Never going back! I received a full set using dip and not only are they falling off after 3 days, but my tech Ben trimmed my cuticles using the drill! Ouch! HORRIBLE!! I tried this salon for a mani/pedi 4 years ago and had a horrible experience, but 4 years later I thought I would give it another go round. Wrong choice! Worst salon experience of my life! During the pedicure my guy, Ben, scraped my foot with the rough bristles they use to scrub your feet. Then, to take of my previous manicure, which was NextGen polish, he took a tool and stuck it under the polish between my nail and ripped it off of my nail. I explained to him many times it was really hurting me, but he kept making excuses about how that was the only way to take them off because it was quick. When he took off the dead skin around my nails, he pulled some areas so hard that I started to bleed. Meanwhile throughout the manicure, there were several fruit flies landing on my hand and buzzing around my face. After the manicure, I sat under the fan for 2 drying cycles, which was what Ben told me to do and I even sprayed on the instant drying air, yet minutes after that 3 of my nails were already ruined from the cheap polish they use. On another note, during the time you dry your nails, you sit and look out the window, so here I am sitting looking out the window and Ben walks out to take a smoke and then proceeds to spit multiple times into the bushes. In September 2013 Lan Nyugen owner of Jupiter Nails became a 50% partner in Best Beach Boutique. Her 50% partner did ALL of the necessary work to build the Boutique. Spending hundreds of hours to acquire and learn all software, hard ware, purchase  products and build the interior of the store. Lan did nothing to build the business called Best Beach Boutique. Lan promised her partner that she would work 50% of the time at Best Beach Boutique. Best Beach Boutique opened for business at 129 center st in Jupiter Florida in May 2014. In July 2014 Lan Nyugen Quit Best Beach Boutique and without legal notice changed the locks and locked out her partner. After Lans business partner spent $8000 in attorney fees Lan agreed to split the inventory on 11/16/14.  This is the type of business person that Lan Nyugen is. Terrible. My pink & whites look horrible. The nail tech was on the phone while doing my nails. To top it off the next morning I woke up with a swollen, red, painful finger tip. Definitely an infection from unsanitary tools. Would not recommend! Read Less

Never again...i went three times to this shop, and for some reason each time the work on my acrylics got  worse.  The last time left me looking like I hadn't had a manicure in a month and it had only been a week and a half.  I went to Savannah Nail Bar and they were able to fix the terrible work previously done.  I'm super annoyed because I always tip so generously....but I guess that doesn't always matter!If you don't want your nails to lift and get water damage....then go somewhere else.
