Southern Charm in the middle of Jupiter! Such a freaking adorable place, greeted with a warm hello, how are you doing today? What could I do for you today??? My type of greeting! The decor is southern chic, clean colors and a hint of modern love. The Staff was amazing especially my technician Ra'Veon; what a doll. She was friendly, charming and welcoming. Not to mention she was an incredible manicurist; holy hell... I have new hands. I  would be remiss if I didn't mention the lovely Susan, she was just as fabulous. I was given the choice of hot coffee, tea, water and the likes. They also offer all the known brands of polish and many other services. My pedicure and manicure lasted the exact time allotted nothing less. Just an FYI: this isn't your typical Asian style salon, this is southern charm!! Everyone is nice and sociable and NOT IN A RUSH!!! ( nothing against the Asian salon) but if u really want to relax, have a personal experience, stop in for slice of southern charm! I had been to the old SNB on indiantown to get pedicures they were always amazing. I had never been to their new location so I decided to give it a try. I called 5 days in advance to make a appointment for nexgen and so glad I did. When I arrived the atmosphere was amazing. My nail tech was Ra'Veon and she was fabulous! This was my first time at the A1A location. I had been to the shop when it first opened on Indiantown Rd. I hadn't returned due to a disappointing experience. This time everyone was pleasant from making my appointment to the technician that did my shellac manicure and pedicure. There is a published price for a shellac manicure and regular pedicure of $56.00. As I went to check out I was a charged $61.00. Oh there's a $5.00 added charge for removing the shellac! First ever in any state where I have had my nails done. It's pretty chintzy and petty. Come on already! Read Less

My daughter made appointments weeks in advance for her wedding party to have manicures and pedicures two days before her wedding.  We had never used SNB before and now realize that was a mistake.   The facility was very clean and pleasant.  The staff were friendly and accommodating.  We all had regular manicures and pedicures except for the bride who had gel applications.  The technicians told everyone in our party not to go swimming as it would weaken the polish and cause it to peel.  This struck all of us as peculiar as none of us had ever been told that before and had never had a problem like that.  By the end of the next day, my daughter had polish peeling off the tips of her fingernails.  On the morning of her wedding, she was waiting when the salon opened to have her nails repaired.  By the next morning, the bride's fingernails were peeling again, I had chips on two toenails and the maid of honor had one thumb nail peeling.  None of us had gone swimming. I am extremely disappointed in and surprised by the job SNB did.  Their rates are quite a bit higher than most salons, other than the spas at area resorts.  This would not be a problem at all if the nail polish stayed on for a reasonable amount of time and we had gotten what I paid for.  The quality of their product was quite below par and I highly recommend that anyone considering having their nails done at SNB seriously reconsider and DO NOT GO TO SAVANNAH NAIL BAR!!!  This was a terrible experience at a horrible time to have it happen. I got my nails done on a Monday and by Saturday one fell off and the nail looked lumpy and all the nail where differnt lenghts.Then I called Saturday to see if I could get them fix. She said not till the following Thursday. I called back on Monday to see if there was a opening cause another nail fell off. She said not until Thursday again. the first time I went I had a great experience. I tried to schedule with the same person but when I got there was told she was not available. Long story short my appointment was delayed and with someone else who then said she could not do the dip. They offered me 10% off ($3) for the mix up. My nails were WAY too weak for gels. I called after and said I was really unhappy about what transpired and my nails were too weak to soak again and I didn't want to have to pay for the gels I never wanted when I will now have to pay again for the dip resulting in $75 in a week. They should have let me pay the difference and not paid for the gels. I made the appt, they said they would speak with the owner and call me before. They never did, when I came for the appt they said the best they would do was 20% off ($8). I was pretty upset that they didn't call and they should have done it for nothing so I left. I was searching online for good nail salons in the Jupiter area, as I have not been able to find one I truly liked. I came across Savannah Nail Bar and noticed their new location and the pictures and thought I would give it a try. All I can say is that I was truly happy with my first experience overall with the salon. When you walk into the salon the first thing you notice is their cute décor, friendly staff as well as the clean environment. I had Vasana attend to my nails and I tried the nextgen overlay for the first time. she did a wonderful job! she took her time and was very lovely to converse with. I truly enjoyed my experience overall and look forward to going back. The salon is very clean and comfortable, and I still have a great looking pedicure three weeks after my visit! Not too sure why this place gets such amazing, out of this world reviews. Dont get me wrong, it was a nice place, but it didnt blow my mind. You walk in and it's nice clean, but the nail polish collection wasn't as big as most places (but they had some nice colors I hadn't seen anywhere else). I got a pedicure and they sat me in one of those pedicure chairs. I've seen reviews that the chair were to die for, but they were not that comfy and hurt my neck! Most nail places have a messaging chair which is the bomb. And the other complaint i had was that the pedicure water tubs were not good!! They're disposable and just weren't the greatest. Other places have vibrating tubs that message your feet and display colors into the water. Overall the lady did a good job on my toes, even though she was a little rough when it came to filing. One thing that i would give SO MANY STARS too is the ladies who work there!! They are soooo nice and keep a nice steady conversation going. Not sure if I will go back, but it wasn't too shabby. Finally! A normal nail salon with great people! Loved the girls that work there , I had Brittany as my nail tech she was great, everything from the polish choice up to the massage was perfect. The chairs are actual couches that recline, you can order wine or beer! They have clothes and other things for sale. The price is a lot less than what I used to pay for way worse service! I was in town on business and was in desperate need of a pedicure. Since I didn't have anyone to ask personally, I went to my best friend Yelp, that always has the answers. I found the Savannah Nail Bar, I read the reviews and decided to give it a try. Well 1st off when I called the  line rang and rang and I didn't get an answer so I hung up, a minute later my phone rings  back and the young women says, I'm sorry you just called the Savannah Nail Bar, I couldn't get to the phone, how may I help you?. I was shocked, a business calling back from caller ID, I told her I wanted to get a pedicure, that day, I was from out of town. She checked and said we are all booked, but I can squeeze you in at 6pm, that was perfect for me. When I walked into the Nail Bar I was in Awe, the place was decorated beautifully, it was clean, I was greeted, asked for my name and checked in for my services. I was offered Coffee, Tea or the opportunity to purchase an adult beverage. When my nail tech said it was my turn, she was very pleasant, the chairs are so comfortable, you're sitting in a lazy boy getting the best pedicure of your life. The instruments wear clean, the other staff and customers were friendly and welcoming. When I told them I found them on Yelp, they were shocked, they didn't know they had a Yelp, and said the owner Kelly would be happy. What a pleasant surprise. Being new to Jupiter, I have been looking for my go to nail salon. No luck until I found it at Savannah Nail Bar. Friendly greeting, good products. The manager is on the premises rather than hanging outside on a cell phone. Salon cleanliness is my first priority and I rate them high. The atmosphere is calm and pretty, wine and beer available too. Had my grandson with me so no time to peruse the good looking jewelry and clothing they retail. I have wanted to try this place for awhile since I pass it all the time.  I booked for near end of day since that is when they had an opening (5pm). The place is as expected. Nice and spread out, although I prefer more traditional set ups of pedi and manis being in total separate areas (not facing each other). My technician was nice.  Although these are more lounge type chairs I found it a bit uncomfortable to get the right support for my legs and feet and back, since it depends on how far away the technician is seated.  We adjusted a couple times but still just didn't feel super comfy for me.  The pedicure was ok.  I get tons of pedicures and I would say mine was a 5/10. my big toe was left very uneven and when I pointed it out she said she couldn't file it now since it would disrupt the polish.   She put a spray dry at end, (no lamps/lights) which I usually prefer to seal it. It did also take awhile, which is fine and nice not to be rushed out. Just plan for a more slow paced pedicure. It's a nice local place and clean and friendly, but all I can say is that I was underwhelmed and feel that it was just an ok pedicure.  I would have also appreciated if they weren't cleaning up so much while I was still there. I still paid for my appointment time, and I understand it's at end of day and people want to go home, but it's not very nice atmosphere to watch people sweeping, dumping trash, dusting and closing up shop for the day when u are only part way through your pedicure.  (There were a few people finishing up appointments). I couldn't tell you how well they do nails. But  I booked an appointment for myself and 2 others for my wedding. When we arrived I told them I would be doing a gel manicure. They told me there wouldn't be time for that. They offered to do it but skip the pedicure. That is when we left. I had booked 2 weeks in advance for a manicure and pedicure. I realize that gel takes a bit longer but if it where me I would stay open a bit longer to not lose the business. Call me crazy! Her response was after looking at some notes that 1- no one phone me ( or should I say "she" ) as she was the one making the calls 2- they rescheduled my appointment to 10:45!!!! There was a nail tech who was ready to take me back and the gal in the front told her " no to wait". She was very condensending to her. Well the end result : they were not going to accomadate and I would have to wait til 10:45!!! Needless to say I do not have time for such silliness or lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this place as they are new and this is how they are treating customers. Read Less

This nail spa is truly a special, relaxing, and über-hygienic place. From the moment we stepped foot in the door, we experienced excellent customer service and pure relaxation. Even though this spa feels luxurious and only uses high-end products (CND Shellac, OPI, Essie, and super hygienic foot baths), it is affordable.I highly recommend and will be back the next time I'm in Florida. Hands down the best nail salon in the Jupiter area, by far! I have recently relocated to Florida and I could not find a quality nail salon anywhere. Here I was given the best pedicure I have ever gotten and the plastic one-use liners are so sanitary and such a smart idea! The staff is very friendly and professional and ACTUALLY takes their time, unlike in many other nail salons. This is my new nail salon! If you knew what I went through to find a good spot, you would understand what a big deal this is! I must've tried every place in the area, as I'm incredibly picky when it comes to my nails, until I found SNB. The place itself is super cute, with a really comfy, cozy ambiance. I love the lounge chairs for the pedis--I have a hard time getting up because you just sink right in! They always offer you a beverage upon arrival, which I think is a really nice touch of hospitality! Kelly, the owner, works the front, and is seriously one of the sweetest women you'll come across! A real doll! When I confided in her that my first experience with my nail tech was less than amazing, she was extremely receptive to my feedback, and set me up with another tech for my next appointment. I liked the place enough where I was willing to give it a second chance, and I'm glad I did, because that's how I met Rebecca, my current tech, who is wonderful! Very nice new nail salon. Owner Kelly is very nice and friendly as well as the staff. It's clean, neat and the decor is awesome. They have black leather recliners to relax in while you are getting pampered! Plus, it's extra sanitary for your nails because they have a disposable liner for each foot tray. Read Less

I literally just walked out of this nail salon, and I was compelled to write a review about how nice it is! It's super clean and the service is awesome- Cristina and Michelle gave me and my mother great pedicures, and the owner, Kelly, was very sweet. I loved that the employees speak English- I could actually have a conversation with them. The prices are good! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
