This place is a JOKE. Two days in a row I have come in to get a simple manicure and every one of their manicurist has gone home yet there are plenty of other employees there. No one at this place can do manicures!?!? Stay far away from this place because you will never be able to get anything done here. Read Less

I absolutely love Cindy and her staff. My mother and I are regulars there and make it a point to get Cindy whenever possible. Everybody is super sweet and attentive. My sister loved Tan. They even tend to my 3 year old with absolute care and patience. Highly highly recommended even for moms with young daughters. Great mommy daughter experience! Read Less

I got a pedicure and manicure French nails. I hot gel nail polish on my hands and it was literally the best experience I've ever had at a salon. I'm not from around here but I'm so glad I stopped here to get my nails done before my mom's wedding tomorrow. Grade A+ place! AWFUL doesn't even begin to describe my experience there. I was in desperate need of a manicure, pedicure and eyebrow wax when my boyfriend told me last minute we had an event to attend. Knowing I needed a quick fix I got on Yelp trying to find somewhere close by, I just moved here. Reading the reviews to Nailsmax I was so excited to try them out, now I am wishing I hadn't. Let me start by saying the first thing I told the lady who was doing my manicure was that I like to keep my nails long. Seconds after I finished that statement she cut my nails short as possible! I told told her that she cut the first one rather short and I did not care for it but she continued to carry on with whatever she thought was best. At this point I knew I probably wasn't going to be happy but tried to think positively until I just couldn't handle it anymore, that point came after she broke a nail while filing it and decided that she could cut it all the way down leaving no length what so ever. To make matters worse she commented on the fact that this same nail was so short as she painted them. Feeling beyond unhappy with my service at that point I decided at it would be safer to leave without having any other parts of me touched for fear my toes or eyebrows would end up in awful condition as well. I will NOT be returning and would urge new comers to this salon to either have a person recommend someone there or stay far far away. I'll continue my search for a new nail salon in Jupiter. Went to this nail salon on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. Even on a busy "prom Saturday" I walked in without an appointment and only had to wait a few minutes. The staff was very friendly and everything was clean and new. As an added bonus, the massage chairs were amazing. They also had a cute pink pedicure chair for little girls. Read Less

Best pedi I've had in Jupiter and I've tried a lot of places. Clean, great massage chairs, friendly staff and a real nice massage with the pedi. Gave my daughter a really cute design as well. The only thing I would recommend is a menu of different pedicures available and a list of add on's available for an extra charge, like extra massage time or callus removal. A little bit more pricey than I'm used to in NY, but worth it. Overall an awesome experience and my search is over, found my new place in my new town! Read Less

I just came to town and was looking for a place for a manicure and pedicure. I was concerned about the first 2 reviews but thought I would give them a try. I could not have been happier. I would never ever go back to this place. I am new to the area and even agreed to the deluxe pedicure. My nail polish was clumped on in thick layers and is already chipping, the pedicure tubs were not cleaned appropriately at all in between customers, absolutely disgusting. There was no massage given at all the lotion was applied on in a quickly manner and rubbed right off by disgusting rags. Never ever use this place. You would be better off doing your own nails... I want to take AWAY stars! Do NOT go! I requested a basic pedicure but was asked THREE times if I wanted the upgrade. I politely declined each time (I didn't have the time to enjoy a full spa pedi). For my $25 I received a quick dunk in a foot bath with no aroma salts... which btw was NOT properly cleaned before the next customer sat down. My nails were cut at odd angles, lotion applied (not massaged), lumpy polish was streaked on...and the worst of all...Twice I closed my eyes while sitting in this NON-massaging chair and when I opened them...the pedi guy was STARING right at me. Can you say CREEPY??? I couldn't get out of there FAST enough, I can't image sitting there for a full spa pedicure. EWWRRR!!! Read Less
