Very nice and friendly staff. I’m visiting from out of town and wanted a bit of time to relax by myself. The atmosphere was very calming, the massage chair was the best I’ve experienced, and the staff was friendly but not too talkative to disrupt the zen. I’m very pleased with the aromatherapy pedicure and the price was what I’m used to. I highly recommend, but I didn’t give 5 stars because I wanted a design, but the tech was either not comfortable doing it or didn’t understand my question. My husband and I were driving home to Frostproof, Florida after a wonderful visit with family in West Palm Beach. He suggested we stop somewhere to get a Pedicure. I googled nail salons and Sunshine Nails & Spa had excellent reviews. We called and got an immediate appointment. We were placed in the relaxation room. It was peaceful and quiet. Excellent service. I'm not impressed at all. The technician was nice but she had a hard time understanding when I would tell her that it is too hot, the tops of my feet are burned from the wax and extremely hot water. I also asked that she not cut my cuticles are they easily become infected and she did it anyway! I picked the pedicure service with extra message and that was a waste. The final product was not great either- I have paint all over my skin. I could have done a better job myself! I also felt like the manager rushed me out and they still had 2 more business hours being open. The technician was hardly finished when she handed me my bag and asked me to move. I moved to Jupiter from Coral Springs and although I had tried many other nail salons, I was not satisfied with the service that I encountered, thus I continued to go back to Coral Springs every two weeks to get my nails and pedicure.  One day I decided to try Sunshine Nails and I fell in love. Came here to get a healthy nail and pedicure after seeing so many AMAZING reviews I was very keen to try it because I wanted a new salon in Jupiter due to my recent move from Stuart and my usual salon is over there, went in with high hopes, came in told them I had an appointment and they completely disregarded me, left me sitting for about 5 minutes and wasn't even busy, had 2 nail techs messing around with their nails, as they started my pedicure they tried to keep giving me a pedicure that was about 20-25$ more expensive then the one I wanted after repeatedly telling them no, the water was way too hot and I mentioned this and the tech just shook her head as I went over to get my healthy nail done they made me wait another 10 minutes to get my nails done, wasn't even busy, as I went to leave I realized that the girl that did my dip had left a giant spot just undone and it was very very visible I said something and they told me that's how it was supposed to be, extremely unprofessional would not recommend even slightly Read Less

I've been here about 7 or 8 times and the service is always wonderful. The two girls who do my nails (dip nails/nexgen) one of whom I think is manageress are very good and so helpful. I honestly don't know where all the bad reviews come from. Maybe only the dissatisfied customers take the time to comment, cause hunty I've been coming here for about 2 years now, and they always slay my nails. I can admit, that they are always really busy, but what do you expect when everyone in the city prefers this nail salon. I've been to Regal nails, Ameri nails, Tina's Nails, etc, and they cant compete with Nails and Nails. With others out there charging $20 for a full set, had I not seen Amy's amazing art work (nails) I may not have gone. The price for an initial full set is $45 plus a tip. With that said, a couple things I think, make it worth the price! Other businesses should take note!! 1. Amy treated me like a family member she just ran into, seriously, and I know this is genuine; I heard her yelling out names of incoming customers~ who does that today. 2. Awful experience with a gel manicure. The woman wanted to use the power file on my nails that had barely any leftover color gel from last time, I told her not to because that ruins your nails! She didn't even out my nails at all with the file, they are all different lengths. After she applied 6 coats of gel, she said ok your done. No hot towel, no lotion, nothing. Vana, my technician, was meticulous and did a beautiful job with my OPI dip manicure. She shaped my nails exactly how I liked them. My friend was also very happy with her pedicure. They are very slow I usually be there for 2 to 3 hrs in my feed be already done getting your nails done take forever don't let kim do your nails she's the slowest also I was there yesterday in one of the workers who was doing my nails got mad because I told him I wanted me nails shorter so he start fucking my nails up on purpose. Sunshine Nails is an excellent place if you want high quality nails for a very reasonable price. I chose Powder Dip nails, which "last longer and your nails will be healthier" than UV gel nails. At many other locations, such as the PBG mall, powder dip nails are quite expensive, running $45-$60. However, my nails only cost $30. Very nice staff, sadly Amy is on vacation, but my nail technician (Henry) explained the difference between different types of nails. They were a little hard to understand. An excellent place for a manicure and pedicure. They have very comfy couches in the waiting area. I got a gel mani/pedí and had my eyebrows waxed. They did an amazing job on my brows, barely had to do any tweezing. Then I got my manicure and pedicure done at the same time, which I love. In my 33 years on this earth this is  by far the BEST nail salon ever!!!  I got a deluxe pedicure with gel polish on my toes and a manicure with gel polish. Bi did an AMAZING job on my toes. The massage chair and massage was PERFECT and relaxing. Vana took care of my hands while Bi did my toes. The attention to detail these ladies took on my services was REMARKABLE.
