it is well worth it. She was such a breath of fresh air and talked me thru each step of my service which made me feel included. It was an experience like I have never had. Would strongly recommend and already have to any person I come in contact with.

I had organic color used on me in L.A. last year and was so excited to find out it is now available in S. Florida. I had my hair cut and hilited by Leann and couldn't be more pleased. She was so educated and passionate about hair I couldn't help get excited. She spent a lot of extra time with me and gave me the best consult I have ever had. She explained to me the benefits of organic color and how dangerous ammonia based color is. She also educated me on the best way to deal with my frizzy curly hair in Florida humidity. I expected to pay much more than I did considering all the attention she gave me but the price was very reasonable for that level of talent. On another note: she kept her station very clean and clutter free and I saw her cleaning every brush she used on the customer before me before she led me to her chair, which means alot to me. It was a very plesant experience from start to finish.

I have been going to Tipsy's for awhile and I love it! My daughter Alyssa works there and not only does my hair look great so does all of her client's hair. The atmosphere and service is great too! When I'm there her clients come up to me and tell me how much they love her and the services she performs. Going to Tipsy's is a getaway for me!

I must say this place has shocked me. About 6 months ago they changed their prices and it became very unaffordable for me with being a new mommy. I wrote a review and a month later a manager reached out to me and i explained why I was upset and have been a loyal customer to this place since day 1. She explained why the prices changed and thanked me for coming and asked if I would continue coming here if they made me a loyal customer..i couldnt believe it. So i have no returned and its been better then ever! I was going to be sad and miss this place but when your on a budget it is what is! Thank you

I have visited Tipsy for a long time. They now have an awesome new Manager, Theresa. She is the best and will stop at nothing to make sure you are happy with your service. Donniel is a Master of her trade and did an excellent job on my hair. Call her for professional and caring services. She knew exactly what to do and how to style it. The color is terrific. I am still getting compliments along with 'ooh's and ahh's" and "wow's" after 2-1/2 weeks. You rock! Perfection at its best!! Thank you both for your true professionalism, caring and positive follow through. I love it. Thank you for a Job well done.

They advertise as a high end salon while they have technicians who do not speak or understand english. The staff overseeing the place looked barely out of high school and was wearing baggy jeans and converse sneakers. My nails are completely damaged from the aggressive filing that was so painful I had to get up and walk away. The manicurist (""Lee"") couldn't understand english, whatever, but the hand gestures saying ""OUCH"" and ""STOP"" should have been crystal clear. She did my nails three times because she messed up so much, before I finally had enough and walked out. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS! Renee Wyatt

Tipsy is first off one of the greatest business ideas I have ever seen (and I have met a lot of ppl who think they have 'great ideas'). The owners/operators have always been fantastically nice and polite and some of the staff is the best trained in "customer service". Although every business runs into a bad seed - I have never been anything other than satisfied, but onto Donelle. She is MARVELOUS. For 5 years I have searched from high end salons to lower price points looking for that *gem* who could do a cut the way I pictured it in my brain. No matter the explanation, it has never happened. After a terrible day, I stumble into Tipsy where I was put in Donnelle's hands. There were probably 15 other women having services who could not stop talking about the fantastic hair cut that she gave me. I go back to see her today and will drive that thirty minutes just to have her make me over with another magnificent hairdo!

I was refered to LeeAnne at Tipsy Salon because she is the only person around that uses organic hair color. I have had health problems in the past and have read how dangerous hair color is so stopped coloring my hair almost a year ago when I was visiting Dallas and first introduced to the color. I was so happy it is available in Florida. I drive up from Miami to have my hair done but it is well worth it. She was such a breath of fresh air and talked me thru each step of my service which made me feel included. It was an experience like I have never had. Would strongly recommend and already have to any person I come in contact with.

I had organic color used on me in L.A. last year and was so excited to find out it is now available in S. Florida. I had my hair cut and hilited by Leann and couldn't be more pleased. She was so educated and passionate about hair I couldn't help get excited. She spent a lot of extra time with me and gave me the best consult I have ever had. She explained to me the benefits of organic color and how dangerous ammonia based color is. She also educated me on the best way to deal with my frizzy curly hair in Florida humidity. I expected to pay much more than I did considering all the attention she gave me but the price was very reasonable for that level of talent. On another note: she kept her station very clean and clutter free and I saw her cleaning every brush she used on the customer before me before she led me to her chair, which means alot to me. It was a very plesant experience from start to finish.

I was a first time client and was refered to Shelly by a friend. She did an awsome job on my hair, both color and cut, and was very fast also. I would deffanitly return.
