I used to love coming to this salon when Hazel was there. Have been there several times since and it was not the same. Last experience with Haley was the final straw. I pointed out that the polish was looking very uneven on my nails and she said "some polishes don't go on as smooth". I asked her if this would be fixed by the final coat and she said yes. Then I witnessed her be disrespectful to the client after me and noticed the manager listening to this lack of customer service without a word. By the final coat my nails still looked horrible and I thought about coming back to address it with the owner but after noting her lack of concern with the other client I figured it was a waste of my time. I also was charged more than the posted price on Vagaro when I requested my service with no explanation up front. Oh, and she didn't remove the gel polish very well from my nails so I have to go to someone else to fix that as well. Horrible, unprofessional service.

Best place to get nails done. Nail techs are top notch. I never used to get my nails done on a regular basis until I met Anastasia. She does magnificent nail art. Very detail oriented.

I always see Haley when I go. This place is extremely clean and on point about sanitation. Everyone is very friendly and personable. The atmosphere is very relaxing. My nails are always awesome when she does them, i get tons of compliments. When they ask about my nails, I got haleys cards on me. 😎💅

Delicia always does an amazing job on my nails! I've been getting my nails done for many years at other places and nothing compares to what Delicia can do! I love that nothing is glued onto my nails and the designs are always perfect and exactly what I want! Anastasia did my pedicure and it was so relaxing and looked great! She she such a sweet person and you can tell she really likes what she does!

I got my daughter a signature pedicure by Delicia. My daughter felt her service was rushed and Delicia did not do a good job. It seems like this business has false prices advertised because it states $50 on their price list for a signature pedicure but was charged $60 at check out. I don't mind paying extra if it is the right amount.

Love this place. Everyone is top notch in their skills and very friendly. From classic looks to trendy they can do it all beautifully. The prices are a little higher than your normal meat factory style nail salon, but if you want perfectionism, fun, and long lasting beautiful nails, this is the place. Everyone is wonderful, but I have always had Chia do my nails and let me say these suckers stay put while staying gorgeous. I'm terrible about fills and can keep my nails on for over a month with no breaks. Brandy does fabulous pedicures and never made me feel uncomfortable about her having to reconstruct my two missing toenails with acrylic. Always leave feeling beautiful.

I have searched years for the perfect person for pedicures. The search is over! Therapy nail salon is the place. The best part is everyone there is so talented that I'm not limited to one person because the whole staff is amazing! Great energy and very accommodating. From pedicures all the way to eyebrow waxing, I can get it all here and can't imagine going elsewhere!

I used to love coming to this salon when Hazel was there. Have been there several times since and it was not the same. Last experience with Haley was the final straw. I pointed out that the polish was looking very uneven on my nails and she said "some polishes don't go on as smooth". I asked her if this would be fixed by the final coat and she said yes. The prices are a little higher than your normal meat factory style nail salon, but if you want perfectionism, fun, and long lasting beautiful nails, this is the place. Everyone is wonderful, but I have always had Chia do my nails and let me say these suckers stay put while staying gorgeous. The best part is everyone there is so talented that I'm not limited to one person because the whole staff is amazing! Great energy and very accommodating. From pedicures all the way to eyebrow waxing, I can get it all here and can't imagine going elsewhere!
